Rent is $315/week, or $325 if you have a car and would like to take the parking space in the garage. This doesn’t include bills + internet (split evenly) and bond (4 weeks rent). The apartment itself: - Split level, with the bedrooms, bathrooms/laundry on the top floor and the living room and kitchen downstairs - It’s on the first floor of a relatively new building which has decent security, lifts, and rubbish chutes and recycle bins on each floor. - Fully furnished except for the bedroom, but could potentially fit some additional stuff if needed - There’s a decent-sized balcony, great for drying laundry and would be good for some outdoor furniture/bbq etc (long term goals!) - There's a storage cage in the garage that I am yet to use, but can be a joint space - There are bike racks in the garage - There's 1x allocated parking space in the garage - I’ve been living here for about three months now, and am really loving the space; cosy but with enough separation between the living/bedroom areas, and in such a convenient location - And there’s aircon/heating!
Hi, I am a single professional looking to share a place in the inner west within walking distance to a train station as I am beholden to public transport. I am fairly quiet and easy going and am looking to share with a similar person/ people. I enjoy a night out every so often and an evening drink at home but am not interested in a party house or somewhere with a constant stream of visitors. Ideally I would like to live with someone with whom I am friends rather than just someone who is sharing the space. I am looking for a place for at least six months.
Hi there! My name is Chantelle and I'm originally from Wollongong, but have been living in Sydney for the past 8 years. I am currently an Events Coordinator at a Cellar Door in Chippindale and when I'm not there I'm out making plans with my creative buddies for film projects. I am a creative at heart and am looking for a place to call home. I tend to become friends with who I live with, but I also don't mind giving space to them as well. I do run a busy schedule at the moment, but I do enjoy my down time watching Netflix, reading and listening to music. I'm pretty tidy and clean as well.
Hi, My name is Arda, I am a 25 year old degree educated IT Engineer. I am a friendly laid back bloke who can be social but I also like my own space and I'm very respectful of other peoples' space too. I like to keep my home environment clean and tidy. I am socıal and enjoy sharing meals with others so I am happy to share the cooking but I am flexıble and happy to do my own thing as well. I enjoy watchıng movies, TV serıes, I like gaming (both console and computer). Music is one of my passions, I enjoy listening to a wide range of music however I own and use my headphones!!! I really look forward to meetıng you and inspecting your property soon.
Hi! I'm a 22 year old Chemistry Honours student at USyd, looking for a double room to share with my boyfriend, Owen, who'll be moving from the States in early September. I'm going to be doing (upwards of) full-time research in quantum computing, and Owen will be working in a computer science-related job. We've been together for a year and a half, have lived together before in a sharehouse situation, and we're pretty chill. We're pretty sociable--we love a chat (and board games!)--but we also appreciate our own space. I love live music and finding the best small bars, bookstores, and cafes! On weekends we'll be spending plenty of time out and about trying to make up for the time we've spent long distance. We're also keen to make new friends and get to know the city. Drop me a line of you want to know more!!
hello everybody, during my 8 week internship in Sydney, I am looking for a place with nice roommates. My internship takes place at the New South Wales Institute of Sport (Olympic Park). Therefore, I need an apartment with easy access to get there (metro, train, bus). Also I would prefer rooms in suburbs with a lot of university students, to get in contact with new people. In my spare time I like to do sports myself. In Germany I play handball, but I also like to run. When I'm not working, I always like to have a nice chat over tea, coffee beer or wine. If you like to get in touch with me, then I can tell you more :)
Hannah and I are two friends looking for seperate rooms in a place we can call home. We both work full-time and enjoy having some cheeky after work beers, but also respect some down time. We are looking for two people to find a house with, but if a house with two rooms is available we can do that. We are both clean and have been share housing for some time now. We are currently living in Redfern. Open to living with pets to :)
31 year old professional, working in insurance.... exciting stuff I know ;) Fairly laid back, like to keep an active lifestyle. During the week will usually be gym after work and chilling. Weekends I'll generally be seeing friends and family. Big sport fan (AFL my favourite). Also love to travel, try new restaurants, bars etc. Dont mind a couple of drinks on the weekend but definitely no party animal. Lived in plenty of sharehouses in the past so no issues there. Feel free to flick me a message if you think I'd be a good fit for your place. Nick
Born and bred in New Zealand but am now living permanently in Sydney. I work full time in Retail management in Bondi and in my spare time I like to go exploring, go to gigs or out for food with short trips in between! I am very experienced with shared living and consider myself very tidy and respectful. I'm on the search for a place to call home for the long run with like-minded people and where I can make lots of fun memories.
We are married couple used to live in Brisbane since 2004 and would like to find a private and quiet place for a new life in Sydney. We are not young, hence, we don't like parties and going out too much. A clean, secure and quiet place is very important to us. Hopefully, we can find a suitable private place. We prefer the whole property or granny flats. Thanks
Hello! Hope you're having a lovely day :) Apologies in advance for my lil' story bio, but I'm a strong believer in developing connection through transparency. I figure that, if Humans are to live with one another, it is pretty damn important to understand one another, and how can understanding take place without a sharing of information :) My name is Dylan, and I'm 24 years old. I work in an IT consulting firm as a Business Analyst. I studied a Bachelor of Information Technology at the University of Wollongong! I've been to ~10 countries; my favourites are India and Holland! I LOVE music, so much so that one time I flew to Holland for a rave and then flew home straight after. $1500 and 48 hours in a plane later... it was awesome. I'm super into fitness and health, both mental and physical. I love meditation, the Gym and Brazillian Jiu-Jitsu. I've been Vegan for 3 years now, and I'm really passionate about animal rights. I'm looking for a place to call home, as my current place does not feel like that. I want a place where sunshine lives, where people smile and laugh; where the perception of life is not a negative one. I really don't want to live with negative people, as I'm currently living with one and it's incredibly draining. I'm house trained, as I've been housesharing for ~3 years now; I'm respectful, kind, bubbly and happy. I'm warm, understanding and loving, and I love people, especially the Humans of the happy variety. I'm really excited to find some awesome people to live with, that I can, with time, call my friends. Peace, Dylan
I'm a 22 year old law student at the University of Sydney looking for a private room (no shared room) to call home. I am a friendly, clean and chill person and have been living in Darlington with flatmates this past year. I'm usually busy throughout the week with classes and work and usually chill on the weekends. I am looking for long-term accomodation in the Inner West from July of $300 max with bills. Please only message me if you have a suitable place within my budget. Thanks!
