LOOKING on the Central Coast, the Lower North Shore or the Blue Mountains... Responsible, caring, clean, a Francophone by birth, I have excellent references from Real Estate Property management. My past profession involved my own business in health and healing and beauty and aromatherapy, I was accredited in the USA as a Reiki Master Teacher, and taught seminars full time in Australia and overseas from 1990 to 2003. My family home was on Sydney's Northern Beaches in Seaforth, then in Mosman for many years. I like Nature, I like space, and a tidy, pleasant home. I can be social but respect we all need our quiet space. I am a committed animal lover and activist, and have been vegetarian for many years, though occasionally, I will eat seafood and fish when my doctor tells me I need more iron. I am an actor by profession and I have an agent in Sydney and in Melbourne. I am finishing a University accredited Law degree by distance education and I have two years to complete this. I have a gorgeous CAT, "Ellery" - Ellie is 2 years old, shy with people and is litter trained, she was rescued as a baby and hand reared by me from 6 weeks of age. I PREFER a situation with an enclosed garden/courtyard and ideally, no other pets like other cats or dogs, as regrettably, an owner's dog attacked Ellery when she was still a kitten, so this frightening memory has stayed with us. As a former competitive swimmer and diver, I love the water and being close to it. I am looking for a long lease after the initial six months is over. I have lived all over the world as a child and travelled several times around it as an adult, and travelling is a passion!!! I seek stability, preferring to share with one other, an owner-occupier or leaseholder is good, where that housemate works regular hours or travels for work. I obviously prefer a person who is mature in their temperament, respectful and kind, and who also appreciates the sounds of silence. Thank you.
I have just moved from the far north coast near Byron Bay and am studying at the University in Leura. Looking for a place to stay while I wait for my on campus accommodation to be finalised. I am interested in hospitality and Event Management however I am quiet secluded and independent.
Close to shops, train station and the local bus picks up and drops off at front of house, there is a gym just down the road in walking distance, as most things are from this residence, so therefore owning your own car is definitely not a criteria. The new tenant has the right to all amenities, with consideration to the other tenants. Rent will include bedding but renter must supply own personal items. For eg toilet paper, food and laundry supplies. All amenities are provided. The $225 or the $325 will include water, electricity and internet. The single rooms are for the $225 and both come with made single beds, wardrobe and bookcase. These rooms will become available after the 14th of January 2019. The last bedroom is the double room, at $325 which becomes available after the 9th of March 2019. This rooms has it's own Juliet balcony even though couples are welcome to aplply it does have two single beds, but on the plus side there is a wardrobe for both occupants. If one person would like this room the cost remains the same. The bathroom is shared with the other people who happen to be here at the same time.

My partner and I are easy going, friendly, down to earth people who just want to have fun and enjoy life. We've been living in Springwood for the past six months but our lease is up at the end of the month so we're looking for a new place further up the mountains to share with someone to save a bit of money and be closer to work. We're casual smokers but are respectful of our homes and company, and never smoke inside. We have a black cat named Effy, she is extremely loveable and friendly but likes spending time to herself and is outside wandering most of the day, we would also love for her to be able to come with us wherever we move.
Hi there! I'm looking for a laid back house to move into as I have moved away from the party lifestyle into full time IT work. i am a semi professional musician and IT nerd. I am relatively quite (when not practicing music haha) and tidy, even a bit handy with fixing things around the house! Always up for a chat over a cup of coffee and super easy to get along with!
I work in outdoor education so I'm often away for most parts of the week which crosses over into my recreational life where I'll be out exploring the mountains in canyons, rock climbing and motorbike riding. I am tidy and clean and considerate of others' needs and space. I'm looking for an easy environment where the same considerations come from others as well as fun times!
Hi, we are a couple who are expecting our first child at the end of February. We are very social but at the same time independent. We are easy going and clean after ourselves. We are looking to live with someone who has already children or someone who doesn’t mind a new born in the house. We love cooking and to share a good chat.
I've just finished travelling around Australia for 12 months in my campervan and ready to settle for a while in a beautiful place before I start my next adventure to Uluru. I'm a friendly, caring, and happy girl. I'm responsible and also love to have a laugh. I work remotely in marketing so my working location can be anywhere. And to be honest I just can't wait to have a washing machine again 😂
I am a rare happy morning person 😁 that is always up for a good chat. I enjoy equal amounts of peace/quiet and noise/entertainment. I love cats, so would be happy to join a🐈 home. I have lived in previous house shares in which the other flatmates wanted to keep our lives very separate. I am not interested in doing that again. I would like to live with people that want to become friends, have meals together, and share in new experiences. It’s too challenging living under one roof and keeping everything separate.
We are relaxed and easy going people. We enjoy and value our own space, but also don't mind to sit down for a good chat over dinner/cups of tea/a glass of wine. We like to be outside, climb, hike, explore. Only one of us would be living permanently in the house as the other one has live in accommodation at work and will be staying one or two nights/week depending on how busy work is. We have a super friendly and chilled out kelpie. He is de-sexed, gets along with all dogs and is very well behaved. We have great references and can move in asap.

If you think this may suit you, drop me a line and we'll have a chat.
I'm an active, fit, well read individual, have been a long term business owner, business mentor, soccer coach, tennis player and student of life. I like to play darts, or have a quiet schooner of beer or a pleasant, soothing glass of wine. I have four adult children whose needs haven't diminished. I like people of all ages and cultures and feel that my persona is easy for most.
