I have 2 rooms (new carpet has recently been installed in each room) available in the house that I own and I'm looking for one or two people that don't mind sharing with me, my 2 dogs and 2 cats. Due to the number of animals I'm not able to have more dogs and cats. I work full-time in the Brisbane CBD and normally out cycling or taking the dogs out walking on the weekends. Both rooms have a double power point and TV Antenna. There is a buffet that has 3 draws and 2 cupboard and a freestanding wardrobe with hanging room and shelving that can be used in either room. All you will need is a bed, suggested size would be a double although a Queen will fit. Rent includes electricity, water, internet (normal usage, not 24/7 steaming) and use of the lounge room Foxtel connection (HD Platinum). All areas of the house and yard are fully accessible to be used. My partner and I are very quiet keep to ourselves, his a Brickie apprentice and I'm studying and looking for work, we are quite happy to do our own thing or hang out with others, we like to have our best friend and her baby come visit, we are shy when it comes to new people but will open up as we get to know you. I play netball on Monday nights and can sometimes get home late, this would be our first experience with share housing so we are not to sure what to expect. We have a turtle in a small cage and to small lizards that love to run around and play. They don't take up much room.
Looking for a quiet, stress free place where I can live my life without any hassles. A place close to shopping centres, buses, train stations etc. I have my own furniture so a large sized room to suit a double bed, my computer tables, mini fridge & freezer would be ideal. If built ins cupboards are available with built in shelf space that would also be a big help. Air-con or ceiling fans would also be nice. I will be honest to say that I am on the pension at the moment due to some health issues I am dealing with, but I'm paying $150 per week including all utilities, where I am currently living in Marsden and my rent has always been paid earlier than the due time. When I am working, I work from home as a Freelance Multimedia Producer (have also worked in the Radio Industry) and I have a few projects I'm currently involved in, so finding a place with high speed internet and utilities included in the weekly rent would also be preferable. I am also a "Hard Core Gamer" (when I have the time) so finding other like minded people for LAN nights is always a plus. I also have a 4WD (which is my pride and joy) that I am currently restoring, so finding a place with a large backyard or acreage block with a large shed for storing my camping gear and my car parts would be helpful and appreciated. I am a very tidy person and I take pride in keeping the house and especially the kitchen very tidy and clean indeed! I can't stand a messy kitchen! I am also looking for a place that doesn't mind smoking in the house or in your own room (I burn incense to keep the place smelling nice). I am however, not a big drinker, so you won't ever find me drunk! I am an honest, friendly, respectful and quiet bloke who mostly keeps to himself. The room you would be staying in is 6.5 by 4 meters so enough room for a bed, couch and tv etc. It's also downstairs with no internal access which is good for privacy but the shower and kitchen is upstairs. We have a pretty great back deck with a bbq etc. There's under cover parking, the bus stops almost out the front of the house and we're close but not that close to the train line. Ideally would like someone who's either studying or working but will look at anyone who applies.

This is a really cool place with very big swimming pool (80 000litres) and a stunning painting of sunset and palm trees next to the pool. The house is very spacious 2 levels, with big veranda and garden. Plenty of space to entertain. It is located very close to a bus stop and only 1.3 km from train station and very privately at the end of the street. I am a very friendly professional male 38 years old and just recently bought this place. The area is very quiet and house surrounded by nature. You would love the possibility to cool off during these hot days at the pool or chill out on a big veranda. Internet, Netflix and Foxtel (basic and sport packages) included. I'm very easy to get along with and I generally just pickup straight after myself so no one has to worry about my messes and I like to cook up healthy meals to have during the week and I don't mind cooking for others. Really looking for some likeminded healthy, but laid back people to spend some time around while I make bank for my training camp in Canada. Im no party animal these days, but I have no problems socializing and having some drinks, I'll never say no to the Bavarian beer cafe. Mostly, with the time I have at home, I'll be drawing, gaming (streaming down the track) and straightout resting from training and work. If you have any questions feel free to ask.
