***ABOUT ME:*** •Hello! My small dog and I are looking for a home. We are looking for housemates who LOVE DOGS! •I'm a 28 years young Sydney-born Full Time 9am-6pm working professional in the photography industry in the CBD. I'm honest, responsible and reliable; I pay all my current existing bills on time and can most definitely pay my future rent/bills on time! •I keep my personal and communal areas clean and tidy e.g. I like to wash my dishes straight away so that I never leave dishes sitting in the sink smelly for days or for others to wash up after me. •I'm friendly, like to hangout/chillout and like to get to know people. At the same time, I'm quiet, shy and like to relax on my own. I'm looking for a place to live where it's quiet, drama-free and not a party house as I love a good night's sleep. •I am respectful of other people and their personal space and property. •During the working week: I like to take my dog for walks, go to the gym and go to bed as early as I can. •On the weekends: I like to treat my dog to the dog beach/park, skateboard and cook my meals for the coming week. •My interests/hobbies: mini outdoor adventures/seaside hikes with my dog, skateboarding, gym, arts and crafts (e.g. film photography, loom knitting, building gundams), going to live music concerts, watching movies/tv shows, boardgames...and so many more! •I'm a non-smoker and am looking to live with other non-smokers only. I don't do drugs and I am not a heavy alcohol drinker. •I am looking to live at a place for longer term (minimum 12 months). •I am looking to live within walking distance to a train station or light rail as I don't drive. •I would organise my own food as I cook fresh meat and vegetables for my dog as well. I would most likely cook my week's worth of food on the weekend then freeze it so I don't have to cook during the working week. ***ABOUT MY DOG:*** •My dog is a 6 years young male Chihuahua. •He is doggy door toilet trained, desexed, vaccinated and microchipped. •He is a clean indoor dog and sleeps on my bed. It would be ideal for him to have access to indoors and outdoors when I'm not home so he can go to the toilet outside and sleep inside. I have a removable doggy door panel which is simply a vertical panel of glass with a doggy door at the bottom which slots in next to a sliding door. •He loves people but needs time to warm up to them, so he is shy and nervous initially. •He is friendly and playful with other small dogs. He hasn't lived with another dog before, but I think a dog friend would be good company for him as he doesn't like to be home alone, so we are looking to live with another small dog. •He does bark when someone leaves or enters the home, but only for about 30 seconds. He also barks if he sees another dog walking outside from the home window. So we are looking to live with people who are understanding and tolerant of these now-and-again barks. I plan to have him professionally trained to manage this here-and-there barking. •He becomes scared easily if treated badly by someone and may nip to defend himself. So please, we are looking to live with DOG LOVERS ONLY who will show him lots of love, and won't grab him or yell at him aggressively. •I'm looking for housemates who wouldn't mind feeding my dog once in a while when I stay out past dinner time if I'm out at a music concert or doing something at night. Of course I'd be more than happy to doggysit my flatmates's pets if they'd wish :) •His interests/hobbies: loves going for walks especially by the ocean, playing catch with tennis balls and following me everywhere around the home. •Sorry, he is not cat friendly. ***ABOUT MY FISH:*** •The only piece of 'furniture' I would be bringing to the communal part of the house is my 17 years young fish and his 90 litre fish tank. •It would be ideal to have the tank in a communal area as he likes to watch people walk past and he swims after them. It would be fantastic to place the fish tank close to a sink for easier changing of water.
I'm tidy, reliable, I like to make the people I'm around feel comfortable and happy. My dogs are friendly, well trained and I take full responsibility for them including of course feeding and cleaning up any mess they make. I'm not loud and I don't invite friends over to drink or anything like that
I am a friendly, easy going high school teacher who works full time. I enjoy sharing a drink with people that I live with but can also read social cues when people need some time on their own! I love music, reading and animals. To that end, I have a dog (Ari) who would be living with me part time (shared custody with an ex). He is a lovely and gentle boy but he is quite large (he is half german shepherd) so i like people to know that going in!
Looking for a furnished private room/place to move into ASAP for at least 4-6 months with the possibility of extending. Would prefer my own bathroom (or shared with one other). Non-smoker and would prefer to live with other non-smokers. LGTBQI friendly, animal lover (especially cats) but not bringing any with me. Would prefer an all female flat, or a mix of girls and guys. I'm 27 years old, working in digital advertising full time and just finished my masters last year. I work in Pyrmont so ideally looking for something within walking distance or close to the light rail or a train station. Born in Australia but moved away and having been living abroad in Hong Kong and New Zealand up until 2015. I'm very chilled and sociable, but also like my downtime and respect other's space. I like quiet nights in watching a movie, drawing or learning a new language (I speak six). I also enjoy swimming and trying new cuisines. Traits I appreciate in a flatmate are cleanliness, respectful in regard to noise and privacy and just being generally friendly. I've lived in a variety of situations including on my own, in a penthouse apartment in a hotel, flatting with singles and couples (straight & gay) and in a dormitory. Happy to provide references from previous places if requested.
