Can’t move in with him as he is NRAS and I earn too much. Super easy going and just looking for a base to keep my stuff as I will pretty much be at his place 100% of the time.

Hi, I'm a young professional working in Grange whilst studying at uni. I'm a neat, tidy and organised person who is very community and volunteer driven. I'm looking to start a share house with one other person within a reasonalble distance to work and the bus way for uni. I'm a scout leader so between work, uni and scouts there may be times where you never really see me. I also have some considerable dietary requirements so would potentially be interested in sharing the occaisonal meal but not often. (Contaminents aren't a problem with food prep) Not a fan of drugs or smoking.
I am a really respectful person, someone who's easy to chill with but also is really aware of boundaries/privacy. I work part-time at the moment and my shifts really vary, but I'll be at uni this year and looking for a really laid-back household to be a part of.
I am organized, warm, bubbly but also keep to myself and pretty relaxed. I'm also a great cook. I have two small dogs that are well behaved and looked after. I work full time mon-fri job. Looking for a flatmate to rent a house with us who also works full time. We have the full foxtel package and internet. Looking to move in end of January. Price is what will pay to join on a lease LGBT friendly.
About me: I am employed fulltime Mon - Fri I am very neat & tidy (bordering on OCD ha ha) I am pretty quiet and like keep to myself. I am a very considerate housemate. What I am looking for: A room with my own bathroom. Ideally I like my own living space. I would like a room to be unfurnished and have access to a T.V aerial. Air Conditioning and/or ceiling fan would be great! I would like to find a housemate who is mindful of space and privacy. And I only want to share with one other person.
Hi there, I'm a kiwi girl and have lived in Brisbane for 2.5 years, working FT as a primary school teacher. I like to keep it low key during the week, however I love a night out whether it be drinks, dancing, movies, dinner etc or getting out of the city with friends and family during my weekends. I enjoy living in an environment where we have our own space, however get along enough to be able to vibe well with each other, watch Netflix and have a wine on a Friday! I can come across shy and I like my downtime but I also love being around good company and conversation. I am easy going and relaxed and love a good sense of humour, but ultimatley want to live with people who are, like myself, respectful, mature, conscious of cleanliness and personal space, and are responsible enough to pay their bills on time :). I'd prefer living with females but would be happy with a blend of both. If that appeals to you, please don't hesitate to contact me. Kara.
Tidy, clean and independent. I work 5 days a week in the construction industry and home in the evening to relax. I like to keep fit and have a set of weights and 2 bikes I will need room for. I am looking for similar aged flat mates who like a quiet house. I like a non smoking household and all bills included in the weekly rent
I just moved to Brisbane so I don't really know many people, so would love a nice household to be a part of with a few of people. I'm friendly, happy, little shy at first but I get more comfortable once I get to know people, like to keep things clean, neat and tidy, studying half the week full-time all day, and working part-time/casual. Love all animals and don't mind looking after them, enjoy cooking, like to come home to friendly/happy people, don't mind a convo at the end of the day (or weekend/evening chills with housemates, dinner/drinks together, etc. every now and then) but do like my own time now and then too. Not one to go out at night and drink/party but love to go out during the day - beach, surfing, gym, outside exploring nature, cafe/food dates (any time of day), walks, shopping, spending time with friends... so looking for like-minded people to share a place with. I am away traveling (school) holiday times, and sometimes weekends for performing and rehearsals.
Hello! My name is Rebecca and I am a 21 year old currently looking for a new place to rent. My move date is very flexible so I am open to any date from early Feb onwards. Ideally looking for a place that will accommodate pets as I own a very friendly, well-behaved cat (pictured) who would be moving with me. As for me, I work full time as a Travel Agent so I am only really home nights and a couple of days every other week. I mostly keep to myself - you will likely find me reading, or in the kitchen baking - but I am also quite social so will always be down for a chat or movie/tv marathon. You'll always be able to count on my paying bills on time, and keeping the place clean!
I'm going to be in Brisbane for work for the next 3 months maybe longer. i move a lot for work and always live in shared housing wherever i go so I'm good at fitting in and living with strangers. I cant commit to a long stay due to my work scheduled so you will have to be flexible in that regard. I'd prefer the northern suburbs or even the outer northern suburbs. will consider all suburbs if the price is right. you will be getting a quiet roommate who pays rent on time consistently. I'm flexible on rent per week, anywhere between 150 and 200.
It’s hard out here for a 20 year old, linguistics drop out. But I will do my best to make your life easy!! 🤠 I work at a local burger joint and besides work, spend my time playing video games, watching movies (at home and the cinema) and relaxing with friends. I do enjoy having friends over but I also value other’s and my own privacy/space a lot too. I’m hoping to find a household of openminded people, preferably closer to my own age who will take me in and raise me as one of their own. Hope to hear from you.
