Hey! I'll be arriving in Sydney around 28th March on a working holiday, where I plan to do some IT contracting, so will need a place to stay. I'm an easy going, social guy, who doesn't mind having a beer or two/going out with housemates, but at the same time enjoys my own space every now and then. I enjoy going to the gym/staying active, and watching alot of TV shows/movies too. I'm also quite a clean person, always tidying up after myself etc.
An international student. I have moved to Sydney for my Master's at USyd. Most of my time is likely to go into studies, part time job and football (soccer). Like most of the people on this platform, I too stay clean and tidy. I'm pretty chilled out.
Hi, I just recently graduated from honours in economics. I am currently having a holiday overseas and will be back to Syndey on 26th Feb. For the past two years, I stayed with university housing. Before that, I was in shared houses and lived with people from different backgrounds including Chile, China, Brazil and Korea. I am an active and easy going person. Love movies and binge watching House of Cards... Also enjoy hiking or going to the beach on weekends. Looking for a clean, bright and affordable room that is reasonably close to central. Preferably with access to public transportation (bus, train or light rail etc.) Would love a glass wine or a pint of beer while chatting with housemates occasionally but value a certain degree of privacy. Thank you.
I am a friendly fun loving 25 year old who works in the CBD as a croupier. I can make a mean spaghetti bolognaise, very respectful of other peoples lifestyles and keep to myself. I am a smoker and hardly drink. I am a poet at heart and would love to be published. Also studying a Double degree of Journalism and Media and Communications online in my own time. If bills are included I can do $300 maximum per week. I come with my own bed, bedside tables, ottoman and chest of drawers so would prefer unfurnished. I would prefer my boyfriend to stay over a few nights a week, so I hope you understand that it is a priority for me.
I'm moving to Sydney to study a Master of Development Studies at USYD full-time. I've been working in media and communications for an NGO in CBR and will look for similar part-time work in Sydney. In my spare time I am usually reading/writing at home, meeting friends, or out walking and maybe visiting a gallery or something else arts-oriented. Vices include cute pets, wine and cheese - would love to live somewhere in the inner west with likeminded souls of similar age where these three things feature regularly! Like most people I like a balance of privacy and socialising with housemates, and I clean up after myself and expect the same in return. Send me a message if you think I would fit in well at your place!

About the Area Great location - 1min from the Bus, 30min from Central (5min from light rail). Large shopping center 2min away. Lots of green parks in the area. About the room Large bedroom, very bright and furnished. (doesn't include wardrobe). About the house Nice house even though not modern, quiet big, everything included in the price (Internet, Gaz, Electricity, Water). Great outdoor area with a sitting area. I maintain the garden. VERY IMPORTANT : I have a 4 years old, super active, german shepard so : -You need to be pet friendly / tolerant. It means a little bit of dog's hair ( I tried to clean all the time but German shephard are shedder) and a little bit of barking ( he is a guard dog - at least you will feel safe!) -You must not be scared of very active large dog. He will be obsessed with you for a few weeks. He is very friendly, he is just curious and a little bit people obsessed. -No children in the house Looking for a female flatmate only, approx same age (30-40), responsible and non smoker.

I do need somewhere to park but I'm not fussed if it's secure or street parking. Feel free to contact me if you have a room coming up which might suit.
