Hey! I am an easy going, laid back and tidy housemate. I love to cook and often cook more than I can eat so am happy to share :) I have lived in a share house in Geelong for 5 years and am relocating to start a secure full time job in Sydney CBD. I am a super active and sports orientated person with Hockey being my sport of choice. Definitely not a big party animal but enjoy socialising with friends and having a drink or two every now and again. I am a non smoker, love animals (don’t currently have any of my own) and will have a vehicle. I am looking to secure a place close to Hyde Park (within 30mins on Public transport) with likeminded housemates.
We are a married couple in our mid 20's, both permanent residents and we have been in Australia for 2 years. My partner is studying at the University of Sydney plus working, while I am studying part-time at UNSW and working full-time at a tech-startup in Pyrmont. We have lived in Malaysia and USA although we are originally for Bangladesh. We don't drink/smoke and are usually superbusy. Thanks for taking the time to read this. :)
I am a 29 year old permanent primary school teacher. I am originally from Newcastle but have been living in the inner west of Sydney for the last 4 years. I play a fair few sports, like going to music gigs and enjoy having a beer or wine with friends. I am pretty easy going and happy to fit into house routines. I am flexible with move in dates.

This unit is in the heart of Leichhardt with shops, cafes, restaurants & a cinema all just a short stroll away. Your room includes a built in wardrobe & you have your own bathroom. The unit is fully furnished including laundry facilities. You would need to supply your own bed though. There is a small gym & a sauna in the complex. It is also very close to public transport
Heya! I’m 27, have a full time job in finance, I’m a social outgoing guy but respect others privacy. I’ve been told I’m a very low maintenance room mate, clean up after myself, make sure everything is paid on time and am generally a pretty dude. I live a pretty active life, training most nights, full time work during the day and usually find at least one night to go out with friends. Dan
We are two people in their 20s looking for a place to call home. We have a gorgeous 4 year old Beagle called Juno. She is very sweet natured and loves a good bone or two! We don't like bones so much but are big on BBQs and outdoor adventures. Mitchell works at the Sydney institute of Marine science and Benita works at a Vet clinic in Double Bay. We are both part time students while working full time. We are looking for people to live with who enjoy similar things or different things and we could learn something new! Benita loves the beach and Mitchell spends some of his work days snorkelling for sea urchins! (Ask us more about this if you like). We would love to hear from you! And also, we have a coffee machine ;) :D
AVAILABLE NOW! Two rooms available now in our rare and absolutely massive freestanding brick warehouse conversion by a big park. Room one ($380, pictured) is a private bedroom 2.9 x 4.8m. Room two ($280) is a NY loft style bedroom upstairs, 3.2 x 4.2m which can be as open or as private as you like. Loft style means that there's three walls, and then a balcony looking out over the downstairs/main living area. It's currently done up as a loungeroom, but will be fully furnished before inspections. Who hasn’t dreamt about living in a beautiful factory conversion and sighed that they can’t. Well now you can! And not only that, with the BEST flatties around! ;) All bills included in the rent (including Netflix of course!). This place is three bedrooms + study and you'd be sharing with us (a couple), plus one other flatmate. We'd also consider a couple if they took both rooms ($60 discount per week). Show this place off to all your friends who will want to be you. Post on instagram and have people go 'oh is that from pinterest' and be all like 'nah, that's MY pad'. Feel like a famous artist in NYC. Ride a bike from the front door to the kitchen like a bohemian free spirit that doesn’t have to worry about bills and adulthood just for that one beautiful moment. Humble brag about how your home studio is SO BIG you can never find your car keys. Not to mention, so much room for activities! CREATIVE SPACE: Massive open-plan space to be creative in. Want to put a swing off the rafters? Want to play indoor bowling? Want to have 30 mates over for a movie/dinner party? Don't even want to do any of those things but love that you could if you did? Well, this is the place for you. There are no common walls shared which means you won’t be disturbed by any neighbours. Belt out some tunes in the shower without fear. Turn that movie up loud for 10/10 jump scares. DOGS: Comes with the best dog ever. Jack is a foxie who looks like a puppy but he's is a 10.5yr. He's more like a cat than a dog in that he just finds somewhere comfy to chill and sleeps all day. His hobbies include watching you pee, scoring pizza crusts, and back pats in front of the tellie. Obviously, you must love dogs to apply, but not in that over the top creepy way please. Just in the normal totally obsessed with awesome dogs because they’re awesome way. MORE DOGS: We are directly next to an off-leash dog park where all the locals catch up most evenings for a friendly chat and butt sniffing (I'll leave it to you to decide which is the owners and which is the dogs). The park also has free electric BBQs that are always clean (seriously, people leave them clean *tears of joy*). WORK or STUDY FROM HOME: There's a study upstairs with desk/moniter/printed (not unpacked in time for the photos but you get the idea), and a daybed for mid-afternoon 'deep thinking' sessions (aka naps). LAHDEEDAH FEATURES: We have a fancy-pants kitchen with built-in dishwasher and fridge hidden behinds cabinets. We also have one of those expensive coffee machines that you always wondered ‘what kind of stuck up snobby people have those?!’. Now YOU can be that person who says stuff like "oh yuk, you can taste that THOSE beans weren't kept in the fridge", or anything referring to a nutty undertone. Solar power is another bonus, as well as the 3m ceiling fan which is amazing. There's a new washing machine which is whisper quiet. And just when you think it can't get any better, there are two full size, almost new fridges. No more hiding the lindt under veggies. We also have a new robo-vacuum (named Marvin) so you'll never have to vacuum which is basically the best. PARTAY: This is a misleading heading because we don’t want a massive party house. We both work long hours in hectic jobs so our home is where we mostly decompress and relax. That being said we love to entertain occasionally with BBQS, dinner parties, and movies nights. The place is perfect for entertaining including a projector for movie nights (or shadow puppet competitions?). As avid adventure enthusiasts, we have all the camping/diving/caving/canyoning/sking/boarding gear you could imagine with spares, so you'll be set for summer adventures. OUTDOOR RETREAT: If the giant park on one side wasn’t enough, we have a private leafy courtyard area on the other side. That's just a fancy way of saying tandem driveway of course, but it's private and sunny with our DIY plunge pool for cooling off that fits 2-3 comfortably and 7-8 very uncomfortably. There's room here to park a car occasionally (not all the time because it'd be in the way) or store your bikes/motorbikes LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION: 5min walk to Norton St and supermarkets. 10min walk to Lilyfield light rail or Parramatta Rd. 20min walk/7min cycle to Petersham&Stanmore trains or Bay Run. 12min cycle to Usyd or Tramsheds. 20min cycle to the CBD. Multiple cafes within a few minutes walk. Quiet street with free/untimed street parking out the front. The house has two toilets and one shower (no bath) that are shared.

