I'm seeking a non-smoking share house with similarly quiet-living, clean and considerate housemates of any age. I have a background in the arts, both study and workwise, along with assorted admin roles. Nowadays I'm researching and writing so while this occurs within my room, a larger home environment involving some fun, conversation and mutual goodwill are definite sweeteners. I'm hoping to find a situation where my housemate/s are mostly not in working-from-home mode during the day, the offset being that I'm generally out of the way in the evening. Each of us finding these personal spaces can often be solved by good communication, working things out together. I'm independent and happy to be solo (no partner) and am fine to do my catching up with friends outside of the home if this is what fits with the household. Foodwise, happy to share occasionally but essentially do my own thing. I have a passion for our natural and built environments. Proximity to trees, birds and beetles truly brightens my day. I have an excellent rental history, a secure income and a responsible nature. My entries for move date and length of stay are nominal (as required info) and as such, are flexible.

My name is Sabrina and I work full time at a health and wellness clinic. I work long hours and mostly on weekends also, so I am looking for a place that can offer some quiet and tranquility when I am off work! When I'm not working, I'm tucked away in my room studying for my degree. I am easy going and love having a chat over a glass of wine or dinner, but also do really respect people's privacy. I am quiet person that goes to bed early, and wakes up early, so not after a party home. Hobbies include handstands, weightlifting (the olympic lifting kind), harassing other people's pups and venturing out to cafe's of the inner west.

I'm a friendly, young professional in my late-ish 20's and cat-mum to a beautiful black cat called Pablo. I have been living in shared accommodation and independently for over 4 years, so I'm share house trained, tidy, respectful and considerate of others' privacy. I like my own space but love to have dinner, drinks and a chat from time to time. Ultimately, what I want is the right people and place to make a home.

Hello! :) I am a Strategy Consultant and Musician who has grown up most of his life in Sydney. I recently returned to Sydney after living in Berlin for 2 years and I'm looking to reconnect to the city in a different way. For fun, I like to write music, go for bushwalks and watch stand-up comedy. I intend to produce and write music during my time in the flatshare, but I will mostly do it with headphones during reasonable hours. I tend to go to an proper studio if there are any shows coming, I am looking for a chill housemate and flatshare with a like-minded person. I'm generally a clean, respectful person who does his best to communicate clearly and solve any issues together in a calm manner. I also know how important it is to have some alone time, so I appreciate the importance of maintaining a balance between alone time and connecting. I would be mostly working from home, so I would appreciate an environment that works with that. Look forward to hearing from you! Vinay

Canberran moving to Sydney for new role for a major Bank. Will be WFH/in CBD, so after an area close to the city/ has easy public transport options. Used to living in sharehouse, but more recently lived in a single unit, can't say I've loved it as I do enjoy company. Looking for a more sociable house/flatmates who don't mind sharing the odd drink after work - not just sharing a roof. Shared interests would be great. Like to try different things, currently back on crossfit bandwagon, and doing a fair bit of Salsa and Bachata. Big whisky enthusiasts (collecting and drinking). Like to keep the place clean, but not obsessive/OCD about it. Come packaged with a 3 year old (small-medium sized) Basenji (you'll like him more than me, and that's okay). Very well behaved (albeit a little needy) and used to living in unit/apartment - so property with outdoor area preferred. Flexible on most things - budget and furnishing (have furniture for a single bedroom apartment currently - happy to get rid of what's not needed). Do have a fair amount of belongings so looking for somewhere reasonably sized with good floor size/storage options.

I'm Andrew, a 27 year old gay guy who works in a media-related job. My work comes in waves throughout the year, ranging from part-time to full, but I keep myself occupied with other casual work. I'm a friendly, courteous person who is respectful of people's personal space, but still open and sociable. I'm just as happy doing my own thing as hanging out with people, and click well with people who feel the same. My main interest is in film, and enjoy heading out to the cinema or watching something at home both for work and in my down time. I also enjoy going out with friends, singing, baking, reading, playing games, and writing.

$370/week•24 year old female and male
Hello, My partner Karl and I are both received job opportunities in Sydney and are looking to move. I have received a fulltime opportunity in Conferencing and Events while Karl has been offered a fulltime/parttime gig at the airport which we are hoping to move into fulltime role sooner than later. I would describe myself as a people person, outgoing and happy. Organisation and time planning is my thing. Karl is a lot more reserved and more of an introvert. He loves anything to do with planes and gaming. We both love animals, movies and food. We would love roommates who we can befriend and a home where we feel welcome and get comfortable quickly. Ideally, we would love a weekly 'family' meal and flatmates who we can go out with and show us the best places to eat, drink and play around Sydney. We are both newbies with the house-sharing thing but are both respectful people who are kind and clean. We would love a clean home environment and hoping to share house duties or organise a fortnightly house cleaner for common areas. We are hoping to get a furnished apartment to start with while we work out Sydney life. Ideally, our room would have a queen or king-size bed, with some type of wardrobe and the kitchen would have a gas stove. If you have pets and love gaming, you will probably be our first choice.
