My name is Suyeon Kim and I’m known as Sofia. I want to apply for this rental property. I am fully aware of how competitive the rental market is, so I want to introduce myself so that you can get to know. I really need a place to live soon, I want to introduce myself properly.
I understand how hard it is to find reliable tenants and I want to make it easier for you. I want you to have full peace of mind when it comes to renting out your valuable property.
Firstly, I’m from South Korea and I’ve been working as a front of house in a Korean restaurant since a year ago. Also, I'm in a college and I got admitted diploma course as well, which means I'm staying here at lest 3 years. I’m dealing with only the food and living expenses with the wage and my parents are paying for the school fee and rent.
I have more than enough to pay the rent and bills. I’ve also attached my bank statements to show my current financial status. I will be happy to pay up to the first three months of rent in advance. I’ll always be on time to pay my rent and bills and I’ll never have late payments.
I have no pets, I don’t smoke and I never wear shoes in the house, which means I am incredibly clean.
