I have just returned from a few years adventuring and working in North America and am looking for a room in a relaxed house with some rad chicks to wind down with after a busy day/week. I am studying nursing at QUT and prefer a night in making a cake/snacks with a glass of wine then a big night out on the town. I also love hiking, camping and spending time at the beach. I am clean, easy going and have always paid rent on time. As someone who was in charge of the bills in my previous house I get how frustrating it is to have housemates who slack and it can make things real awkward. Looking forward to hearing from a fun and chilled house.

Hello potential flatmates! I am single, no kids, no partner, no pets, no smoking, no drugs. Looking to make some new friends and meet some new interesting people. I am currently studying at Aviation Australia to become an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer after being with EB Games the last 14 years. I have just started a new job at Brisbane Airport. I am getting pretty lonely living on my own and keeping to myself! I have spent the last few years on this path and I really want to live with a group of people who are into gaming. Any kind of gaming: console/PC, board, Pen and paper roleplaying etc.. its all good. I lived in Toowoomba from 2001 until I moved to Brisbane in 2015 for greater opportunities and to chase my dream of getting into the aviation industry. I am extremely open minded and accepting of all walks of life. I love cleanliness and am neat myself. Love a good chat and a wind down at the end of the day, and I am no cook, but I love to cook, (especially desserts) if that makes any sense!! :) Not allergic to pets and I love to have them around! Look forward to finding some new friends and share some life stories with! :)
Convenience in Lutwyche $165 p.w. LUTWYCHE The living space is large and is located in an extremely convenient position in Lutwyche. Less than a one minute walk away there is a shopping centre (Lutwyche City), gyms (including Fitness First, Jetts, Snap, F45), pub and a mix of other shops, restaurants and facilities. Also within a three minute walk from the front door is the Lutwyche Bus Station with regular buses direct to the City (10 min), Fortitude Valley (5 min), Kelvin Grove QUT / Normanby (5 min), Royal Brisbane Hospital (5 min), Chermside (10 min), Cultural Centre and more. The Albion train station is only a 15 minute walk. Despite being less than a few minutes walk from all these facilities, the street is quiet and backs onto a lane way which leads to acres of parkland and the Kedron Brook waterway. The Kedron Brook waterway has kilometres of walking and bike tracks. The available room has a key lock. The room has a bed and is available furnished or unfurnished. Both the bedrooms and living areas have smoke alarms installed. We have a beautiful kitchen, bathroom and lounge / dining room. There is also a laundry (with washing machine), outdoor back patio and a large, private and sunny back yard with a barbeque. Rent is $165 per week (includes electricity, gas, water and WiFi internet) and bond is $330. This location would suit anybody who is after a very convenient position close to public transport and the City, Valley and Chermside. Non-smokers only.

Hi! I'm looking for someone to move in with me at these brand new units at Lutwyche. Here is what you can expect: - Prime tinder location and also convenient for other things like travelling to the city (15 mins drive) or chermside (10 mins) - Few mins walk from the busway if public transportation is more your thing - Dope rooftop for Insta pics - "Professional" photographer to capture you in candid moments on said rooftop. I'm pretty tall so I can get all the good angles. - Your own bedroom with built ins, own bathroom and even a private balcony - Apartment has a huge kitchen/living area with heaps of room for activities (mainly because I don't have a lounge yet but i will probs have one by the move in date, if not bean bags are really fun) - I basically live in Kmart so will have heaps of the cute and useless decor from there such as 5 similar cheese boards i'll probably never use and 200 candles - Gas cooktop (apparently some people think that's cool and it saves on electricity bills, I cook most of my food in the microwave or by adding hot water for two minutes so wouldn't know) - Fully air conditioned so you can stay indoors and ignore the heatwave/global warming/all your life problems - Optional netflix/Stan so you can enjoy my curated "suggested" playlist - Except for the lounge room as mentioned, you'll just need to bring your bedroom furniture as I have all appliances etc, I even have all three types of spoons (normal, tea, soup) like a real adult so you know I've got my life together and will be a reliable roomie Room is available from march 4 (I'm moving in on the 3rd). Rent is $220p/week, bond is 4 weeks rent. Unlimited internet additional approx 25/month and water/electricity split evenly when they come.
Hi everybody. My name is James and im a full time employed Irish male. Non smoker but i enjoy a few drinks on the weekend to unwind. Im very social with a good sense of humour and fun to be around. I come with lots of great references and a lot of fun.. Look forward to hearing from you. James
Quite, tidy, good to chat, like to cook, respectful and now you're to have a good time. I recently completed a nursing degree and I'm working at RBWH so I'm looking for accommodation closer to the hospital. I'm thinking I'll just settle in and find my own place soon but I'm open to sharing for a while if we get along.
