I'm looking for an unfurnished room (with own bathroom, or not shared with more than one person) close to public transport. I work full time on weekdays so they’re pretty low key for me. I’m a bit of a hygiene freak, so I like a clean and tidy place and would like to live with similar people. I really enjoy alone time, but always up for a chat with drinks. I have a cute little cavoodle puppy living with me part time. He's toilet trained and I intend to keep him indoors. He’d go to work with me during the day, so he’s basically only ever home when I am. Definitely interested in teaming up with other dog owners to find a pet friendly place and set up a new home. I have a place in mind if anyone's interested.
Hiya! I'm a soon to be forensic science honours graduate looking for a place a bit further out of the city than where I currently live (Newtown). I'm an open, straightforward person, I am also generally quiet and keep to myself, but do not shy away from socialising. Keen to find a place which is more modern than where I currently live, and with a bit more space (can fit a double bed, wardrobe and desk easily). I'm not looking to move until mid/late November so if you need someone earlier I'm not your girl!
HELLO. My name is Caroline, born in Sydney, lived in UK for 6 years, recently back to Sydney and time to settle here a bit so looking to do that standard twenty-somethings' thing and live in the inner west ABOUT ME: - I'm studying for a shiatsu (massage)/yoga teacher qualification - *and this is probs my best selling point* i.e. I am studying massage and i need ppl to practice on :D - I'm working part time (10-3, Monday-Friday) for a startup based in Glebe - I also teach dance occasionally, but looking to do this more in the next 6 months - I am pretty chill, I do things like cook, meditate, read, browse the internet - I also like to talk shit and laugh and sometimes just lay in the sun and do nothing - I am in to joint shopping lists, if that is your thing - I am clean and tidy - I am looking for somewhere that is chill and feels somewhat like a home
I'm a pretty relaxed guy, I understand that ones personal space and living environment needs to be respected. At the same time I am generally keen to hang out and have a beer/coffee and chat about anything. I am open to housemates having a couple of friends over as I would like to do at times too, it is as much your home as it is mine! :) I am a pretty clean and organised guy. I lived in the same room with two other guys for a semester in uni, and none of us killed each other. So I must be pleasant to live with haha. I have a solid full-time job as a Civil Engineer so you don't have to worry about me not paying rent on time. I usually work 7-5 Mon-Friday, with the occasional night shifts. I like to cook, mainly when I can collaborate with others, and I make some bomb ass pancakes 🥞. I'm really into my sports, mainly football (soccer), basketball and American football, also a bit into tennis and golf. I love to adventure and experience as much of my city as possible, such as live gigs, new parks, cafes, and bars, and also like to roadtrip when I can, my car is kitted out for it! If you've made it to the end, congratulations, I hope I seem like a good housemate, I think I will be! 😊
We are all first/second year university students/working part time, who are looking for a place with 3 bedrooms to move into as of December-January. We will all be studying full time, at UNSW, Macquarie, and USYD, as well as working. We are quiet, tidy, all non smokers, and we don't own any pets. Our max budget is $750 per week for all 3 bedrooms, and having the bills/internet included in the price would be really great! Somewhere with basic furnishings such as a fridge, a washing machine, and beds would also be ideal. Please don't hesitate to contact me for any information, or if you would like to look at our social media accounts to check us out! :)
Personable, friendly and clean but mostly quite busy. I’m in between jobs so looking to move out from my current place as it’s expensive to maintain without my current job. I work in audit/professional line of service. I’m looking to start with 3.5 months tenancy and we will see how things go from there.
Hey, I am a bubbly lady from Malaysia, been in Australia since August 2017, another 1 year to go before my visa expired but i am planning to go for student visa afterward, so long term stay i am looking for. I work full time in the CBD and i love going to gym after/before work trying to make some quota for chips & chocolate (oh yes, i love eating snacks ;P). On my day off, i either go out for hiking camping, wandering around or stay home reading or watching movie. I am a very tidy and hygienic person, I clean up right after using the kitchen & bathroom, never leave mess behind, except food that smells good, more than happy to share my yummy Malaysian food if you are keen. Haha. I am easy going, enjoy chatting with housemate if you are in the mood for some laughter else i will respect your need for space & peaceful moment. Looking forward to meet some cool housemate and become friends afterward, as i always do with almost all the housemates that i ever lived with. ;)
Hi internet - I’m Will, a 28 year old lawyer who keeps fairly normal hours and has fairly normal habits. I'm moving to Sydney in a few weeks and need a place to live. I've been in share houses for a while and am looking to move into an established place, or set up a new one. I like having people around to chat with at times and share a drink, but am very respectful of others space. I like the idea of having the occasional meal (even if just a breakfast with flatmates, but realise this often doesn't happen with busy schedules). I'm clean and more than happy to pitch in around the house - would be great to have a place with a yard, but I don't have pets so I'm not too fussed on that front. Let me know if you would like to have a chat - I'm Canberra based at the moment but happy to chat on the phone and drive up to look at places. Happy to move earlier than the date above if something comes up :)
Clean, tidy, easy going English guys, here to work professionally (contracts administrator for JHG) and hopefully settle. Enjoy health, fitness, food, socialising but also respect others privacy. Lived in various house shares back in the UK.
