I understand shift work can be a hassle however as paramedics we work 12 hour shifts usually from around 6-7am or pm so I won't be arriving home in the middle of the night making a racket! I love the outdoors and running and am a total animal lover! It will just be me though, my dog is too happy in the country! I like to cook and understand wanting a clean and tidy home. Renting my own house out for a few years here in Perth, I work FIFO so ill be flying in and out from Brisbane to Perth to fly to work. On my RnR I do photography. I am 51yrs young hahaha and I don't drink or smoke or do drugs, I don't need any of those to have fun or enjoy life. I'll be flying back to NZ a lot more to see my family as well, very clean, no dramas with house cleaning. Very respectful and no need to worry about rent. Cute little self contained granny flat under house in Manly West. Modern bathroom and simple kitchen with a tiled living space leading out onto the back covered BBQ area -- perfect for the summer. Great place with shared outdoor inground pool. MUST love animals as home owner is wildlife carer so there are two resident cats and occasional short stay wildlife. The flat can come furnished or unfurnished and is available for short term or long term stay pending what suits the right person. The main thing is finding someone clean(-ish), neat, tidy and above all HAPPY. Come hang out a while and enjoy the summer vibe.
The apartment is just down the road from the Manly Boat Harbour/Esplanade (a beautiful spot!) and 1 min walk to the train station. I work in the city so its only a 45ish min ride (quicker if you catch the express). 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom and balcony. Internet is already set up. Situated on the second floor. Clean, fresh and modern apartment. 10-15 min from Westfield Carindale & 50 min from the Gold Coast!
We have a Men's Boarding Lodge available close to the train station. Each room has a Bed, Wardrobe, Set of Drawers and a Fridge. There is a large lounge room with TV provided to the residents. Good size Kitchen, Foxtel, Clean and well maintained.

Rent includes water/electricity/internet/(Netflix,coming in FEB). Full time worker preferred for long term stay. Modern kitchen with all modern appliances. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Visitors parking inside the complex should be available so you won't have to park on the street.
This sunny, bright, clean and breezy modern house is perfect for the busy professional who requires a nice spacious and comfortable place which to come home to each night. It offers a very large private bedroom, with space for a desk, chair and even some small shelves - a little office space. The bathroom (with a spa and twin sinks) and walk-in robe are very generously sized. I am happy to arrange a viewing of course - you will understand the sizes better when you see it. Your master bedroom also comes with a ceiling fan and air conditioner (used only in unbearable heat, due to the steep cost of electricity - l am looking at changing power provider in April). The room also comes with a little balcony out the front and will include storage in the garage. One of the best things about this property is the true feeling of separate living. All that is shared is the kitchen and lounge. Your space upstairs would feel quite private and independent. On the few rare days and nights that I may be home, I spend the very large majority of my time downstairs in my office etc downstairs. Many have said the best "room" in the house is the balcony overlooking the backyard, with views of the city, sunset and some spectacular storms from the west. There is no doubt, this outdoor "room" gets used quite often. Internet is not currently set up, but I am more than happy for something to be arranged, be it either shared or independent. We have very good reception here. This is a newly built townhouse in Thorneside, with a lovely kitchen and modern bathrooms. There is air-con in the main areas and ceiling fans in every room. Wi-Fi is available and split evenly between flatmates which is paid monthly. It is within walking distance to Thorneside train station and close to shops, restaurants, gyms and the esplanade. The house will be furnished when you move in, you will only need furnishings for your room. There are currently 2 rooms available for rent both with large built in wardrobes and big enough for a double bed. You will share the bathroom with only one other person. The room displayed in the pictures in mine, however I will post photos of the rooms for rent soon. If you would prefer to pay a set amount each week with all bills included, I can do that for you also. So with rent, Wi-Fi, electricity and water it would work out to be a bout $160 a week.