Hi Everyone! As someone who has lived in a share house environment many times before I am someone who is respectful of those I live with, I am neat and tidy, generally keep to myself but definitely love a good chat or a wine after a long week. I love pets but don't have any of my own & don't mind smokers although I don't smoke myself. I am currently relocating from Queensland and will be available to move into a place from January onwards so let me know if you have anything I should consider :)
Working full-time in insurance but currently studying to be an electrician. Originally from Wollongong. Quiet and respectful of others' spaces, but always up for a chat and chill. Some weekends are spent in the Gong. I will be bringing a host of boardgames and will always have a supply of alcohol which I'm sure pair well either together or alone! I'm passionate about sports, gaming and cooking and I'll always share my culinary experiments!

I'm Nate, mature 34 year old. I just started work in the Corporate Business industry - full time (Mon - Fri). I'm also studying Business Management which only has 2 weeks left and also occasionally work on Saturday's at an events company. I enjoy a healthy lifestyle, I don't smoke and don't drink and like cooking easy hassle free food. I love sport and staying active. Walking, running, cycling, tennis, frisbee and of course the beach. Im a very clean, quiet and organised person. I've been living in Sydney share houses on and off for about 10 years so I'd like to think I am experienced at this. I would prefer to live near a train station, prefer furnished rooms, and bills included. I don't mind if you have a cat either. Thanks for your interest
