Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 28, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house (as long as the main areas like kitchen and lounge etc are tidy I don't care about your bedroom lol mine is usually pretty messy but that's why there's a door.. to close it and forget about it... haha) :) I'm looking to live either the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Bridgeman Downs etc) or on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc). Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, its really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! lol :) My boy is 8 and a half, so he can pretty much look after himself lol He looooves playing xbox and would loooove to have an xbox buddy to play GTA with lol (also no baby daddy drama - not involved). We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol she actually loves dogs too, we used to have a beagle and theyd play fight and snuggle up together :) so cute! Anyhoo, I'm looking another person to get a house together, preferably a guy. Obviously we will have to apply for houses so you'd clearly need to be approved on that to live there lol You also must be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work fulltime and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. What is especially important is that you behave appropriately around my son. He needs a good male role model who knows how to respect women etc. I'd prefer a house rather than a unit. It'd be cool if it had a deck and nice yard and maybe even a pool !?! :D (u can be the pool boy lol) and undercover parking (lock up garage) would be ideal :) I have all the furniture already, big leather lounge, tv, dining table, fridge, washing machine, dryer, foxtel (priorities people!) lol and then plates cups blah blah blah :) you'd only need your bedroom stuff really :) I'd also be super keen for a few drinks on a friday or Saturday night to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol I love going to the drive in movies, bowling, to the park and the beach and would really love to get a puppy! So if you've already got a dog that's good with kids that'd be so awesome! Anyway, if you're genuinely interested and not just looking for sex, send me a text and we could set up a time to meet to see how we get along :) Hope to hear from you soon :) Ps. NO time wasters. Only serious potential housemates please :) Thanks :)

**Looking for a Teamup** Hello future roomie!! I'm Bronte, 23 years old and I'm looking for my perfect match housemate. I've been living in all types of rentals for 3 years now and I'm looking to "settle down" as much as possible without having pay a mortgage or rely on a partner (I'm happily single for the moment thank you very much). Picture this: My ideal living situation is a lovely 2-bedroom apartment near a central hub on the Northside of Brisbane (maybe our local Friday night cocktail bar is just around the corner). We have a spacious living area and where we share meals, watch shitty tv shows occasionally and nice outdoor area where we can enjoy a wine or two. My ideal partner in crime: - She's young professional woman around the same age (25-30) - looking to find a home, not just a room and a friend, not just a roommate. - motivated by her career or maybe she's working towards her dreams. - social, maybe a few dinner parties, but she's not gonna throw a party without consulting her number #1 roomie. - likes cats as I will be getting one in the new year. So if this sounds like your perfect match, send me a message and tell me about yourself and lets get to know each other :)
Convenience in Lutwyche $190 p.w. LUTWYCHE The living space is large and is located in an extremely convenient position in Lutwyche. Less than a one minute walk away there is a shopping centre (Lutwyche City), gyms (including Fitness First, Jetts, Snap, F45), pub and a mix of other shops, restaurants and facilities. Also within a three minute walk from the front door is the Lutwyche Bus Station with regular buses direct to the City (10 min), Fortitude Valley (5 min), Kelvin Grove QUT / Normanby (5 min), Royal Brisbane Hospital (5 min), Chermside (10 min), Cultural Centre and more. The Albion train station is only a 15 minute walk. Despite being less than a few minutes walk from all these facilities, the street is quiet and backs onto a lane way which leads to acres of parkland and the Kedron Brook waterway. The Kedron Brook waterway has kilometres of walking and bike tracks. The available room is large, has a key lock and large triple mirror door wardrobes. The room is available furnished or unfurnished. Both the bedrooms and living areas have smoke alarms installed. We have a beautiful kitchen (with coffee machine and Nutri-Bullet), bathroom and lounge / dining room. There is also a laundry (with washing machine), outdoor back patio and a large, private and sunny back yard with a barbeque. Rent is $190 per week (includes electricity, gas, water and WiFi internet) and bond is $400. This location would suit anybody who is after a very convenient position close to public transport and the City, Valley or Chermside. Non-smokers only.
