Hi, I am a fulltime working guy who works for Council in the City of Melbourne and I am seeking a place to share in the out skirts of Melbourne. I plan to commute by v/line train to work and back for it is easier for me than dealing with traffic snarls that happen too often for ones liking. It would be good to also travel to country areas in my days off to seek my hobbies of fishing and hiking. I am currently sharing a house in the Western Suburbs in a fairly built up area and find it too busy with traffic and congestion everytime you want go anywhere and do anything. The place where I currently have lived for sometime is also congested. There is to many people and too little room for me and I have stuff in storage which I would like to get out. Time for a sea change! All my family are in West Australia and I pretty much here by myself. Its the job that I have that keeps me here and It a great job and I wont be leaving it for sometime I would think. I work a hell of a lot and I possibly work too many hours hense the country air and peacefull sounds of the bush is what I am seeking. I save up holidays for block trips back home to Geraldton a Couple of times a year and plan a large road trip for one of the family and myself back across to the West later this year. I really would like a safe a secure surroundings that has some parking and storage area for a car and trailer and a not too large shed or storage area for essential tools that I have. I am your typical bloke who can fix most things and I also have garden tools as well. Im not weird but there is something therapeutic about a lawn mowed properly. Yes I admit it, I like to do the gardening if available. I am not a drinker and I dont smoke. I did my bit of all that many years ago and realised that it was not only wearing a hole in my pocket, it was starting to affect my health like every one else. so I dont do any of that. I dont care if anyone else does dont get me wrong, I am not a cigga nazi or a anti alcohol wowza, I just dont do it. I am house trained also, yep I am not frightened of the mop or the vaaccum. Its pretty easy to do that stuff if it is kept up with, Its only hard when its let go and gets out of control. There ive said it. Strange coming from a guy huh. I have heaps more that I could fill the page with about me suffice to say that I have worked and travelled around Australia several times and I have worked in areas such as Mining, Steel, Primary industries to even medical, yep I also did nursing for six years. So if your looking for a reliable, full paying, house trained co inhabitant, I am possibly the person you seek. I just really need a decent place to live so I can get to the next career rung on that career ladder. The Council would like me to do some study at their cost. Look forward to hearing from you. Andrew.

Hey, I'm Grace - a full time student at Melb Uni and working part time in Geelong. I tend to keep fairly busy but would love a house mate/s who I could chill with in the evenings. I'm easy going and have lived by myself the past two years up in Melbourne (this is the part where you're impressed I can pay rent, cook and clean for myself). Ideally I'd like to start up a house with one or two others, and I've got a fair bit of furniture which I'm happy for everyone to use. I'd dig a place with a garden so I can get a legendary veggie patch going, but happy to compromise :)
It has a great view, it is a nice big open planned house, with big rooms, kitchen and lounge room. It is close Geelong, the beach and under an hour from Melbourne. It's peaceful and has some land and has been well maintained since being built around 10 years ago.

I work shift work at the airport and am studying to be a pt, but in my spare time I love going to the beach and the river, going to the gym, running (nice tracks in the area), love shopping, hanging out with friends/bf, going out for dinner, watching movies, pottering around the house with decorating/gardening. I have no preference with my housemate but I am a bit particular about cleanliness. Hi, I am easygoing, mature, responsible and organised. I have good manners and pleasant attitude. I am a Registered nurse and I work four days a week. I need short stay accommodation while waiting for my house which is under construction to be completed.
I am really simple and not a lot bothers me. I communicate easily and have lived in a share house before, I have had housemates from hell and know I am not like them haha. I don't have a mental illness, drinking problems or issues with drugs. I clean up after myself and will always offer to help out. I prefer my home to be quiet with friends coming to visit, parties preferred elsewhere so I don't have to clean up!! but I don't mind a shindig or 2 😉
I'm one of those people who slips out for work in the morning like a ninja shadow, so you get to wake up to no mess, no noise, all the hot water. Keep to myself quite a bit, at most my partner and/or I might take over the dining table on occasions to do some colouring. Yes, I have a partner. I would like to have her stay over at least a couple nights a week and am willing to negotiate on that behalf. Other than that she's as quiet as I am. I do cook (and reasonably well) and am one of those people who cleans up as they go. Weekends usually spent sleeping or quietly gaming; I do play bass but I promise a) I'm not entirely awful and b) I don't play loud.
I just purchased the place this month. The room to lease has built in wardrobe so you don't need to worry about storing your cloths. Great light too . I am happy to furnish the room with extra $10 per week. Brand new cloth washer and fridge and flooring too. You need both rental reference /or proof. You must be animal lover. The rent amount might be reviewed in 4 months.
We live in a quiet and friendly neighbourhood. You will have your own bathroom/toilet, access to washing machine/dryer, kitchen supplies, lounge room, home gym and we also have a queen bed provided. It's walking distance to the bus stop and only a short drive to the shopping centre and Werribee train station.
