Air conditioned room in a graceful, old Victorian Terrace which is on 4 levels. This sharehouse has two bathrooms AND two kitchens, It is very unusual to not have access to the kitchen or bathroom whenever you need. This room is on the ground floor and at the front of the house. It has the original fireplace, ceiling and floorboards. The ground floor has a bathroom which is generally only used when the upstairs bathroom is taken. The train station is 400 metres away and the Light Rail is even closer. Bus stops are around the corner and we have a comprehensive range of bus services. Two 24/7 gyms are within a 5 to 7 minute walk. Many fabulous cafes, restaurants and pubs/bars are close by. We have 2 small supermarkets 10-15 minutes walk and Leichhardt Marketplace is a 5 minute drive.

Hi there, I'm away for Christmas (from mid-december), and am on the lookout for someone (or a couple) to live in my beautiful room and apartment for 5 weeks... Living in my spare room is a friend, a French architect. He's quiet, and friendly, and is also going away for a week or two during the Christmas period. Humility aside, my home is lovely, and it is a home. I live in a cosy Art Deco block (of four apartments), and my apartment, I adore. It's in the most stunning location, and close to everything (even a gym - so I've been informed - 400 metres away). The train station is 4 minutes walk away (2.5 minutes if you're running late), and Newtown is only 5 minutes and 14 seconds away on the train! (Yes, I've timed it.) Oh, and I have lightrail 7 minutes walk away too. It's how I get to the Ian Thorpe pool. The city is 15 minutes by train. Everything is here, including wonderful neighbours, a beautiful backyard, cafes up the road (including my favourite, Bespoke and Grind). All bills are included in the rent; gas, electricity and unlimited internet. My home drips in natural sunlight. The apartment is in amazing condition, and everything works! Bonus! Your potential room is medium to large in size (my photos do not do it justice). More than enough room to swing a cat (not literally please), and to put in a desk. There is a brand new mattress, with a king size duvet to make things even more comfy, and a clothes rack (only if you want it). The lounge room is big, and past there is a gorgeous and spacious kitchen with a kitchen table that extends when you have people over for dinner. And if you're wondering who I am, I work in media and advertising, swinging between both. I'm relaxed, I know how to hold a conversation (shock/horror), and also I know how to leave you be. I am inclusive, and am not looking for someone who locks themselves in their room 24/7. My apartment is my home, not just somewhere to sleep. Yep, I'm clean, because I like to be, but I ain't crazy about it. If you want to call the inner-west home, then I'd love to hear from you.
Felipe, 31, Male Full time Graphic Designer; Looking forward for a clean, and nice single place which I could call home. Responsible, easy going, clean & pet friendly. I am open to share/cook the occasional meal, have a conversation, or share a good beer once in a while. Pay rent and bills on time Feel free to send me a buzz anytime
I would like to talk and interact with other people and always love to mingle with all culture, my previous room mates say I am easy-going and sociable guy whom u can trust like a family member.
Easy going housemate and naturally tend to be clean and considerate of others. Enjoy relaxing with a wine or a beer at the end of the day, checking out new places in town or enjoying some good food. I enjoy a good chat but am respectful of people's boundaries and know how long some work days can be.. Moving for a full-time job over from Canberra and keen to find somewhere with a relaxed and open vibe. Send me a message if you want to know any details about me!
Hi All, WA boy in my mid to late 20s having moved over to Sydney from Perth through a work transfer (within professional services w/ 50+ hour work weeks). I like to keep fit and eat healthy, but will happily have a beer after work, a good feed on a weekend and enjoy hanging out with others. And while I enjoy a beer and a bit of banter, I'm incredibly clean and respectful of others and their space. Originally from a country town in rural WA, I've lived out of home since I was 18, have lived in sharehouses of all shapes and sizes, and have generally got along with everyone I've lived with. If I was an uber driver, I'm sure I'd be up around the 5 star mark. Ideally I'd like to live with others of a similar age / life circumstances, but ultimately I'm pretty flexible. Just need to be easy to get along with, clean and respectful of others. And as I'm relatively to Sydney, knowing what to see / do on the weekends would be a bonus! If this sounds at all appealing to you and your house, please get in touch. Happy to chat through any of the above. Josh
I'm from Brazil and I've been in Australia for 6 month now. I'm studying Leadership and Management 2 days a week in the city and I work full time as a driver delivering supplies for a tiler. I'm a peaceful, respectful and very tidy person. I like yoga, meditation and I don't eat meat. I like beaches, camping and all outdoor stuff. I like exercising and i go to the gym at least 4 days a weak. I'm looking for a clean and organised place that I can share with good people.
I am adaptable, friendly, cheerful, would love to hang out, adventurer and funny. I can cook and also a tidy-person. We also could share stories or make up, i am an open-minded person so its pretty chill to live with me. I will respect your privacy too :)
Hi!! I’m moving from the blue mountains & I will be working full time cooking with Monday and Tuesdays off. I’m clean, respectful and hardworking. However I’m always up for a beer and banter. I’m looking for a room in the inner west area close to work. Thanks!!
Howdy, I'm a Designer looking for a place to live in Sydney CBD area from early January to mid-February 2019. I will be working full-time and most likely adventuring on the weekend. I enjoy socialising, the odd game of monopoly and hiking. I currently live in Melbourne and will be taking the highway trip to Sydney, so parking is essential, on-street or off-street. I'm open to sharing with professionals or like-minded creatives.