Hello Beautiful People , I am Looking to get a nice place with someone who is positive . My name is Maz i am local citizen living in Sydney from last 11 year. I lived at GoldCoast , Brisbane Adelaide and few months in Melbourne. I worked in E-commerce and DropShipping Business . I did plenty of travel here and there around the country. I travel overseas in my holidays. I'll keep to myself or I can be your best friend, whatever works. I always say " FIND YOUR TRIBE " & life will be more cool. I am Truely a Minimalist . Normally when i am working get home around 6pm and head to the gym after work. Like to keep busy on weekends then do the occasional Netflix binge when I am not. I am into my tunes (mainly the triple J variety) . I like sociable housemates who don't hide in their room. Always good to have a company when watching sports and going through movies/Netflix. Personal space is obviously pretty important too. Shoot me any questions if you have them. I am looking for long Term place for 10 or 12 months. I am quite reserved, easy going, respectful and tidy. Preferably looking to share with just one other but open to sharing with two in the right circumstances. I'm punctual with the payments, relaxed, easy going and likes to keep things clean and tidy. I have good rental history , previous owners references will be provided on demand . I always pay on time . I'm looking for someone who has a positive outlook on life . The type of person I'm looking for has an easy-going attitude and has similar values on respect and care. Age is not an issue, its more finding the right type of person and to share with someone Fun / like-minded! :) . Looking for a flatMATE, not a tenant. Again don't want someone who hides in their room or isn't going to be around at all. I get bored of my own company....! Someone who is keen to hang out, like minded and keen for a good time. Thank you Maz
I’m Aneta and I’m 19 years old. I’m from Poland and I came to Sydney to learn English. I go to school from Monday to Friday. On the weekends I like chilling out in home or going out with friends. I’m quiet, clean person and easy to live with.
Originally from Perth and are currently working full time in the Sydney CBD as a Project Manager. I am super clean and tidy and I am looking for a share house preferably in Sydney's Inner West. I love going out/going to gigs, getting drinks and having fun. I previously lived in a share house in Glebe where roommates worked nights so I fully understand that aspect
Hi folks, I'm looking for a place for me and my doggo in the inner west. I work full-time in warehousing and like to get creative in my spare time or hang out and chill with my pup. I've share-housed for a long time so I understand the rules. Keen to find a home not a place to sleep. Open to all housemates as long as you're a creature lover.
Full time finance professional looking for a 2 bed apartment or house to be shared with another person, preferably with own bathroom and off street parking. Looking for a quiet and tidy place. Very friendly and easy to get along with. Don't mind having a chat after a long day at work. I dont smoke or drink. Pretty laid back and easy going sort of person.
I'm a pretty laid back guy. I have common sense and will respect your privacy etc. I like to keep the place clean but I'm not a clean freak; I would expect the same of anyone looking to share a place. I'm usually working but when I'm home I'm usually cooking or stuck in my room. Bonus points if you're looking for a gym nearby :)
"Quite possibly the most clean, quiet and respectful person of all time" - Flatmates Monthly ($100% genuine magazine) No seriously I'm super clean and I know how to be a good flatmate - I have a lot of experience.

Teacher, writer, philosopher, scholar and inspirational cartoonist. Friendly but quiet and grounded. Non smoker. Love animals and vegetarian :-) Sincere and reliable. Am environment conscious and believe that people sharing a space should clean up after. Very light cooking. Cheers, SR
Huge, charming and fully furnished 3br, 2 bathroom house sharing with just one other. It is in a quiet leafy street on the Lewisham/Petersham border, minutes from train station, buses, restaurants, pubs and shops (the famous Portuguese tart bakery is dangerously close). The house is older style with loads of character, high ceilings, fireplaces, separate lounge (with retro record player), dining room, a huge open kitchen. Over the balcony there's a huge backyard, big enough to land a small plane, a bbq, and a garden with space to grow things (although our money tree never flourished as planned). Under the house there's a basement (“the dungeon") for storage and a spare room which gets used for yoga, music, lounging... The vibe is relaxed and happy where visitors are welcome but we respect each other’s space and privacy. Currently we recycle, keep lots of plants and do our bit for the environment. It’s not really a TV watching house or party house but the odd dinner party or birthday celebration may take place on occasion. Our feline neighbours also like to pop in for a visit every now and then. The available room is large and lovely (apx 4m x 4m) with high ceilings, polished floorboards, a fireplace and stained windows. It easily fits a queen bed, wardrobe, bookshelf, desk. It also doesn't share any common walls and is away from the other occupied bedroom. There’s currently some furniture in the room which you’re welcome to use or it can be removed. Move in date can be flexible.
About the room: The room features a built in wardrobe, large mirror, ornate fireplace with mantelpiece and beautiful sunlight. The rent is $310 per week (excluding bills) and the bond amounts to 4 weeks rent = $1,240. About the house: The house is very recently renovated and boasts a great kitchen with modern facilities, a large bathroom, a spacious lounge room and a huge, magical backyard. There is airconditioning in the lounge room and dining room for warmer months, and a gas fireplace in the lounge room to comfort those winter chills. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas stove, oven, microwave and fridge, and the laundry has a combined washer/dryer. Added luxuries include a heated towel wrack and heated floors in the bathroom! The house is never short of sunshine, which keeps the place energised and extra happy. We are a health and environmentally conscious duo - passionate about recycling, composting, our little worm farm and using synthetic/fragrance free products around the home. Ideally we would love to find someone who shares these values too. Perks of the location: 2 minute walk to Lewisham station 4 minute walk to Lewisham West light rail 10 minute walk to Summer Hill shops Plenty of street parking available
