The house close to the Laverton Station, the freeway, medical centre, cafes and shops. The house is freshly painted, has new beds and mattresses and we also supply bedding. Each room is private and lockable. We have one room for $175 and a very large room with a large robes for $210 (assuming one person per room). There is street and off street parking. A minimum stay of 2 months is expected with 2 weeks rent in advance and 2 weeks security deposit required. I am currently working in the common areas and am happy to show people around. Kitchen is well appointed with nearly all good quality utensils being available for use. Seating on front and back porches in shade and nearby vegetation. Kitchen radio is usually on 3PBS when not playing CD's. No internet at the moment but this may change.

I am a qualified PE teacher so I love my sports and try to get to the gym regularly. I'm a massive Geelong fan and go to most of the games when I can. 3. I've traveled extensively around a fair chunk of Australia as well as overseas (I lived in the UK for 10 years) and love to travel and explore. Melbourne offers something different and unique everyday and I like to get out and experience it. 4. I use these travelling opportunities to further explore my keen interest in photography. I recently won a council landscape photography competition and my photos are now on this particular council's webpage!
