Hey there! To be honest I am here because I was looking for somewhere by myself but every property I view that is within my budget is depressing and poor quality. It's tough times out there! The way I see it the only way to get by right now and have the lifestyle I actually want is to team up with a few like minded individuals, who are willing to spend a little bit extra to get something nice, with a bit of space and in a good location ($300-400 a week each I am thinking. I've found 1 or 2 great places that could work already). Ideally 2-3 people I think.
I want to make a homely space, with limited clutter. So looking for someone house-proud, and willing to contribute to making the space feel like a home.
A bit about me, I'm Brayden, 33, working full time in event logistics. I travel throughout the year for work, but 80% of my workload is based here in Melbourne. I'll work from home occaisionally, 2x per week max. I own a few things like washing machine, fridge, couch, table etc. However not attached to any of this. I am allergic to cats unfortunately, but open to other pets.
I work up north in Campbellfield so I'm looking for something on the north side of the city, in the suburbs mentioned below.
If this idea sounds like you, I think catching up for a beer would be the best place to start.
