I've yet to secure a property but I'll be moving to Brisbanes inner north on or around the 30th August. I'm a 25 year old child care educator and I'm moving closer to work in Gordon Park. Im clean, tidy and like to relax after work. I do babysitting/nanny work some weekends and evenings. I have a small 11 year old jack russel and two small birds. I'm not looking to rent a unit or flat as my dog needs a yard. I'll be renting: - a 3-4 bedroom house with a decent sized enclosed back yard - a pet friendly property with a small/medium dog or a cat considered - somewhere close to public transport and amenities I will be supplying: - Fridge, microwave, coffee machine and everything required for a kitchen - 6 seater dining table - TV, Netflix and lounge furniture - Washing machine - Unlimited internet - Bedroom furniture for one housemate if required - double ikea bed, bedside table, clothes rack or portable wardrobe, large study desk I'm looking for a housemate that: - Can pay $150 - $200 per week (inc internet and supplied bedroom furniture if needed) - The real estate may require you to pay bond and sign the lease - Is tidy, fun and friendly
I'm a full time worker, usually like alone time but get along with others really well, I have a beautiful little sharpei I need to find a home for too, I've lived in a sharehouse for over a year and really enjoy it having to move due to unforeseen circumstances
Hi potential roomies, my name is Kristen and my new house mate Abbie and I are looking for a third house mate to rent a house in North Brisbane! A bit about me: I'm 24 years old, I am a bookkeeper, admin assistant and wedding stylist (3 different jobs lol) and am also studying Business (Accounting) at QUT. I have a fur baby named Chester who just loves people and is generally inside when I am home. I lead a very busy life, so home is my haven where I like to relax and unwind. I also study and do bookkeeping at home so while I like having friends over occasionally, I don't want to live in a party house or be constantly cleaning up after my house mates. I have formed great friendships with my two previous roomies (who were once strangers from flatmates.com!) so I'd like to actually get along with my house mates rather than just being strangers living under the same roof. I am bubbly and love to have a chat, but also respect others' privacy. Abbie is 28, works in Finance and will also be studying Accounting at QUT next year. She is into yoga, hiking and cooking and is looking to get a puppy in the next few months which is exciting! We are both like-minded, respectful of others, appreciate a clean house and would love to find a third house mate that fits that dynamic. What I'm looking for: I currently rent a place in Kallangur, but I am wanting to move closer to the city when my lease ends in September, which is when Abbie's lease also ends. We are looking around Windsor/Lutwyche area, but definitely open to other locations, as long as it is close to a train station. I have most things required to set up a house (fridge, washing machine etc), so you'd really just need to bring your bedroom furniture (but if you have other household items I'm sure we can find room for them). Thanks for reading! Please send me a message if this sounds like something you'd be interested in. I look forward to hearing from you :)
Share house accommodation available Zone 2, Lutwyche, close to all amenties $140.00 pw, including available and variable fruits/vegetables/breads on weekly basis, internet included and electricity. Suit female students. There are house rules in place and very acceptable according to other students.
We are a mature young couple who preferably looking for a dual-living property. We are friendly and easy to get along with. Both currently working full-time we understand the importance of a stable home life so we ensure that we pay our rent and bills on time whilst maintaining a clean and tidy household. We have a friendly cat named Xavier who gets along well with both humans and other animals - he is extremely easy to manage however that responsibility would be solely ours so you wouldn't have to worry about anything at all :)
Looking for a quiet place with great people that can respect my space. Preferably close to work in Stafford and the room must be furnished. I will also have my sister visiting me from overseas beginning the 21st of August. She will be living with me for this time (one month). So also looking for flatmates that are OK with this.
Hi, I am an extremely neat and tidy person. I tend to keep to myself and do my own thing, though I don't mind sitting down at the end of the week and having a glass of wine. I'm not the party type of person so a party house would not suit me.
I'm a full time Restaurant Manager at McDonalds. You won't generally see me around much as I am dedicating myself to my job right now. I am quiet yet friendly person and am very hard working. I have to move within the next month as the owner of my house is selling but am flexible with dates and furnishings.
Looking for one more housemate to team up and find a 3+ bedroom fully fenced, pet friendly house for max$200/wk per person in or around Windsor. Both myself and Kristen (24) work and study in finance. We're clean, friendly and respectful of others space. Looking for a place to call home, relax during the week and entertain friends on weekends. My current lease ends 17/9 and Kristen is also looking to find somewhere within 4weeks. If you're interested in getting to know us, send me a message and we'll meet for coffee :)

You'll get a fully equipped kitchen (microwave oven, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine), bathroom with a shower, air-conditioning and large veranda with beautiful view. This accommodation is very conveniently located: -20 min drive to the airport -7 min walk to the Lutwyche shopping centre (Aldi, Coles) -5 min walk to the bus stop to the City (15 min drive) or to Chermside shopping centre No parties!!!