Hi I am offering 2 bedrooms for rent in a modern townhouse. One will be 160/ week and other will be 173.5/week as it is larger with access to deck. Both room comes carpeted with large inbuilt with full length mirror. You will be sharing bathroom with one other. Would be perfect for students, professional and shift works as I am a registered nurse and do shift working. Preference given to female but everyone is welcome. Townhouse is less than 5 mins walk from Lutwyche bus station and less than 10 mins to Lutwyche Centro. Need to be able to pay rent on time, clean up your mess and respect each other belongings and space. Definitely not a party house. Not for couples sorry and no more pets allowed :( I have a cat and he is very well trained. Bills will be additional. 3 weeks bond required but can negotiate. House will be furnished but not bedrooms and doesn't need to be on lease. . House close to lutwyche centro and bus bus stops and suitable for QUT students. Do txt me if interested with bit about yourself.
Me and my blue heeler dog Belle have teamed up with another couple and are currently in the process of inspecting and applying for houses. We are after a fourth person as most of the places we are looking at have four bedrooms! Me: Relocating from Melbourne but originally from Qld. Working full time in Redcliffe next year at the hospital. Enjoy a glass of wine on a balcony in the afternoon, a solid Netflix night and watching First Dates and going out for cocktails or brunch. Clean but not pedantic. Keen on paying a little bit extra for the main bedroom due to my ridiculous wardrobe quantity :). Louis & Vihangi: Young couple from Melbourne originally relocating to Brisbane. Vihangi attending University of Queensland. Louis working in Brisbane CBD. Keen on a bedroom and an extra room for a study. Belle: One year old blue heeler dog. Loves everyone. Free for walks at any time. Most of the places we are thinking of applying for are in Windsor, Gordon Park or Hendra. A male would be good to even out the genders but not essential. Someone between the ages of 23-32ish would fit in well :).
Hi! I'm Maddy and I'm an RN at the RBWH. So if you hurt yourself, I'm a great roomie 👌🏼 Looking to hopefully move at the end of February/start of march. Would like to stay in close proximity to the hospital and if there are some other Royal/Charlies nurses out there keen to get a place together that would be great! I'm a neat and tidy person who loves to cook and bake (brownies, cookies, you name it) and loves a good cheese platter and wine. (Usually I do it by myself, but with friends is better #singlelife) I know how to be quiet, but also don't mind having a chat and a laugh on the couch in my pj's eating pizza. If you haven't worked it out by now, I really enjoy food. Oh and I don't smoke. My prerequisites for a new place would that I get the garage/undercover car space and potentially my own bathroom if it is more than 2 bedrooms, but I'm not picky, as long as you're neat and tidy! If you're looking to move at this time, chuck me a message!
**Photos coming soon** Great two bedroom apartment with a large balcony, your own under cover parking spot and with access to 4 different gyms a minute walk away as well as Coles. Only a 5-10 minute drive into the valley depending on traffic and if you are clumsy the RBWH is just down the road. Your room is quite large and will comfortably fit a king/queen bed with room for drawers and bedside tables. Your bathroom isn't an ensuite but you will have the bathroom to yourself with a huge double shower (will be sad to give it up). You must, must, must love cats as i have two of my own, one is a huge cuddle monster/sook and he will do anything for attention while the other is very timid and scared and you won't see her very often. They are my babies and i want a housemate that is patient and caring with animals as i will not tolerate anyone that isn't. The house will come partly furnished with a lounge, tv, fridge and washing machine and outdoor table settings, so please feel free to contribute and tbh it would be ideal if you were in a position to do so. All bedroom furniture you will have to provide for yourself. It is in no way a party house, i myself do go out and love to socialise but i would rather do so outside of the apartment and i personally wouldn't be comfortable if you constantly had friends over or you were always pre drinking at the apartment. It is also a clean household, looking for someone that has the same habits as myself - doing your dishes, helping out with the cleaning etc. Although there may seem like a lot of rules this is a very chilled out apartment and i have had bad experiences with sharehouses in the past and would prefer to just be open at the start :) **Bills like internet, water and electricity are separate but not that expensive.
