The house is close (5 minute walk) to the Laverton Station, the freeway, medical centre, cafes and shops. The rooms have new beds and mattresses and we also supply bedding. Each room is private and lockable. You can also bring your own stuff. There is street and off street parking. A minimum stay of 2 months is expected with 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks security deposit required. There is plenty of space inside and outside the house. Air conditioning and ducted heating and it is clean and well maintained. There is also a storage shed if you need to store some of your items. No gender preference nor references required. What up future housemates ! Looking to move into either a room available or to find a new lease with some people ! I’ve been living alone for about a year and a half so I’m reliable when it comes to paying rent/bills on time, just looking to free up some extra cash. I work full time as a hairdresser (so i have all the hair products you’ll ever need) so I work some nights and every Saturday. I’m about as social as I am a hermit. When I’m at home you can either find me Netflix and chilling or having a bath. VERY respectful of others in a living situation, I love being social but also adore my alone time and am aware of noise when others are sleeping etc. Love a wine/beer at the end of the day or on a weekend! Not a big party person and generally socialise outside of the house, for the most part. I do come with 2 cats but they’re not the “attack you in the middle of the night when you’ve gotten up to pee” kind; Both up to date on vaccines and are treated monthly for worming/fleas. I generally keep them outside during the day and inside at night and they sleep with me. I also have basically a full house of furniture (except a washing machine) so can either furnish common areas in a new house or I can store/sell some stuff if your place is already furnished. I’m looking to move either end of November or end of December/start of Jan; working like a mad woman in December leading up to Xmas so moving in those 3 weeks would be a bit hard !
