I'm an Australia Awards postgraduate scholar studying at University of Sydney. My partner is a software engineer working at an edtech company located in Surry Hills. My study commences in December this year so I am looking for an 11-month lease. I am a quiet person who loves her alone time. I usually spend my free time reading books, watching documentaries on Netflix, and playing boardgames with other nerds like me. My partner and I LOVE cooking. We also like traveling and immersing in different cultures. I am looking for a bright room where I can study because I will spend most of my time at home writing papers and doing my homework. I am looking for housemates who are chill and tidy. We can offer good conversations about our country (the Philippines), Filipino food, delicious sushi rolls, and vegetarian sisig (look it up!).
Hi! I'm a software engineer working in the education sector. My partner has just started her master's at USyd so a place close to my work (surry hills) and the uni would be great. We're chill and easygoing but neat, tidy, and precise. We value punctuality, cleanliness, sunshine, and happiness. If you're into board games. wine/beer, and quiet evenings, we'll get along just fine. My partner has a profile too! https://flatmates.com.au/F2511079
I'm an environmental noise consultant and I moonlight as a bicycle courier. I play the guitar and I can cook up a storm. I can talk about almost anything and I love getting to know the people I live with. I believe that kindness goes a long way and I like people who feel the same way. I'm looking for flatmates (or just one) to share a new place with. I like to keep things clean and I would prefer if the person I move with is willing to share the housekeeping responsibilities equally. I'm always ready for a chat and a few drinks, so of you are outgoing and generally optimistic about life, I bet we'd get a long well.
I am a 33 year old Sydney native looking to live in a relaxed, sensitive and mature home (inter-personally & domestically). I am an artist/creative working a full-time day job at Sydney Uni, who is looking to live with fellow creatives or those interested in creativity in other domains/fields. I enjoy food, friends, films, beach swims, plants/greenery, music and walks. I am clean, considerate and communicative so am looking for the same reciprocated. Hit me up if you're interested in meeting and discussing a house share possibility. PS I'm fun too 😉
Hey, I'm Ciara, I'm a 22 year old recent graduate! I'm working full time in Sydney. I have been renting in Sydney for 4 years and am a kind, clean and fun person.
Hello Everyone! Originally from Wagga, I moved to Sydney to study engineering and I have been share housing in the Inner West for a few years now. Living within walking distance to a train station is ideal but not necessary. I like to cook and meal prep as well as clean my dishes! I am looking for a room to rent in a house that is relatively chill, I consider myself somewhat of an introvert and I value housemates that respect privacy and study time. When I am not busy with uni work, I'm more than happy to chill. I don't drink much (student budget) but I won't say no to a free beer!
Hi I name is Hazel, I have been living in Spain in the last year and am looking to find somewhere to settle back home in Sydney. I have lived in share housing before and I am clean and always willing to contribute in the kitchen even though I am not quite Masterchef. I am working full-time in administration/scheduling and am looking to share with other people who are working. I am social and friendly but like my own space as well.
Felipe, 32, Male Full time Graphic Designer; Looking forward for a clean, and nice single place which I could call home. Responsible, easy going, clean & pet friendly. I am a 28yo french girl originally from Madagascar. I have been living in Sydney for almost 4years now. I finished my study in childcare last April and after being an au-pair for 4years it’s time for me now to have my independence. I am a singer in my spare time , but dont worry you wont hear me singing all day. I like art, music, movies, travelling. I like having my friends around, if you dont mind when 1 or 2 of my friends come over then its great, if one of my girl stay over it’s even better! I am pretty chill and easy going and I like having my house clean. Im a social girl, so if you happy to have a chat and having a glass of wine sometimes then ill be happy too, if not I am very respectful. Im quite busy on the weekend between catching up with friends, babysitting and partying, but sometimes I can spend the whole weekend indoor. Hopefully I get to find an awesome flatmate to move in February 🙂.