My name is Grant. I am a 48year old. I am a fairly quiet & reserved type of person. I am friendly & respectful of others but I do tend to keep to myself. I am neat and tidy, and I do clean up after myself. I work full time in South Brisbane. I don't drink, I don't smoke and I don't party or do drugs of any kind. I am fairly fit because I do a lot of walking and skating (roller & skateboard). I try and get to the skating rink at least twice a week.......more if I am able :) BTW I am gay if that matters at all. I am looking for a studio, granny flat or one bedroom flat preferably within 10kms of the city with easy access to public transport (train & bus). I don't have any furniture so a furnished place would be nice. I would also need internet (preferably wifi) because I spend a lot of time online. Air-conditioning is nice as well. The last couple of places that I have rented have had everything (power, wifi etc.) included in the rent & even though it probably costs a little more I don't mind cause it's easier. If you have a place that you think would suit me then please don't hesitate to contact me.
Trying to get my priorities right, one of which includes moving closer to the northside so I can enjoy a few more extra minutes of sleep - because everyone knows that a nurse enjoys that head to pillow-shut-eye time. I'll happily raise my hand and admit that I am a happy little extrovert, because I love meeting new people and have been sharing and caring since I was ten. Just to elaborate on that a bit, I was at boarding school, then did a bit of backpacking, decided I wanted to use my head again which involved living on campus at college whilst at uni and well now I am here in a share house looking to share again. Don't fret though I know the classic signs and symptoms of someone that needs their own space and will happily oblige. I try and make the most of my days off and am always up for an adventure, whether that is a market trip, off for some vitamin D and sea, trying to complete a 1000 piece puzzle or discovering funky new nooks and crannies to eat, drink or watch movies at. If you have any questions just type away. (ps there are 2 of us so looking for two rooms, pls)

Radiography student who is quiet and hardworking looking for a place to live when my lease runs out :) All I do is study, go to gym and go to work. I don't mind hanging out with housemates provided we get along great. Love movies and video games but also know how to keep to myself when needed :) Please only message me if you are looking for someone to move in between Feb 13 - 22 as I am unable to move in any earlier.

The unit is located right in the heart of Lutwyche, within walking distance to the shops, gyms, busway and train station. The unit complex has its own swimming pool. Hi there, 29yo corporate professional doing the 9to5 thing in the city. I try to get out most weekends so am rarely around. Likes: Cooking, sports, beach trips and hiking I only have bedroom furniture with me at the moment so a furnished place to move into would be great. Please feel free to ask me any questions.
Hi there! I'm super keen to make a new start, moving to Brisbane for full-time work and to possibly study on the side ! I come from Toowoomba, I am an outgoing and honest person. I like things super tidy and am a very clean person. I'm willing to take a share in all household jobs. I am seeking my own room, preferably not furnished, and fairly roomy. I would love a built-in robe, but if not, its completely fine. Possibly modern. I am willing to pay up to $190 a week for rent, that including bills. Thankyou, just contact me if you have any questions.
23 year old Electrical Apprentice I work full time and train martial arts nearly every night so I'm not home often Enjoy going for a surf on the weekend and having a chat over a cold one (or 10) Would like to be in a sharehouse that feels more like a home and somewhere I can look forward to coming home to after a hard day at work. I enjoy a social and friendly household, people who are up for a chat and random shenanigans. I clean up after myself and pull my weight around the house and would like to live with people who do the same. My lease is up end of Jan 2017 but wouldn't bother me moving in sooner if i find the right place with the right people, swing me a message and we can have a chat! cheers
My name is Matt. I am 26 and am in my final year studying my bachelor of music. I am looking to live closer to the city for uni and work purposes. I work in hospitality in bars and at the entertainment centre. I am clean, polite, sociable and reliable. Like going to gigs, meeting new people and also enjoy my quiet time watching TV and beach to relax. Non smoker. Thank you.
