Close to shops, train station and the local bus picks up and drops off at front of house, there is a gym just down the road in walking distance, as most things are from this residence, so therefore owning your own car is definitely not a criteria. The new tenant has the right to all amenities, with consideration to the other tenants. Rent will include bedding but renter must supply own personal items. For eg toilet paper, food and laundry supplies. Both of the $200 rooms include internet, water and power though will be charged as per usage. Netflix is available, and on those chilly nights there is a slow combustion fire to keep warm by. The single rooms are for the $200 and both come with a made single bed, wardrobe and bookcase. The room with the white furniture is available for renting. The other is occupied at present until the 18th of May 2019. The bathroom is shared with the other people who happen to be here at the same time. Out in the spacious backyard, that is fully fenced there is a comfy swinging seat with a lovely pond area and newly planted ferns to relax by, only just completed but it is a very tranquil, cool and calm place to sit and read a good book, or study whatever be your thing. If the new tenants would like to have their friends over for a meal then out on the back deck there is a BBQ and a blue tooth music set-up, before people get the wrong impression, this is far from a party house, but I, as other people do enjoy the company of my friends and would just like to let the new tenants know that as long as they, and their guests are respectful there would not be a problem with that at all.
I'm a spiritual and creative person, with a love of nature. I enjoy meditation, kirtan, walking in nature, a cuppa and chat. I also enjoy alone time and am respectful of others needs and space. I'm looking for a studio flat or granny flat or preferably a team-up with someone who would like to co-create shared space. I work for myself, with clients and teaching, online and in-person as a healer and Akashic Teacher. I enjoy cooking, sharing meals and gardening. I have inherited two bearded dragons and a blue-tongue so we are looking for a space to make our new home.
I'm quiet, creative, and land loving. Looking to share with some down to earth, similar hearted people :) Have been up in the mountains for a few months now, staying with friends and camping out in the bush sometimes. But it's getting cold now, and would love to find somewhere cosy, warm and peaceful to call home. If there's a veggie garden or space to create one I'm exta keen! :) Am open to temporary or permanent accommodation, keen to find something pretty soon:)
I am not in any hurry - but I am wanting a flatmate, a female who would go in with me in a share home/ house, preferably over 40 years. I wish to work in Sydney 3 nights a week and so would be away in that time, so you would get that time to yourself and in return I want my three cats to be cared for whilst I am not there. Which would include medication for one cat nightly. Kitty litter and food and keeping the house warm etc....So must be a cat lover. In my spare time I paint and illustrate etc. So a quiet arty reflective person who enjoys a quiet household would be great. Vegetarian. Looking at mid to higher Blue Mountains, two living areas and large bedrooms. up to $400 for a house would be ideal but could go over a bit if perfect place is available. Lots of trees and a sunny aspect. Quiet road.
I'll be moving to the Blue Mountains at the end of June/ beginning of July after completing my degrees in Canberra. I am happy to either join a sharehouse or enter a new lease. I will be working remotely as a bookkeeper and potentially exploring further research opportunities. I will also be taking part in an Arts Exchange along the Bundian Way until September. I'd love a space to set up my easel and sink into my art practice. I have been in harmonious sharehouses for the last four years and I love all sorts. Quite flexible about living arrangements and quite mellow, but definitely get around potlucks and intimate gatherings.
Hello, I am very easy-going, clean and tidy with a minimalist style, healthy eating (prefer vegetarian). I like intelligent conversation but also happy in my own space. And understand giving other tenants their space as well. I have 2 older shorthair ex-working female very obedient relaxed Border Collie dogs who must come with me. I’m a community registered nurse and have family in both Bowral and the upper blue mountains. If you have a little cottage or room off the main part of your house that would be great. I am drawn to those who believe in peace, harmony & environmental awareness. I have participated in a number of meditation retreats and enjoy regular meditation and exercise. I would like to rent a room short-term but this may lead to long-term rental if all goes well. I do need to rent in a property with a good fenced backyard. I look forward to hearing from you. Mary :)
Looking for a pet (cat) friendly property for my old girl to live out her twilight years. She doesn't like other cats or dogs. A fenced backyard is ideal. Gas stove essential. Flexible on everything else. I recently quit uni and am about to start part time work instead. I love nature, animals, science, old music, comedy podcasts and playing board games with friends on the occasional weekend. I'm a quiet guy who makes an effort to be understanding, kind, respectful and generous. I don't drive, drink, smoke or party. I'd much rather go to the library or work in the garden. I often stay in sydney with family a couple of days a week to babysit my young nephews. I'm happy to do extra house and garden work for less able housemates, or provide company or assistance with independence in people of any age with diverse needs. ☺
Student at Wentworth falls tafe studying Outdoor Recreation. Looking to move up into the mountains to study and climb. pretty chill guy and I clean up after myself. just googling and having a little look around at the moment.
Hey I'm Jane, Full time as a Dental Assistant in Leura, pretty easy going - I am very neat/ clean up after my self and I am not home much - as I work a lot of hours - I love to go on adventures. Such as bushwalking and rock climbing, would love to meet some like minded people.
The house is a 2 story house - big but very cozy. There’s a fireplace and air conditioning down stairs. There is also a gym room and large garage. We have wifi, Netflix and a big backyard to have a small bonfire and entertain. There is a bush trail at the end of the street. Non smoking and no drugs.
It’s right near the national park with many great spots to explore. Only a two minute drive to the centre of down or fifteen minute walk. I have Netflix and Stan set up in the main living space. The whole house is fully heated. I have just redecorated the house so it’s looks pretty neat with lots of beautiful artwork to admire. ☺️ The room available is the only room on the first floor of the house and my room is on the second floor on the other side of the house, so there is plenty of privacy.
I'm an artist, yoga, meditation teacher and an avid tea drinker. Currently focusing on being a working artist so I am looking for a place which has a garage or space that is well ventilated I can work from (my art can be seen at www.artbybasia.com) Despite the common perception on artists I'm actually very clean and organised (I have a design background) and am really easy going - going with the flow *thats where yoga and meditation come in :) and I absolutlely love being in the bush -nature really. I also have a border collie that I will have part time - so would need a place that has a fenced back yard or is on the bush
House is in a tranquil spot. Very homely, bright and airy. Close enough to public transport but very quiet at night. Gas heating and cooking, and a wonderful veranda and garden outlook. Plenty of storage available.
$200pw Room for rent. Lovely garden aspect with french doors to private access. Own shower. 8 min walk to the train station. Bushwalk 60 seconds to the end of our street and a great organic shop at the other end of our street. The studio/cubby you see in one of the images in the garden, can also be negotiated for a storage space. NB; the room is connected to the house, not a studio. A little about us - we are a friendly family with children and a few pets. We have fabulous friends and neighbours that sometimes pop in after school hours for a cuppa. We are considerate and respectful of others and our environment. If you think this may suit you, drop me a line and we'll have a chat.
