We are on 5 acres, living communally however everyone has their own space and bathroom, so don' t have to socialise if you don't feel like it. Beautiful property, with access to spa most weekends. Close to Amy Gillet bike track. Garden area available if wanted. We have a room in main house available with ensuite, for short or long term $200 and we also have a self contained 1 bedroom cottage area available for 6 months (rent neg) whilst my daughter is travelling overseas. Probable will help if you like dogs as they live at back of cottage. :)

I am a happy, outgoing entrepreneur who loves playing guitar, dancing, playing tennis, meditating, healthy eating and living, doing random acts of kindness, finding reasons to laugh hysterically and better yet inspire laughter in others! I love being present to the incredible beauty and possibility in every new moment! and being around others that share that love.
Hi future roomies, I am currently a studying Teaching at Mawson Lakes (3rd Year) and my partner works full time (fully qualified mechanic). We are both easy going, clean and are just wanting somewhere affordable to live. We do have a dog. His name is Max and we absolutely adore him. He is currently both an indoor and outdoor dog but if needed he could just be an outside dog (although he does really love a cuddle!). We hope that we can find some great housemates really soon! Look forward to hearing from you :)
Hi all!! I'm new to looking at living with someone who I don't know personally but looking forward to it!! I work full time with odd and flexible hours at times. I have lived in many share houses with friends before so understand and respect personal space but if you want to chat over a glass or 2 of wine after work I can definitely do that too!! Looking to live with someone/people around the same age who I can hopefully live easily with. I like cooking, shopping and socialising. I'm not a neat freak but very clean and tidy

I'm 18 years old and studying journalism online while working occasionally (mostly early mornings; like 5am). I love to write and consider myself a creative person, and someone who is easy to get along with :) I clean up after myself and am very respectful of personal space and personal belongings, I like to keep to myself but I'm also very friendly and outgoing. :) I come from a very big family, so sharing spaces is something I'm very familiar with. I have a little pug named Layla, she's very cute and well behaved. She's very loving and gets super excited when people come over or when I (and whoever lives in the house) come home, but she isn't destructive at all and she does sleep a lot.

I am very active and social, I get along with most people with my wide range of interest (Football, gym, art, hikes etc). I am laid back, have stayed in hostels for long periods of times without problems before. I guarantee I will have no problems in paying rent I have a dog that is perfectly house trained, currently I leave him inside and has never destroyed anything. From what other people have said he does not have a strong dog smell. Would prefer for someone who enjoys the company of dogs as he loves people.
I'm 18 years old, working part time and studying at university. I am easy going and friendly, and love people I can chat and connect with. I like my own space and downtime, but I also love to socialise and have a drink with friends. I'm clean and tidy, easy to negotiate with, and really respectful of other people's needs and quiet time. I'm looking for somewhere with a minimum stay time no longer than 3-4 months (although there is a chance I will be looking to stay for a longer term after that if its offered). I love animals so pets are no issue. I'm also pretty open to different locations.
Hello! Just about to graduate and looking for a place to live. I like baking and drinking tea. I like collecting $5 bottles of wine and I will ask you to drink then with me. I will also cook things and be so surprised that they don't taste awful that I'll insist you try some, in which case you will pity me too much to tell me it doesn't actually taste that good... love a chat but also respect sacred reading time/solo time. Would love a relaxed, friendly house to live in!
