Very homely, four bedroom house with a large backyard located in Lobethal. I am looking for a clean, tidy, respectful female housemate to share our four bedroom home with both myself (Mum 48), daughter (23), two bulldogs and rabbits. The decent sized bedroom has a large built in robe and can be furnished with a queen size bed if required. The house has reverse cycle air conditioning, together with both wood combustion and gas heating. We have unlimited NBN and Netflix on the main TV. Utilities are separate to rent, which will include electricity, gas, wood and excess water. These costs will be shared amongst the three of us. Requesting a minimum 6 month occupancy.
I work fulltime as a Youth Worker. I live a very low key lifestyle which is taken up for the most part by shift work. Though on my days off i do enjoy fishing, gardening and hyking. I am 29, single and enjoy my quiet time. I look forward to hearing from you. Regards, Carl
Hi, I'm a student who values studying and nature! I'm an A grade student (which my reports can prove), and am extremely independent; I've been living out of home for about a year and a half now, and living independently for around a year with my dad's permission (I can provide references if you want, or you could contact my dad). I'm very responsible, usually very quiet and I can keep to myself. I occasionally have friends over, but never any more than two people at a time. I love writing, drawing, singing, fitness, and I plan on joining the army once I graduate! I'm part of the C3 Adelaide Hills Church in Hahndorf, and on the music/worship team as a singer for C3 Friday Night Youth. I've just recently joined a gym in Bridgewater. I was born and grew up in the hills, and so I'd love to continue staying in the hills as it's genuinely my home! I've been renting in Mount Barker since April, but due to distance issues, school and etc-era I'm just looking for somewhere closer to the Aldgate/Stirling area. I've just been accepted into the ASMS (which is on the Flinder's University campus), so I'm looking for somewhere to move into asap so I can organise myself for school. I also receive my own income, so there's no worry about me being unable to pay rent. :) Where I currently live, I also look after my own living room area, balcony and bathroom. It would be preferred if there was internet/internet access included so I could continue to do my homework. :)

I am clean and tidy, easy to get along with, bubbly. I've just moved here from Tasmania, am currently working full time as an apprentice hairdresser in Holden Hill. Love the outdoors, as I am a new it would be great to meet new people and make some friends.
We are moderately social people, we enjoy our privacy and are respectful of the privacy of others, we keep busy with our work, study and enjoy nature walks when we have time. Xanthe is a part time piano teacher and teaches 2 students from home as she has her own piano, she is also studying primary school teaching at Uni SA and volunteers at Willunga Waldorf school every Wednesday. I (Yannick) am a cook at the Sheoak cafe and doing online courses of sciences (currently cell biology). We have a black cat called Merlin who is very lovely and enjoys a good pat, spends most of his time outdoors and on the occasion will find a place indoors to sleep for half the day. We sometimes eat out and on occasion see a classical concert or other concert. We don't watch T.V and very rarely watch movies. We enjoy spending time in the garden, when we have time, and we love to forage wild edible mushrooms from the forest when it is the right season. We are not smokers and rarely drink. If there's anything else you'd like to know about us, please ask :-)
I am a 46 y/o bus driver, I am honest and know how to respect others property. I am looking for any accommodation in the hills that is close to my current job at Aldgate bus depot. Texting me is better than calling as my work hours are nuts lol.
Hey, I'm Sophia! I work as an outdoor sports instructor, taking people kayaking, hiking and rock climbing. In my spare time I like cooking, painting, and exploring. I'm super relaxed and easy going to live with, and am always up for an adventure or a cuppa and a movie
I am an easy going man who enjoys the company of others, while appreciating personal space. I have a great sense of humour, although, sometimes a little dry. I am open minded and flexible. Love animals and nature, hence, I am hoping to find accommodation within the beautiful Adelaide Hills.
I'm a mature trans woman who can be social when appropriate, and self-contained when not. I respect other people's privacy and property. I'm not much of a green thumb but do well with destructive gardening activities. I am pretty handy around the house - I have my own power tools and know how to use them safely. I have worked in IT for the last 22 years. As such, I'm pretty handy with helping out with tech matters. I am between roles right now, but when I am earning, I do so in the low 6 figure range. I am looking not just for a room for me, but for a place that has a rumpus area (or similar) that I can use for recording podcasts with half a dozen friends a couple of nights a week. I've just had to downsize from a 3BR house, so I still have a fair amount of stuff that I need room for as well. (Most of it is in plastic tubs and can be stacked vertically.) Note: Thanks to factors beyond my control, I have a hard limit for rent of $148/week at the moment. I can pay separately for utilities/internet but the rent has to be below that number. Bond can probably be fudged if I pay an extra week or two.
Opposite the beautiful Anstey hill.... flooded with wildlife, ruin and beautiful flora perfect for fitness. House mates are very quiet apart from the fur babies welcoming you home - 1 old poodle and a young beagle baby. Great renovated space, new kitchen, bathroom and a huge deck with gorgeous sunset views. Very quiet and private. Some space in the garage for storage.
Spacious, country feel living. Large house, 7 bedrooms, plus study. Three bathrooms, two living areas. Large yard, outdoor entertaining area and inground swimming pool. Secure undercover parking. 10 min drive to uni SA Magill.
Hi! my name is Luke. I am friendly, positive and passionate about life. I am responsible, take good care of my living space, and am mindful of my housemates' well-being and personal needs. I am currently studying Nutrition at The University of Adelaide and work part-time at a pharmacy. I like to play musical instruments such as guitar, bass and piano and enjoy listening to a wide variety of music. My ideal housemate is somebody who is self-driven, responsible, and polite. I do not have any preferences pertaining to gender, sexuality, race, religion or personal beliefs. I do not personally have any pets, but am willing to make way for them provided they are low-maintenance, make no mess and do not disturb the household environment. Thank you for your time, I hope to hear from you soon. Luke
I would like to find a place which is clean and cozy for living, I'm a very easy-going and work hard person. I'm looking forward to have a great time with roommates.
Just ya standard friendly, vego, slightly awkward pal. Between study (psych at unisa) and work (part-time hospo work/part-time tennis coaching/part-time tutoring) I spend my time hanging out with friends and family, rock-climbing, hiking and just about anything else outdoorsy. I'm a fairly easy-going person and always up to chat/hang out/go on a bit of an adventure/whatever floats ya boat really (but also really value alone time). (A fair warning though, I love puns and will sneak one into conversation whenever I can).
