My name is Matthew. I'm an independent filmmaker from Geelong looking for a room in Melbourne so I can be in closer proximity to the film community and art scene generally.
Ideally, I'm looking for a place that's within a 30 min drive of the CBD, and $250 per week (including bills) or under. Even better if it's $200 or under. Parking (whether on the street or on the property) is a must.
I'm very good at keeping on top of household chores and maintaining common areas. I'm fairly quiet and tend to keep to myself and will respect the space of any other housemates. At the same time, I'm open to socialising and so on if that's the desired dynamic of the house.
