I'm 25, clean and tidy, and respectful of personal space. I enjoy live music, relaxed nights at home, catching up with friends over good food and a glass of wine, and various other activities! I'm a full-time pathology lab technician working at RPA! My work involves a shift work roster between the hours of 6am-10pm, 7 days a week, so sometimes you may not see me for a few days at a time. I pay my rent and bills on time, don't have any pets (although this makes me sad), don't smoke, and have a car so would prefer somewhere that has off-street parking or plenty of on-street parking available. I've put my preferred length of stay as 6 months, but this is a minimum and would prefer somewhere that I can live long term with $300 per week being my maximum for a room. I'll need to give my current housemate and property manager some notice when I find a place so if you think I might be a great fit in your home and have a room available from early February onwards, please contact me!
I have recently moved to this flat and love everything about it. It’s in top floor of a three story building and has really nice view and privacy. I wake up and can see the sky and the birds and the trees right in front of my window. The flat is completely Renovated and has internal laundry. Full of light and air and a cute balcony to enjoy the sunset. The suburb is very cool and full of cafes and restaurants, there is also a movie theatre nearby.
A beautiful granny flat is available from the 6th of Feb in the middle of Leichhardt. Student and LGBT friendly! Unfortunately we are not allowed pets (and trust me, I’ve tried). No smokers please. Rent is 280 a week for the granny flat which comes with its own private bathroom! There is currently an almost new king single bed that the current occupant is willing to sell if you would like the room furnished. The main house has an open plan modern kitchen (with a dishwasher, Nespresso machine and a new stovetop), air con in the main living area, Foxtel, and a cute little outdoor area perfect for summer. Our place is right around the corner from some of the best Italian restaurants and cafes on Norton Street, and is about a 10 minute walk from Norton Street Plaza and Marketplace that have Woolies, Coles, Aldi and Target. We are also a 10 min walk away from Dan Murphy’s. We are a 2 minute walk from buses that go straight to USYD, UTS, Notre Dame and the city, other wise the light rail is a 10 minute walk or Petersham station is a 20 minute walk.

Hi all! Ivan and I are two mates originally from Canberra and are looking for a place together in Sydney. We have both finished our studies and will be working full-time. (Both of us in Finance). We both have many years of house share experience and have never had a single complaint or bad experience. We're both really neat, tidy and clean people and so easy to get a long with! But we also understand respecting people and their privacy. We're looking for a place to call home and not just somewhere to crash at the end of the day. We're not party people but we do enjoy hanging out and having a drink whenever theres time. Both super chill and open-minded guys having done plenty of travel in the past!
I'm from Australia originally but after having lived in France for the past 18 years I returned to Sydney a few years ago to study and work. I really enjoy living in the city and I'm looking for some friendly and fun people to live with. I would prefer to live with others in their early 20s but I'm not fussy. I enjoy cooking and baking so there will always be some kind of cake/cookies around. I'm really clean and tidy. I work full time in hospitality.
We are full time workers, 27 and 28 y.o. I'm Aussie working in account management and Ivana is from Slovenia and has a full time job in early childhood teaching. We have a 2 y.o. ginger cat, Mango, who is currently unemployed. Hobbies: squash/tennis/badminton, sports of pretty much any kind, gym, cheese, wine, feeding stray cats on evening walks, chilling at beach, shenanigans. Timeframe: Looking for a place to move into asap! :) long term Preferably <5 people in the house Must allow cat in house, must be on ground floor so that cat can adventure outside.
Sydney born and raised. Previous living experiences are: out of a tent for 3mths in the Canadian wilderness, working as a house cleaner in the Canadian Rockies and living and travelling in a converted van around North America. I would be a good roommate as I understand the balance of sharing meals and having your own space. I work fulltime, exercise three times a week and love to meet friends to do something out of the ordinary - so when I am home I like to relax and cook.
I will be starting full time work in Westmead Children's as a Nurse in April having just completed my degree. I am Outgoing and easy to get along with, when not working I am a lifesaver at North Bondi and spend time training at the beach for surf lifesaving competition or relaxing at home. I am always up to hang out and have a chat in free time. I am looking for 2 more people who I hope to share with who are clean and reliable, laid back and approachable to move out in a 3 bedroom home.
