I'm an ambivert that likes to hang out but I also need my me-time. So a place that welcomes guests but isn't a party house would be ideal. I'm looking to move mid-April to early May. Flexible with furnishings. I only own a desk atm. Looking for a medium-large bedroom or small bedroom with a seperate space for my desk as I work from home a few days per week (need internet ~100Mbps). Happy to pay $250/week or $300 including bills. Not too fussy on location but somewhere close-ish to the city would be ideal.