Well, this isn't my first rodeo when it comes to house sharing, so I hope I make a good flat mate.... I'm quiet and respectful, clean and tidy, I love to have a good old chat and have a wine or two of an evening with dinner - but I won't be in your face 24/7 and I'd hope you're not in mine. My hobbies include TV watching (various things and definitely some trash TV), hanging out with friends on the weekends (brunnnnnnnch!), drinks on a Friday night and going to the beach most weekends - as an ex-Melbourne girl good beaches are still somewhat of a novelty for me. At the moment I work full time, and in the new year I will be leaving my current job and commencing part time work as I'll be continuing studying (Nursing), so between work and uni 2017 is going to be busy. I come with stuff too if we need it, like a washing machine, fridge, couch and kitchen items, but I'm also happy to find storage for these things if need be. I lovvvvvvvvvvvvve to cook and bake so if you like cookies I'm your girl! In a nutshell I'm looking for someone I can be friends with and live with I'd love to live with someone similar!
Hi, I'm Kamilah and I am looking for 1-2 people to share a house with beginning at the end of January when my current lease runs up. I currently work part time and study full time with 6 months left until I graduate. I am very responsible with my rent and bills and I have a number of necessary household appliances that I would bring with me that would be available for everyone to use. I do enjoy to be sociable however I also enjoy my own privacy and downtime. I am often at my boyfriends a number of nights during the week so would not always be at home. I would also be happy to pay extra for an ensuite. The suburbs I have listed below are only a rough guide and I would be open to other locations on the Northside. If you feel like we might be suited then please message me! :)
I'm 28, Work Full Time at RBWH and looking for a place close to the hospital and still quite central! I'm clean and tidy and understand personal space as well as enjoy being social and getting to know more people over dinners and glasses of wine! I also looking for people that I can get along, have fun and be social with! Been in Brisbane coming up to a year so I'm keen to meet new people and meet some awesome housemates 😊 Looking for move end of January as my current lease runs out then so if I sound like someone you'd want to live with let me know 😊✌🏼️
I'm respectful and clean (besides my room on the occasion) as well as being out going and caring. I'm a musician, but I'll always consider everyone else when I play and mostly use my headphones. I love having conversations whether about conspiracy theories or vegans or just about anything in depth. I tend to be busy a lot of the time so I love to enjoy myself on the weekend, whether going out to the Valley or having some drinks at home. I smoke, but I'm also trying to quit and intend to fully quit but at that I don't mind being around smokers etc. Best thing about me as a room-mate if anything is I that I keep to myself and tend to be 'invisible' most of the time, but at that I promote others to come and talk to me or to chill with me. Just because I'm sitting in my room watching Netflix with my door shut doesn't mean you can't come tell me about how shit/amazing your day was...
Fun, energetic person looking for a new roommate to move in to my place at Stafford, or start new tenancy elsewhere from Feb onward. Working in realestate 6 days a week so always busy with work and infrequently around to annoy you. On my days off I am likely to head out somewhere maybe to the beach, maybe out for a sunday sesh. Im a keen cook, when I'm home early enough, but also eat out frequently. Quite simply a busy chick looking for easygoing down to earth roommate that preferably won't try on my underwear while I'm not home. feel free to email me
Spacious bedroom for rent. Linens and pillows provided. Fully furnished or can be unfurnished. Lots of storage space in the basement as well. Plenty of street parking. Probably better to check first if they will get along well. If you have pet allergies this is not the house for you. Rent is 170 per week. All bills included. Plus $40 if you want to include food. Bond can be flexible if you're tight on cash. Pm me for details.

Neat and tidy, value mine and others privacy, love to cook, social but like to do my own thing from time to time, work six days a week in CBD, active in outdoors sports, don't mind a social drink every now and then, would be great to have housemates that could become friends. Love animals so if you have a social dog or cat i don't mind at all :) Just got myself a new car so undercover parking would be great!
I'm reliable, considerate, easygoing and a bookworm. I love a chat but also need quiet time. I can be shy at first but soon warm up to people. I'm currently working 2 jobs and will be going back to full time study at QUT Kelvin Grove in 2017. I speak Spanish and moved to Australia as a kid.
