Our house is 5 minutes walk to a bus stop, where busses frequent every 5 minutes to and from the city. We also live a 5 minute walk to the light rail (and Dan Murphys!) Just around the corner is the best coffee, and we are about a 15 minute walk from Norton St Leichhardt. There is plenty of parking in our street and is nice and quiet.
Hey, I'm looking for somewhere to stay in Sydney for 5 or 6 weeks (early July until mid-August) while I'm doing a short exchange at the University of Sydney. I'm 26, English (based in London) and hoping to find people of a similar age to share with, bonus points if I was sharing with people who can surf and would be willing to laugh at me while I tried super hard! I'm looking for somewhere close to the university and in a reasonably nice/safe area since; I've lived in houseshares for a couple of years and I can be a little shy but I'm friendly and clean up after myself. Hope to hear from someone soon. :)
I'm a 23 year old Cinematographer working in Annandale. very recently moved to Sydney. Outdoors guy, love shooting surf photography, international travel, snowboarding, watching movies and gym training. Very laid back, fun, clean and tidy. Working 9-5 in Sydney. Will be overseas or travelling for periods for work Looking for a room with parking available :)
Hi, I am a full time analyst working in the film industry, in the city. I am an outgoing introvert, prefer quality talks and/or some quiet times for myself. I love food and traveling. I am looking for a studio/1 bed room, or ONE person to share in a home, no couple or family please. I am looking for a long-term home, 12months+, will consider to extend my stay if there's no big issues of the property. I like my place to be bring/sun filled, well circulated (window) and tidy, closed to public transport, with reasonable living spaces. Ideally it's timber floor or tile, but well maintained carpet is also considerable. No Smokers please. If you happen to have a property sounds like this, please contact me. I am not in a rush to move in, will consider to be put on the waiting list if it's a decent place. Thanks, Edie

I live in a cute 2 Bedroom, weatherboard house in Leichhardt right near the North Leichhardt light rail station. Norton street is around the corner with buses to the city. The house has timber floorboards with tiles in the kitchen. The living room is large with aircon/heating while the kitchen comes with loads of cupboard space, a conventional oven, and gas cooktop. Unfortunately there is no dishwasher. There is one bathroom with separate shower and bath. I have a fridge and washer/dryer. The house is furnished with all my belongings so there is little space for additional furniture. The room for rent, however, is unfurnished with a floor-to-ceiling BIR. There is ample onstreet parking available. Rent is $320pw not including bills, and bond is $1400. You would also be sharing the house with my 2 beautiful dogs.
I'm a 25 year old female, moving to Sydney in July to pursue a Masters degree. I have been working as a Media Executive for a TV Network and have now decided to take on full time study. Ideally, i'd like to find a place close to USYD. As i'm heading back to the books, I will end up splitting my time between uni, gym, some casual work and off course keeping sane with some wining and dinning. Being new to Sydney, I'd love to come back to an awesome flatmate! Someone who can respect my quite time but also be around for some chats and hangs. My weekends vary, anything from a weekend being social, or chilling in watching tv and i'd hate to admit this but catching up on study. I'm not the best cook so I'm hoping to find a flatmate who loves to cook! So I can learn a thing or two ! I'm quite clean and organised and would prefer to live with someone who likes to keep their living space the same. I hope to find a house with females & a private room that is furnished.
Hey :) Rent in Sydney is super expensive so we thought it would be good to meet another couple and see about sharing a place? :) Adrian, 35 full time Electrician and entrepreneur. Lizie, 24 full time Barista. We've been together over 2 years, we're pretty relaxed, very clean, both into fitness and enjoy the occasional drink ;) We're looking for a 2 bed place in the inner west and are able to furnish a place. If anyone's interested in finding a place also just give us a messege :)
I'm currently studying a Bachelor of Science at Sydney Uni and working part time to save up for a holiday at the end of the year. Due to this I'm usually working pretty hard but I'm always down to hang out and am looking for new friends to go out to bars and clubs with.
