Large room available in Charleston. Lovely place, sharing with myself and another (both 27). I have an overly friendly dog as well so dog-lover a must. Another dog welcome as pet friendly. Huge backyard! Nice spot with direct access to walking trails. Bills are generally quite minimal as house is on solar and some rain water. Internet and Netflix also available. House is fully furnished and has modern appliances. Wardrobe in room so you'll just need other bedroom furniture. Great landlord and agent!
So - a bit about me. I'm living in Sydney at the moment, having returned from some time overseas just under 2 years ago. I'm a mature, single female, I'm easy going and respectful of other's privacy and have great rental and professional/personal references. I am an Australian Citizen of UK birth. I am sociable, happy to share a glass of wine, and the occasional meal, but I'm not looking for a party house. If I do share (I'm also looking for a granny flat style accommodation) then I prefer to only share with one or two others at the most. I love living near nature, so a city house is not what I'm looking for. I have two very well behaved pets - a cat called Kitwe (who is a very lazy neutered boy, sleeping most of the day and night away) and a beautiful (small) border collie called Mr Finn. Both are rescues and I actually brought Mr Finn back with me from South Africa (my cat is Australian and went with me to SA and came home again). They are both neutered and I keep them well groomed and clean. I walk my dog for 2 hours a day so he is a relaxed dog and causes no problems. As you can tell I am very fond of my pets and take great care of them. They are clean, house-trained and my rental references for the last 7 years are for properties where they both lived with me.
Hello im Antonio, I will be relocating from Sydney to Adelaide around late November. Im a student & will also be working part time. I like to keep myself busy & I'm respectful of peoples space. Country bloke. Neat and tidy person.like being outdoors gardening etc. Not to bad on the tools. Property maintenance ,Renovations Etc. looking for long term accommodation. 1 plus years. Would prefer rural or semi rural property.
Hi my name is Arron, I am 30 y.o. but I look a lot younger than my age. I am currently single & I work full time with no pets. I'm also a non smoker! I am clean, & a hygiene conscious person. I respect others & hope for the same in return, as I treat others as I would want to be treated. I am down to earth & get along with most personalities. I enjoy going out some weekends to visit family or to let off some steam with friends. When I am home I usually like to watch a few movies or play the Xbox online with friends. If I'm living with a housemate I'm usually the type to do my own thing as I'm independent, but enjoy the occasional chat & banter. I respect others privacy & hope for the same. Let me know if you have any other questions :)
Large 3 bedroom house, in a quiet estate in Nairne. Wifi included in rent, all other bills halved. Private room & bathroom. Air condiotioning, open living and dining area. Netflix. Must love dogs as I have 2 very friendly Rottweilers. You'll have your own bedroom and bathroom, on the opposite side of the house to the main bedroom
Hey I work full-time mostly 6 days a week. I'm easy to get along with and pretty chilled. I'm fairly reserved and I respect people's privacy and space as I like to have my own space as well. Looking for a room in an existing share house with maximum 2 other people or housemate of similar age to apply for whole properties. I'm looking to live somewhere close to the beach or somewhere nice and green, close to nature. Let me know if your interested. Cheers
I come with all my own homey goods. I love terrible comedy movies, and I'm always down for a wine and movie night. I don't drive, but I'm learning. I find my own way everywhere, very independent and self sufficient. Pay my own bills etc etc all that good stuff. I am a dog enthusiast, a Netflix expert and a snack queen. Majority of my time during the week after work is spent sleeping or watching the horrendous part of YouTube. Weekends I spend with my partner (sometimes at their house, most of the time they come to me). I really don't know what to write here...
Two hard working professionals who enjoy keeping active and are outgoing. We take pride in our home and are extremely neat and tidy. We have a Kelpie x who is adorable and well trained. Spends most of his day in the sun and likes to sleep on his mat next to our bed at night. We are hoping to find a temporary home with some cool people, while we save to one day buy our own place.
Hi! I'm looking to find a private secure place that I can choose to keep to myself or socialise, as I am a people person. Nursing history, Iridologist, Hypnotherapist, Student of Musical Cognition,Neurology, & a Citizen Scientist. I'm fascinated by both art and science. I'm respectful of others needs for space and appreciate the same. Not interested in party house. Focusing on my business, broadening my vision through study & volunteer work and soaking up all the wonder this life offers. Animal lover. Would prefer an inclusive cost, and therefore can consider higher rent if this is included. Thanks for popping in. Feel free to message me ... life is about negotiating, Cheers ;)

SEEKING NEW HOUSEMATE Seeking a neat, tidy, respectful and fun individual with a regular income to rent a room in a private house. About the house: This is a brand new house in Nairne, close to public transport. The house has 3 bedrooms (mine, yours and a spare room) and 2 bathrooms. Your bathroom will be predominately private for you, but it is the main bathroom of the house as the other is an en-suite, and it is where the bath is located! The house is fully furnished and modern, with a fully equipped kitchen, and an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. There is also an additional sitting area that does have a tv port that could be potentially set up as a separate lounge area. About your room: The room is carpeted, and has a built in wardrobe. It will fit a queen bed comfortably, as the room is 3.6m x 3m in size.
Just off of Lower North East road, 5 minutes from Tea Tree Plaza and a 15 minute drive to the CBD my 3 bedroom 2 bathroom home is situated on a 900sqm block set up for entertainment, relaxation and is tidy and clean.
I love cleaning and cooking , very sociable and respectful of people. I love people and would do anything to make a individual happy. Best roommate /housemate you will ever have !
Hello! My name is Jamesina and I'm 25, working full time in the city as a dental assistant. I like to think of myself as a very reliable, friendly, tidy person who is easy to get along with and enjoys a healthy lifestyle. For fun I enjoy going out for Sunday brunches, horse riding and watching GoT 😁 I'm ideally looking for a place that is north to east of the city quite close to the CBD, max $350 a week, and have everything to furnish a house. An animal lover is a must, as I have two adorable fur babies- one hairless cat and one hairy cat! Looking forward to hearing from prospective housemates ☺️
Hi, I’m a speechwriter and communications officer, working for government and based in the city. I’d like to think I’m a friendly and kind person who values being tidy, organised and considerate of other people and their needs. I’m also a (reasonably) good cook! I am somewhat introverted so need some alone time, but I also enjoy socialising and good conversations. I’m keen to live in an inner city suburb, especially if it’s close to some nature like Linear Park or the Botanic Gardens. Alternately, a great house further from the city, but close to a national park like Morialta or Belair, or near the beach, would also be good. Some of my other interests include meditation, reading, theatre, art, movies and travel.
I work as aircrew, love to keep fit and like to busy myself with work. I like a clean and tidy house. I don't smoke and would prefer a non-smoker. I also have my own furniture enough to fill a 2 bedroom unit. Love dining out, dancing, travelling, jogging, hiking. Lucky for me, Adelaide has a lot of good running trails.
I’m 20 years working part time and a second job once or twice a week , have a cat and a dog who are both absolute sweet hearts and love attention. I am clean and clean up after myself. Fun and easy too get along with. I enjoy cooking food and happy too cook people dinner if they’re out working late.