Hello! My name is Maiko and I'm 27. During the day I'm a full-time lawyer and most nights I keep it quiet. I'm either at yoga/meditation, working on a start-up business or doing typing jobs from home for extra $. To keep myself sane, I play music at pubs or binge watch TV shows (current obsession is Prison Break) during the weekends. Not/no time/no energy/too old to be a party person, but I do always have an ever flowing stash of wine and gin to share and enjoy quietly at home. My current lease in Dully is ending on 2 June as the owners want to move back in. So I'm looking for a place to call home, ideally for a move some time near the end of May. Maiko x
I'm 23 and working full time in a professional media role in Pyrmont. I can be busy with work, training and studying part time so I would offer a lot of personal space but also don't mind being a home body. I spend a fair bit of time in the kitchen, I particularly cook on the weekends to prep meals, but always tidy up after myself and respect communal areas. I wouldn't mind having a space where I can sometimes have friends over for a drink and catchup. I'm easy going, clean and enjoy my own space. Would be up for the occasional dinner/wine together :)
Hey, there! I'm looking for a single room in a place filled with sociable people. About myself: I've been living in Sydney for over a year, work full time in an IT company close to darling harbour. I'm easy going, clean an tidy, love to hang out, but respect others and their own space. I end up staying at work for longer hours during weekdays and on weekends in Bondi lazing around. Would like to find a flat/house, which I could treat as a home rather than just a place.
Hey there, I am a professional in medical sales role looking to move more central to the CBD area. I am respectful of tidiness for others so I like to keep the place clean and orderly. Consider myself to be social so like a good drink, coffee, or brunch whenever I can squeeze in the time. Not interested in turning home into a party house. Always up for a good catch up and chill at the end of the day.
Hi! I'm a design consultant for a strategy firm in the CBD. I'm a creative at heart so I'm always out and about working on side projects, making things and living gung ho. I'm low-key and easy going and I enjoy a good beer and banter anytime. I'm looking for a quiet room, probably long-term and near a train line. Let me know if interested! J
Heya, I'm Stacey. Originally from the South Coast, currently studying a Masters degree at UTS. During the week I'm usually at uni or studying, and work on weekends. I enjoy relaxing at home with a good book, watching movies, socialising with friends and family, laughing and love desserts any time of the day. I am reliable and a clean freak, ideally looking for a home, not just a house (close to public transport would be fabulous).
Hi my name is Anna, 27 y.o single female Australian. I work full time, easy going, clean, reliable house mate. I am friendly, sociable, not a crazy party person but do enjoy being sociable. I am a people person. I like to keep things clean and respect my housemates. :) I like going to the gym, beach and getting out and about.
Im looking for a room in a friendly and relaxed share house in the Inner West. Anything with a little garden would be great. I'm flexible with a move in date and anytime from mid May to early June suits me. I work full time in the CBD as an Administrative Coordinator and also trying to complete my Masters in Accounting. When I'm home i usually like to relax - read a book, garden, watch a movie, draw, crochet. Not much of a partier but love a wine and a chat. I'm easy going, clean and considerate.
Helloo! I'm a pretty bubbly outgoing kinda gal who loves spending time with my friends and family. I have a strange kind of love for anything that glitters or sparkles, despite being a fully fledged adult. I work full time in Ashfield and I own and rent out an apartment in Perth (I lived there for a few years). I'm a pretty neat and clean person who loovvessss when people put the empty toilet roll and drain hair in the bin and fills the kettle up after it's been used 🙊 I also spend about 45 billion hours in the bathroom so I'm preferably looking for a place where I'll have my own bathroom.
Hi I am 30 yo I work fulltime the classic 9-5 monday to friday. I love relaxing on weekends or maybe going on adventures and visiting new places when the weather is nice
I am an easy-going, relatively quiet guy who has just moved to Australia. Looking for affordable, clean digs in Sydney. I am not an intrusive dude, but I am ready for a chat and a beer when you are. I am also a non-smoker and almost a cleanliness freak as far my space goes. I have lived on my own for 6 years now, so I know the drill.
Hi guys, we are a friendly couple looking for a nice place to live. We need to move till 25/04, we are clean, easy going and relax. Cheers!

Signed up to a 6-month lease which terminates on 3 July 2017 with the option of signing up to 1-year, 6-month or month-to-month thereafter. Seeking individuals to take over the remainder of our lease ASAP due to being relocated for work. You would take our places on the lease terminating on 3 July 2017 and then you could choose your preferred lease option thereafter. We've absolutely loved living in this brand new 2-bedroom Meriton apartment (breaks my heart to leave). Here's some of it's best features: -- > Literally 1 minute away from the Lewisham West light rail stop (really quiet) > Less than 5 minutes walk away from Lewisham railway station > Convenience store (open until 10pm) and french patisserie downstairs! > master bedroom has an ensuite with a shower and bathtub > Gym, pool, spa and sauna in the meriton apartment block (incredible!) > Both bedrooms have huge built-in wardrobes > FuzeNet is the internet provider, free 1 month internet upon moving in and then $60/month for 250GB of data at a 25/5 download speed (really fast) > Water use is unmetered (free use of cold water); only pay for electricity, gas water heating and gas stove. > Super efficient air con / heater in both bedrooms and the living room > Sun room > 1x underground carpark with heaps of additional visitor carparks for visitors > A large storage shed in the underground carpark corresponding to your room > Rubbish and recycling chute down the hall from your room (only need to walk 20 steps to take out the trash, don't even need to go outside) > Pets permitted > Really quiet, noise-dampening windows block out all outside noise > Sun room > large kitchen bench > Dryer and wash basin included in laundry > Microwave included Overall it's an incredible place, 3 people (1 single person, 1 couple) have lived in the apartment and it's been very spacious and easy. Please message me to arrange an inspection. Thank you!