Hi everyone, I have my room up for rent within a 2 bedroom apartment 😊 looking for someone to move in as soon as possible. The apartment is located 10 minutes from the Brisbane CBD with city views for a reasonable price. The place will be half furnished, however you will need a fridge and washing machine
Hey! I'm tidy and considerate, i'm social but also like my own space sometimes. I don't smoke and i don't drink a whole lot, just with friends every now and then. Always willing to do my bit and help out with the house work! :)
I am easy going person who is busy enough to spend most of the time out. I am respectful towards others privacy. Therefore, I really like tidy and clean place to live in also I am not a fan of parties. However, I am sociable enough to have a chat and share others life experience. Carport is essential.
26yo nurse that works in cancer care. Friendly and easy going. I clean up after myself and always tidy. Always up for a chat, yet respectful if you want your space. If I'm not working I'm either at gym, or at the beach with my dog. Not a huge partier, rather stay in with a glass of wine and watch Netflix. I have an indoor 2yo cavoodle that is extremely friendly. Must be pet friendly. Would be ideal to move in with someone that has a dog for them to keep each other company. Please feel free to message me. 😊
Quiet, reserved, clean, respectful, mature. I'm not interested in living in a party house. Somewhere quiet for my cat-son Tofu and I to live, he enjoys lots of attention and is a vocal one whereas I prefer to keep to myself. I enjoy reading, tea, coffee, craft, cooking and baking. I have a fridge, washing machine, recliner lounge suite and armchair, soundbar decent sized tv and a stan subscription that I'm happy to share without compensation. Don't mind hanging out occasionally but ideally after housemates not new friends.
I am an easy going, spiritually minded musician and I work as a barista to pay the bills. In my spare time I like to chill out at home and play bass or listen to music, I'm always down to hang out and have a chat and I'm happy keeping to myself too. I'd like to find a place with some down to earth like minded individuals, with somewhere safe and secure to set up my music gear. I'm not looking for a party house, because of my job I am up quite early in the morning and head to bed early too. But that said I don't mind making a bit of noise during the day, with consideration for my fellow housemates of course.
Hello! :) I work full-time Monday to Friday in Kedron. I'm looking for somewhere to live within a reasonable distance. I'm fairly quiet during the week and usually spend weekends with family or friends. I gym a fair bit and eat healthy so living with people who are similar in that regard would be a huge plus! I'm also super clean and tidy and like living in a well kept house. I have all my own bedroom furniture but nothing else furniture wise. I'm flexible with move in dates :)
Hi! Everyone! I'm a 29 years old girl student from Taiwan, working at a cafe. I'm tidy and not a party person , most of the time I would studying at home or working and enjoy in gym everyday as possible as I can! I'm looking for a furnished private room which is close to train station could take me to Bowen hill station then I could walk to Newstead for work! If you have a room near by Newstead that would be ideal but not essential. My budget is 150 to 170 this range and wondering the rent could including water, electricity , internet and two weeks bond. Please contact with me if you got any rooms or any question wants to know! Thank you so much
Hey! :) I'm Steph, I'm 29, I work full time and study part time, I'm pretty neat and like a clean and tidy house :) Looking to move anytime over the next few months, no rush but happy to do it asap if i was to find the right roomy :) I'm looking to live either on the Northside (Nundah, Aspley, Kelvin Grove, Wavell Heights, Bridgeman Downs etc - somewhere near The Royal Bris hospital as thats where i work) or even on the Southside (Springfield Lakes, Augustine Heights, Brookwater, Collingwood Park etc - as thats where i am atm). Ok... so I know a lot of people don't wanna live with a kid but honestly, it's really no big deal at all. You can still have friends round etc, nothing would have to change i promise! :) My boy is 9 years old, so if you like playing xbox you guys will be best buds lol He's a good kid, looks after things, helps around the house, is pretty easy going and quiet to live with :) We also have an indoor ragdoll cat named Alice. Shes like a dog and follows you around everywhere and waits at the door when u get home lol :) so cute! (she also gets along well with other animals) So, I'm looking for another person to get a house with. You'll need to be reliable and pay rent on time, respectful of privacy, the property and of other peoples things, work and have a stable income, funny, preferably single and around similar age. If you've already got a place and think I'd be suitable to move in there that'd also work :) I have all of the furniture a house requires, which includes a big corner leather lounge with a chase and recliner, tv, dining, fridge, washing machine, dryer etc as well as all the little things like cutlery, microwave, cups etc etc :) So I couldnt really move into somewhere that was fully furnished already. I'd prefer a house rather than a unit coz thatd be too squishy. It would also need to have a lock up garage (preferably 2 car garage) so our cars can be in there as I dont want to leave mine on the street or outside incase of hail etc :) Ideally the house would need to have at least 3 bedrooms coz I need my own space too and I dont want to be crammed into the same room with my son lol so I'd have one, he'd have one and you'd have the other one/two etc :) I'd also be keen for a few drinks on a Friday or Saturday night sometimes to relax and unwind after a busy working week if you are :) I looooove cooking and literally make the best caramel tarts you'll ever eat (i have references for this lol), im pretty easy going, love a good laugh and have a very sarcastic sense of humour. So you'd definitely have to be funny, easy going, down to earth and be able to take a joke lol Anyhoo, hope to hear from you soon to organise a day to meet up and see if we connect :)