Hi! Currently living in the northern suburbs, but I'm keen to move closer to friends/work/civilisation. I'm working full time in Milton, so looking for a home that is walking distance to the Caboolture/Redcliffe-Ipswich/Springfield train lines. Ideally I will have a bathroom to myself, but happy to share with one other person (maybe even two). Would also be great it some of the rooms of the house/apartment/other has air con! Likes include: - Cooking - Eating - Binge-watching the latest tv shows Dislikes: - People who don't replace the toilet paper. I do actually have a social life - I promise! I play social netball, hang out with friends most weekends and generally like to balance out my laziness with fresh air. I like my home to be a comfy retreat (clean and calm) and looking to live with others who feel the same. It would be great to have housemates who friendly, though I'm not needy and happy to have time to myself. I have almost no furniture, but looking for an unfurnished room (I will buy stuff). Ideally looking for housemates who are non-smokers and no cats (dogs are fine). I don't drive so I don't need a car park, but I am looking for somewhere well connected to public transport. Want to know something else? Ask.
Hi, I'm a 43 year old professional female. I usually work as a Psychologist but am looking for an affordable space in a unit or house (perhaps a granny flat or space underneath a house) for the next year or two while I get back on my feet after breast cancer (I'm all clear now). I have some flexibility with move in date. I'm unable to work much at all, as my job can be demanding... and doctors have told me to take time off... so here I am looking for a share place! I have an 11 yo son (week on/week off) and an adorable small dog. Both are really well behaved and trained. My son loves soccer and playing xbox games with his friends. He's extremely polite and considerate of others. To accommodate him I can set up two beds in a room or, if in a granny flat, on a sofa bed. I only have him with me half the time, and when I do, we are out a lot of the time. My dog is a 1 year old mini maltese x silky. He's going to start his advanced training soon. I'm getting him accredited as a MindDog to helps others in therapy. He's really well trained and is not a "yapper". He sleeps comfortably outside at night. I take him out with me as much as possible. About me - I am very clean and quiet, enjoy watching Netflix and just relaxing at the moment while I get my energy back. I am happy to cook and clean to contribute towards the household. I know it sounds like a lot, but you would hardly notice us being around, we are super quiet, flexible and easy going. I have a positive outlook and see this as a new adventure. Thanks for taking the time to read my profile and good luck in your search :)
ESSENTIALS - please don't contact if you don't meet the below: - NEED a Furnished Room - Own Bathroom - Preferably only sharing with 1 other About me: - Full time role with an epic energy drink company (hello freebies!) - Clean, Tidy, VERY Hygenic - Not a partier, but would love to know how your day went over a wine or a cider here and there - I cook most nights of the week - if you're lucky I'll share! - Love going to the gym so will barely be home!
Hey guys. My name is claire I'm a 25yo working professional looking for somewhere long term as my current accommodation isn't going to be available for me by mid march. I'm easy going, friendly but not in your face. Have my own furniture but require built in wardrobe if possible. Love animals but don't own any myself except for my pet fish (Siamese fighter) Would prefer to live with people around my age but not too fussy
Hi all! Currently employed full time in Brisbane and looking to move closer to work. I'm easy going and enjoy having friends round for drinks. Really love board games, baking and puns (whether good or bad). I like getting to know who I'm living with but respect alone time. I'm looking to find a place with someone for around a 6-9 month stay and am looking to move in the next couple of weeks. Let me know if you have any questions! :)
Beautiful 2 bedroom unit, completely furnished with a single room available. The house is one block (3 min walk) away from Coles, Aldi, Fitness First, Snap Fitness, First Choice, BWS and Lutwyche bus terminal. Very quiet street with leafy parks on both sides of the road. The apartment is bright and breezy with lots of air flow from both balconies. Ceiling fans and large built-in mirrored wardrobes. You'll have your own garage lock-up parking. Looking for an easy going and clean flatmate.
This is a beautiful town house that was recently renovated. In a great complex that has a pool and BBQ area, ample on street parking and on site management. Quite neighbourhood, great neighbours and the apartment is beautiful. Contact me if you have more questions
We are a working full-time couple in mid 30-40. No kids, no pets, not much stuff, non-smokers. Considerate, quiet, clean and tidy people looking for the same ones. We've been living in an en-suite in a share-house for the last year, — we were ok with it. The landlord just decided to rent the whole house out, so we have to find a new place. Room is not a problem. I'm 155 cm high and we're both quite fit, so two of us take as much space as some people alone :))) I cook 2-3 times a week, but without suffocating the whole house with garlic or anything like that and we hope to find a place where the fresh air is valued :)
I am a quiet little nerd who is more than content in my room doing my own thing. I work part time and to save hard for Europe (the reason for lack of Uni). Meme lover and pun enthusiast. I am a very friendly person, if not shy to begin with, but once you have me as a friend I am glue and there for you through thick and thin. I come with a plus one; A little year old Calico kitten called Jenga, so pet friendly house have to be must. She is fine with dogs (except puppies for some reason) and loves people. Fully trained with adorable quirks.
