Hi, I’m Ryan—27, starting out as an urban planner in Ashfield while studying part-time. Looking for someone great to start a new home around Summer Hill. Independent, respectful and clean—I’ve shared for ages and I’m happy to have a yarn when I’m not off to the library or running to the beach. Otherwise, I’ll be at a café too high on coffee to read my book. Leasing a 2 bedder up to $700 would be ideal—somewhere walkable, relatively stylish and community-oriented. Gay, straight, upbeat, low-key, Aussie, “diverse”—get in touch if you are genuine and like-minded. Or just rich.
One of the top coolest, cutest. bestest dogs in the mostly know Universe.. (Lilu - Pomeranian/Papillion cross - 1.5 years old, 2 kg (!), very fury, likes other animals, low allergenic and she doesn't molt!). I'm also house trained and pretty laid back - we recently came out of a marriage breakup in New Zealand so now looking for a generally relaxed place to live for the next 6-12 months with cool people while I take up a new job in the Telecommunications Build Sector in St. Leonards (we are currently in Central Queensland visiting family). Lilu is a little bit shy but pretty friendly once she gets to know you, house trained, very small and not really yappy for a tiny guard dog - Lilu likes: nice people, nice cats and dogs, showing off, big walks along the beach/park in the morning and at night, exotic highly expensive designer dog scenarios, cashew nuts, hyper sports cars and of course the usual limo and helicopter services to and from events. I'm pretty low key as well, generally keep myself occupied, I like live music, love old cars and old houses (and fixing them), travel, film and also enjoy socializing as well as going to the gym... social drinker. Used to live in Lewisham 2012-2013 so looking for somewhere in the general Newtown area again or maybe near the beach (Bronte sort of way) or somewhere relaxed with nearby parks so Lilu can go for walks easily. Anyhow thanks for reading about us ;) Maybe we can get to know you more )))
Hey - I'm moving to Sydney in the new year for a job and am looking for somewhere great to stay. I have loved living in my current share house for the last 4 years and am hoping to enjoy Sydney just as much. I am a very easy going and considerate housemate. I love music, the outdoors and food. I would definitely like a little bit of a social house but by no means am I a party animal. Most of the time when I'm at home I'm hanging out with my housemates, cooking or something to do with music (with headphones on). I am a flexible on move in dates but ideally, I'll want to move before February.

Hello flatmates! I'm Meesh, a 27 year old chef originally from Canberra and potentially your new house mate :) I enjoy chilling with mates, beach and random adventures. Checking out bars and cooking. I'm share house trained, considerate and extremely respectful. I'm not a passive aggressive post it note bandit and hope that you aren't either. I can work some pretty long days. So i love home to be a chill environment and am looking for somewhere long term with people who i can ultimately become friends with. I'd love to find somewhere that i can call home, so i am really looking for a long term rental with some like minded legends who aren't afraid to grab a meal or a bev should schedules permit. I am terrible at writing these things. But if you think I'd be a good fit pls don't hesitate to message! Cheers, Meeshi
I am a 21 year old male student at Macquarie University - Have lived in Sydney for 12 years and looking to move out of home. I'm a great cook and don't mind cooking for you. I like to keep things clean, as well as socialise but also leave time to study (mostly at the library) I like to think I'm easygoing and get along with everybody no matter what. I work in North Manly but am able to commute, just looking for someone/some people that are easygoing and chilled out :).
I am a 30 y.o. Asian girl doing grad school. Looking for a place to live, starting next year (mid-Jan), preferably for long-term (1 year or so). I will mostly be working at the university on weekdays. On weekend, I like to go out - exploring Sydney, 'brunching', or going to the cinema, but also be occasionally at home - relaxing or doing work. I don't mind having a chat, going for a drink or doing a movie night, but I also keen on doing my own things. I also like to keep my place clean and neat. I'm looking for a place to live with people in similar age range, pretty neat, and quite social (people who do not mind doing "social thing" once in a while).

Hi we're an Irish couple living in Sydney and both working full time. We like cooking, having a few drinks on the weekend and exploring all of what sydney has to offer. We are easy-going and respectful of those we live with. We are also clean and tidy and always clean up after ourselves - we like to live in a clean environment. Would be up for sharing the odd drink or meal together during the week and it's important for us to live with someone we can have a laugh with. Looking for like-minded housemates. Send us a message if you reckon we could be a good match together. Cheers! Chloe and Adam
Hey, I'm a graduate medical student so I'm super quiet but don't mind the occasional netflix binge or group dinner. I'm pretty on top of cleaning (all that good hygiene practice you get as a medical student). I like cooking (meal prep come at me). I've lived in share accommodation before and have my share of roommate horror stories. I work part time as well as studying so making rent will never be an issue. I'm not particularly looking to move before new years but am flexible.

Hello! Our names are Sarah, Alyse, and Neville (Note: Nev is a cat)! We are looking for either a place to move in (into two separate rooms), or are interested in starting a new share house in the inner west. (Note: we aren’t a couple, but we are LGBTQI friendly). We would need to be moved into a new place by the 19th of January, so we would like to get the ball rolling, especially if we are going to be applying to real estates to set up a new home! Our basic house/location requirements are the following: - Walking distance to inner west train line - plus a Garage or street parking - Pet friendly (for Nev!) We are both mid-20s and in our final year of postgraduate neuropsychology (and will be working part-time). Sarah is getting into yoga, trail walking, and eating brownies at markets. Alyse attends a music gig most weekends, and collects vinyl. We both also like creative projects, especially those of the baked kind (and no, this is not a 420 reference). We are both non-smokers, respect personal space, and whilst we would like to keep our home relatively quiet on weeknights, we would love a housemate who would like to share a few drinks, meals, or watch movies together every now and then. We’d like our housemates to be reliable, tidy, hygienic, mature enough to not cause drama, and in their 20s-early 30s, to team up with.
My name is Ryan, and I am a university student studying Graphic Design at Billy Blue (it's near UTS, close to Broadway). I also work part time as a waiter in Chatswood. My nationality is Australian but I have never lived here up and till February of this year. I am a friendly, out going person. I have a great sense of humour and love to have fun, but I also respect people's privacy. I love to draw, skate, and just basically anything that's fun (I'm open to new things).