Hi there, I'm Andrew, and this is my (and possibly yours too) home... Up for rent is my spare room. It is furnished with a new mattress, with a king size duvet to make things even more comfy, and a clothes rack (only if you want it). The room has more than enough room to swing a cat (figuratively speaking only please) and to house a desk. Overall I'd say it's medium to large. My photos definitely don't do it justice... As for my home, well, humility aside, it is lovely, and importantly it is a home. I live in a cosy Art Deco block (of four apartments), and my apartment, I adore, especially how it drips in natural sunlight. The lounge room is big, and past there is a gorgeous and spacious kitchen (with gas) with a kitchen table that extends when you have people over for dinner... I live in a super location, which is close to everything (public transport, cafes, restaurants, supermarkets). The train station is just 4 minutes walk away (2.5 minutes if you're running late), and Newtown is only 5 minutes and 14 seconds away on the train! (Yes, I've timed it.) Oh, and I have lightrail 7 minutes walk away too. It's how I get to the Ian Thorpe pool. The city is 15 minutes by train. Basically everything is here, including wonderful neighbours, a beautiful backyard, and my favourite cafe up the road (Bespoke and Grind)... I've kept the rent really reasonable for the area, and gas and electricity and included. I have unlimited internet, which, if you want it, is $30 a month... And if you're wondering who I am, I work in media and advertising, swinging between both. I'm relaxed, I know how to hold a conversation (shock/horror), and also I know how to leave you be. . My apartment is a home, not just somewhere to sleep. If you want to call the inner-west home, then I'd love to hear from you.
Hey, looking for a share house. I work full time as a paediatric nurse. I try to be considerate with those I live with, I'm a bit of a softy but love beers and gigs. I have a dog named Mal, who is a good boy. He loves people.

I'm Katherine (or Kat) and I've just moved from Brisbane to Sydney and am looking for a room to rent in the inner western suburbs. I have a permanent full time position as a Business Analyst at an engineering consultancy firm in the city. I am an active, clean, friendly and sociable person but also respect and appreciate people's needs for space and privacy. I am ideally looking for something for 6 months (with the view to extend if it all works well) and am happy to pay a bond if need be.
This is a brand NEW apartment located at the new precinct complex just 2 mins walk to Lewisham West light rail and 5 mins walking to Lewisham station and around 10 mins to Parramatta road. Surrounded by terrace houses and this is the only complex with all new apartments. Been here for 6 months and honestly I'm amazed with the fact how convenience to go to all funky neighbors such as newtown, st peters, marrickfield, leichhardt etc and just catch light rail pretty much door to door all the way to fish market, star city, glebe, pyrmont, darling harbour to china town and CBD The apartment is brand new and almost everything is purchased NEW. New double bed size, built-in wardrobe, private own bathroom with bathtub. No parking in the building, but you can find off street parking around the area
Originally from Townsville, North Queensland, I moved to Sydney about a decade ago and have been living in the Inner West ever since. I work Mon-Fri from 8:30am-5:30pm in a retail head office as a Learning and Development Administrator (IT related job). I also have been employed in various positions within the same company for about 15 years. During my spare time, I enjoy seeing live music, watching movies (especially in the cinema) and travelling. As a housemate, I’m really easy going, clean up after myself and respect other housemates’ privacy. If you’d like to know anything more about me, feel free to hit me up! :)

Hi, I’m Claudia and I’m 30 years old. I work full time at the University of Technology Sydney. My passions in life are women and breakfast foods. During the week, I like chilling out at home with my dog and studying. On the weekends, I like socialising and having fun. Hi there, I am about to start my Masters degree and am looking for a new home after living in Randwick for five years - time for a change! I grew up in Melbourne and moved to Sydney for study and love being here. I contribute to household duties/cleaning and enjoy socialising with my fellow flatmates. Extra keen if those other people love board-games.
I am currently renting a brand new studio at Old Canterbury Road, Lewisham. I have signed a one year lease which ends in mid-January 2020. I have some change in plans (actually, I have done some calculations and financially it is better for me to move into my own property) and am looking for someone to take over my current Lease. My rent is $260 per week and you are to pay for water usage and your own utilities (pretty standard stuff). The studio is available on 1 March (or earlier if you want). I have a brand new cupboard which you can keep if you want. The studio comes with a washing machine and a bar fridge and so the only thing you really need to purchase is your own single bed (and a study desk if you need one). There is also plenty of street parking if you have a car. Otherwise, Lewisham station is only a 5-min walk away. Inspection is available any evening (this is because I work full time in the city). Cheers