Great two bedroom apartment in Lutwyche, you would have your own bathroom with a huge double shower, bathroom doubles as a shared laundry, your room is quite large and would comfortably fit a queen/king bed with bedside tables etc... access to 4 gyms about a minute walk away including a boxing gym, coles is about a 200m walk down the road, multiple bus stops around including one at the top of the street and albion station about a 10 minute walk away and the valley is about a 5-10 minute drive depending on traffic. IMPORTANT -Although i do love to go out for a drink, good banter and i am out of the house quite abit, I am in no way looking for a party house mate or for this to become a party house as i wouldn't feel comfortable with people who have friends around constantly or having pre drinks at the house all the time. I am a tidy person, looking for someone the same (cleans the dishes the same night and cleans up after themselves) MUST LOVE CATS - I have two cats, one timid and one very social and loves cuddles, it is very important that you are okay with living with cats and love animals. Looking for full time professionals.
I'm an Australian 19yr old female looking for stable accommodation. I'm friendly and clean and love to cook. Enjoy going out occasionally and work full time. :)

Hey, I am pretty chilled guy that is looking for a house that I will be able to vibe and get along with some like-minded people. I have a 3 year old staffy named Billy who is a super cool dude and loves everyone. It would be great to find people that will be able to reciprocate that love by playing and hanging out to get know him. I would be looking for a place with a good sized yard so he can do his thing. I am a pretty creative guy and play music in my spare time. I am vegan and do enjoy cooking the simple things that I know! I work during the week and on weekends I am usually out socialising and having a few brews or taking trips in my van. If you want to know anything else just let me know. Please hit me up if you have a room or want to start a house up. Thanks, Sam
I am a great cook (well im a chef actually) and very tidy. Laid back attitude. Love pets just dont have my own right now but yours are ok. I get along with all walks of life. I enjoy socialising but im not a night clubber. Im new to Brisbane but have family. I like music.
I'm very outgoing and easy to get along with. I like to keep things tidy and in order. My passion is for health and fitness, although sometimes I don't mind kicking back to a good movie with a couple of drinks and a pizza. I am from Warwick at the moment and I am planning to move to Brisbane now to start my new full time job in the city on the 20th of Feb. I would love to hear from you!
This modern near-new unit is located on the top floor (third level) and has a large balcony directly overlooking Kedron Brook. The secure property is located in a cul-de-sac – it is VERY quiet (particularly for the location) as there is no through traffic! You will have your own generous size room to furnish as you please with a built in mirrored wardrobe, some additional storage space if you need, and your own main size bathroom, including bath. The room easily accommodates a queen size bed, side tables and dresser. This unit has everything one could possibly need and includes other great features such as: :: ducted air conditioning :: unlimited high speed broadband (small fee) :: Netflix (if you like) :: washing machine :: dryer :: dishwasher :: off-street undercover parking :: 3 minutes walk to Lutwyche bus station - 15 mins into city :: 3 minutes walk to shopping centre, gyms and other amenities :: right on the doorstep of Kedron Brook walking and cycling tracks
Hi Everyone! My name's Mel, I'm 35, originally from Europe. I'm working and also studying. I'm a passionate traveler, vegan, interested in healthy living, yoga. I'm easy-going, and respectful, I enjoy having someone around to chat with at the end of the day, sharing a meal or a glass of wine, but also appreciate privacy. I'm looking for a lovely place in a nice area with own bathroom. :)))
Hi all, I'm currently looking for a new place, preferably a new/modern unit/apartment/townhouse with off-street parking. I can't justify forking out for a 1 bedroom or studio but would prefer to share with one other rather than a group. I'm employed full-time and work in the CBD but Lutwyche and Toowong are looking ideal for location and infrastructure. Being in IT, I'm a bit of a nerd so need decent Internet for work and side-projects. Love music (EDM, trap, dubstep, vocal trance, progressive house etc.) so normally have beats going when I'm home. Also into cars (imports) and have a bike so need space for that as well as my Stagea. My work keeps me busy but still take weekends off to unwind. I'm responsible and security conscious (hence the 'not keen on groups' remark) plus share-house trained so certainly respectful of other peoples property/space. If you reckon you can tolerate my nerdiness and love for EDM, shoot through a message!