A nice, cosy apartment close to shops, cinema, cafes etc (stone's throw away from Norton St) in a small block of 12 apartments. Short walk to the bus and light rail. The apartment is fully furnished (except for your room/TV). Rent is paid weekly and bills are additional to rent. Your rent includes an off-street parking space.
I work full-time as a nurse so I do a lot of shift work and will hardly be at the house. I currently live in Perth but recently visited Sydney and enjoyed myself so much that I've decided to move there. I am looking to move over towards the end of July 2017 as I dont want to break my lease. 6months is my minimum stay as I dont want to relocate whilst starting my new job. I would really like a furnished room but I can buy my own furniture if necessary. It would be nice to live with someone close to my age and doesnt mind showing me around Sydney. I respect personal space but always up for some banter if needed. I keep things clean and like to cook so you can enjoy a few nights off in the week. I'm usually at the gym before or after work or catching up with friends. I'm easy to live with and have been renting for 5 years with other tenants. I know it can be difficult sharing so I like to keep things straight up. If I do something that bothers you then approach me all feedback is good.
Hi all, The lease at my current place runs out at the end of July so I'm looking for somewhere new! I'm a 25 year old Perth girl who moved to Sydney a few months ago. I work in marketing and usually pretty busy during the week, so pretty chilled Monday - Friday. Still pretty new so would love to share with some friendly, chilled people of a similar age. Pretty flexible on location as long as it takes less than an hour to get in to the city for work! Somewhere with easy parking is preferable as I come with a car :) Any questions just pop me a message :) No shared rooms please! Thanks, Melanie
I'm Amanda and I've been in Sydney since the beginning of march and in 15th of July my boyfriend Erick is coming to join me discovering Sydney!! We are a outgoig and peacefull couple from Brazil, who likes to enjoy the outdoor life and know new places, people and cultures. We'r looking for a nice place with good people to live with and have enjoyable moments!!

Hey :)! I am moving to Sydney in June to start a new role with the media company I work for. I am originally from Melbourne but have spent the last year in lovely Adelaide. I am easy-going and enjoy being able to have good chats with the people I live with, but also respect other people's space. For fun I love to check out gigs, go for runs and hikes and catch up with mates over meals or drinks.
Gorgeous 2 bedroom character semi-detached house in the inner west, which I am looking to share with one other person. The room is a large room capable of comfortably fitting a queen bed and bedside tables. The room has a large built in robe and two windows with blinds. The house is fully furnished, most of it near new. It has a great modern kitchen and updated bathroom. There is a little courtyard out the back where I keep a table, chairs and a small BBQ. There is a large attic accessed via fold down stairs in the hall; which we can use as storage and a study if you need one. There are some great character features in this home too, such as fireplaces and other wall/ceiling ornate decoration. There's lots of windows and natural light too. There's street parking (no permit required) if you have a car. Internet and netflix included in rent. The house is located a 3-4 minute walk from Parramatta Road which has many shops and cafés along with regular and frequent bus services. It is also a 10 minute walk to Norton Street where you'll find great restaurants, cafés, a cinema and supermarkets. Approximately 12 minute walk to Stanmore Train Station.
Hey, So I have a room to rent in my apartment- I'm right on Norton Street, so a 20-second walk from buses, cafes, restaurants, pub etc. It's actually really quiet inside the apartment, so it makes it pretty easy to relax and unwind after a long day. Internet is included in the rent, but the electricity bills will have to be split. I have two cats and a fish tank, so you'll need to be an animal lover. I'd definitely prefer a female housemate.
I'm pretty chill and pretty considerate towards others. I do eat a lot, so I'll probably be cooking a lot. I make music, so let me know if I need to use the earphones. FYI I do have a lot of books, a lot of books, like no joke. Think of a library.
24 yo full-time student at Sydney University and working part-time near Martin Place. I'm extremely easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I love share glass of wine and have a nice chat after work/weekends :) Cheers Silvia