Moving to Brisbane for work, easy going female that loves sports. Work within the sporting sector so am fairly busy during the week and on weekends. I come from a coastal town in Northern NSW and love the beach I have some furniture so would love to team up with 1 or 2 others and create a nice home together. Looking for a chilled environment i can come home to but also have a few wines every now and then. Ive lived with a few housemates since leaving home so understand cleaning up after myself and household respect. So if you are into Union i can get you free tickets sometimes through work (bonus)
I'm clean, I keep to myself but am always down for a wine and a chat after work. I can cook and enjoy putting on a nice spread. I work full time in the CBD and after work you'll find me at the gym. On my weekends and spare time I am out and about going for mountain climbs, going to the beach, brunching at a new cafe and catching up with family and friends.
Hey! I'm Hussain, 28, currently a full-time student and also work at the airport. I enjoy new experiences, keeping fit at the gym, hiking and just being in nature. I love the occasional socializing and a drink or two every now and then. Clean, tidy and respectful. I'm also a pretty good cook ;) Ideally, I would love to be great friends with my future housemate(s) in that we get along, do things such as cook, eat, chill and hang out every now and then (no pressure haha) as opposed to being mere tenants with shared living spaces - it's not a prerequisite as i do understand we all have busy lives and varying schedules. The idea of a home rather than a house is appealing:) Preference for residences next to or at walking distances from bus/train stations and supermarkets etc.
Hi, My name is Sherrie and I'll be moving up to Brisbane from SA sometime during early feb 2019 to study Paramedics/Nursing at QUT. I am an easygoing, active and tidy person. I love to live a busy lifestyle but like having a nice place to come back to. Very social and love meeting new people.
Neat and tidy Rent/ bills etc always paid on time Super friendly, laid back and easy to get along with! Work full time in the CBD, looking for a fairly permanent place to live as my lease is up on the 11/03/2019, and my current flat mate is moving in with her boyfriend.
Ebony & I are laid back, chilled out little beach bums, looking for a new roomie to join us in our move to Bris! If your described as a fun loving and super easy going girl you'll be our perfect match! We’ve both been living in Gold Coast together for the last 7 months and are moving to Brisbane due to work. Ebony is a flight attendant for Virgin & I work in Retail Leasing in the CBD. With a (flexible) budget of about $180 each in a 3 bedroom house. Looking to move mid Feb to March (but flexible in dates), requiring a fenced back yard for my beautiful little Cocker Spaniel (Daisy) and close(ish) to the city with trains not far away (for easy transport). We would love to hear from you if you're interested! Caiti and Eb xx
Hi I work as a support worker for disabled people so am very compassionate and accepting of others. Have 3 children who live with their mum in Newcastle. Divorced but have a new partner who lives in the area that I am after. Very clean and quiet Ex farmer so good with house/flat chores etc
I'm a warm, easy-going gal who is looking for a place to move in to in the nest few weeks - Ideally before February. I currently live in Upper Mount Gravatt, but my work is moving to the north side (Hendra) around April, so I'd like to find a place close enough to the new office before the big move. I'm a bit of a creative mind, love a good binge watch, and don't mind a drink. I work full time at the moment so I'm always looking for some spare time for my hobbies and other passions, and somebody to hang out with after a long day. Preferably, I'd like to move into a place with other women and a max of two housemates as that is what I am most comfortable with at this time. I am available to move in at any time with short notice. I am looking for places that have easy access to train-lines or busses that could get me to the city so I can still get to work before the office move, and also looking for unfurnished rooms. I do currently work 9-6 during the week. Please only message me during these hours as my work requiries me to be on the phone. I am available to message or call at any time during the weekend, and please ask if you'd like my email or facebook.
I've been living in sharehouses for the past year and in that time I've learnt what makes a good (and bad) house mate!! Pulling your own weight, I think, is the most important thing when living with others, along with ensuring common areas are left the way they were before you used them. I'm currently studying journalism full time online with Deakin University, and I also work at Lourdes Hill College in Hawthorne doing various roles (teacher aide, reception, admin) and this varies between part time to full time contracts. So, I'm quite a busy person and when I'm not working or studying I'm most likely at the gym, watching Netflix or (on the rare occasion) socialising! I'm looking for a room for cheap rent so I can save money!! I don't have any other preferences, but living with flatmates that are courteous and respectful would also be amazing. The lease in my current place is up on Feb 14 2019 so I'd like to move the week prior to this. My preferred lease time is 6 months, but if all goes well, I'd like to stay longer!