Hey! I am Lache, I grew up in Tasmania and moved to Melbourne to complete my studies at university. I have now graduated with a Bachelor of Commerce and am moving to Sydney to take up a graduate position as a management consultant at KPMG in Sydney. I am pretty experienced at living in share houses having done so the last 5 years in Melbourne. I am a relatively quite guy, but I love spending time with house mates and going out for dinner. I can be pretty active and will look at joining the gym or a surf club when I make the move. Feel free to ask me any questions you like! Cheers :)
Though I work in tech PR, my passion lies more in pop culture. I love reading, watching movies, binge watching tv, dancing, singing, and debating all of the above. I am from Brisbane and have a dry, sarcastic sense of humour as well as a love for awards shows. I'm tidy, like to bake (occasionally), and am always down for a coffee or white wine.
Recently moved to Sydney from Newcastle originally from Queensland traveling for work currently working at WestConnex/Northconnex with the contract being 6 mouths and most likely being extended, im mostly here for work purpose but aside from that i enjoy the gym an active healthy lifestyle anything to do with the beach and, i like to think of myself as a social person im super new to Sydney so it'd be nice to get to meet some people outside of work very clean very tidy always respectful cheers Brad
I am a kiwi moving to Sydney to study postgraduate Public Health at the University of Sydney. I am a motivated, mature 21 year old with a lot of experience living with others. I’m Andy - moving to Sydney this year from North Eastern NSW to study a Master of Environmental Science. Ive just got back from a couple of years travelling, living, and working overseas in South America and Asia. Before this I lived in Brisbane for my Bachelors degree, first on-campus and then share-housing with friends. I’m pretty excited about the move to Sydney and am hoping to find a room close to USyd with some good housemates. I’ll be studying and working to support myself, but keen to have a couple of drinks on the weekends, cook dinners together, play cards, listen to some music, and support the mighty Waratahs/Swans. I’m pretty tidy, like my music, enjoy reading, as well watching and playing sport. Looking to move in late Jan/early Feb and get myself settled before uni starts in March.
Hello! I am a young professional who works in finance/accounting in the city. I have a very calm and sweetly natured 4 year old cat. She is always indoors. I also have all my own furniture so prefer an unfurnished room, and if possible a place to put my couch, tv and coffee table at least (even if storage) :) I lived with my similarly aged sister for about 6 years and then moved out on my own into Drummoyne for a year. I love living in the area! I generally prefer to be out during the day and in during the night. I like to keep my spaces clean and organised, and don't mind trying something new in the kitchen from time to time! I am looking for a private room, preferably in a house or somewhere with a courtyard/balcony at least, and it must have it's own bathroom or ensuite. I have a car and will really want a carspace but if not, easy street parking is a must. I like to have my personal space but I am looking forward to meeting some interesting people and sharing time with them!
Hello! My name's Maddison! I work as a technical swing full time on the Book of Mormon musical, and we're about to leave Melbourne! I'm moving back to Sydney on the 6th of Feb. I work evenings and weekends. Monday is my day off. We're going to be in town at the Lyric Theatre for a year. Bring me your light rail vicinity, pets, and eccentric housemates! I keep my stuff outta people's way, and I like to hang out, when it happens to happen.
Im Nate. 34 year old professional. Mature, responsible, honest, hard working individual who is looking for a mature house share in Sydney. Im not looking for a house with so many rules where I feel like im back in school. I like to use my common sense. Im working Monday to Friday and like to do my own thing during the week, I cook, I am clean, I am quiet. I am willing to help around the house if needed. I prefer communicating like adults not acting like children. Lets not make our home/ relaxing life hard. Looking for a place mid February for about 6 months. Message me for any questions. Thanks
Hello! I am coming to Sydney for an exchange semester at the University of Sydney. I will be in Sydney starting from Feb. 25, till end of June. I am looking for a private room (or some group of people to find and share the flat). I am flexible, tidy, neat and friendly. I do not smoke at all and I drink alcohol moderately. That being said I am not a party girl :) I like travelling, reading, watching movies, swimming and trying different foods. I cannot live in a house with pets, since I am allergenic to animal fur.
Hi! My name is Ben, I am 24 years old from Toronto, Canada. I am moving to Sydney to start Medical School at the University of Sydney this coming January (2018). I've worked all over Canada in various fields, and in both the Antarctic and Arctic as a wilderness guide. I love being outdoors, hiking, running, camping and sports in general, and have been a competitive rower for many years. I also love Australian music, and will be looking for friends to go see live music with too! I've always lived with 3 other people at a time, so I understand how to keep a house clean, how to be respectful of other people's space, and also how to be a fun roommate! I am looking to live with other people in their 20's or early 30's, who are generally quiet and busy, but who also enjoy hanging out over a drink, watching movies and going out on occasion. Please get in touch if I sound like a fit for your place !
