I am a very easy going friendly nature person, love to meet new people of diverse culture. I lived in Sydney for more than 2 years so very much familiar with the style of living in Australia. Most importantly, I am a person like give respect and take respect. Thankyou
I'm a super clean, pretty quiet Aussie girl who's friendly, kind and considerate. I moved last year from Queensland for the cooler life and I'm loving Canberra. I work full-time that includes 2 weekends a month so I'm generally pretty busy and independent. I'm also planning to return to uni part-time next year in the health sciences. I like to live a healthy lifestyle and am outdoorsy. I love cycling, hiking, water sports and snowboarding. I enjoy both sharing dinner in front of a movie or Netflix and time to myself to wind down or study so I generally go with the flow with what others feel like doing at the time. I'm certainly no big party animal and don't smoke. I have a flexible move in date and can adjust stay length for the right place and flatmate/s. I can also supply excellent references from past flatmates and landlords that show I've always paid rent and bills ahead of time and am one of the best flatmates around! :-)
HI! My name is Brad, i have just moved back to Canberra from Sydney while i put my masters on hold. I have a part time job with good income and might be starting up Uni again in 6 months (at ANU). I am an easy to get a long with persons who understands personal space and keep my thing tidy. I enjoy both keeping to myself around the house and interacting with house mates equally, and can make friends fairly easily. I am fairly nerdy, i like to play role playing games such as Dungeons and dragons, and also play board games with my mates regularly. Though i also love the outdoors and enjoy walks in parks and going to to beach as often as i can.
Hi there, I am a final year building design student at CIT and work part-time. I am a relaxed and considerate person. Have already been to some shared houses and pretty much familiar with the rules. I am looking for a room preferably in or around the city but I am comfortable to live almost anywhere in Canberra. Feel free to contact me anytime.
My name is olivia who come from China, living in Melbourne right now.I’ve been Australia for five years. I will be study at JP international college in May， so I'm looking for a single room to live. I’m a quiet and friendly person, and I never made one English speaker friend, I always prefer to hang out with Chinese，which makes me feel more comfortable， because I was too shy to talking with English and have no confidence，but I decided to change, I wish to make local friends to share different culture, for example， I can teach you mandarin if you are interested, and you can teach me or correct my English pronounciation，we could shopping together and hang out together, that'll be very cool Please feel free to contact me if you are a friendly person with a room available for me. Please text me with information of your place and price. This file will always be valid until I delete it. Thank you very much!

Hi, I am a 25 year old from the Central Coast. I have recently relocated to work full time for the Southern Local Health District as a Finance Officer. I am in my last year of studying Bachelor of Accounting. I am reliable and easy to live with, happy to do my own thing but also happy to hang out and have a chat. I like to keep my self and my room tidy, and am happy to help out around the house. I am interested in sports, movies, gaming, eating out, travelling and am looking to travel to the snow to learn to snow board. I will be commuting often back to the Central Coast to see family on some weekends.
Luke and I are two high school mates that are looking to move into a share house together. Luke is looking to get some perspective living out of home in a share house, while my current share house is disbanding as the lease has come to an end unfortunately. We both work full time as qualified tradesmen (Carpenter / Painter) giving us good experience respecting other peoples property and space. We both like to socialise over a drink after work, but also enjoy our own personal space. We have a great group of friends we enjoy doing activities with, but are always eager to make more!
Postgraduate student doing environmental studies in ANU but also working part-time in Woden Westfield. Easygoing and super friendly. Open-minded and respectful person. Fascinate about trying new things and experiencing adventures of life. Love all kinds of outdoor activities but also a fan of movies and TV series. Laid back and a big foodie :) Current housemates accredited ideal housemate type. Searching for good homes to move in sooner or later before May 2018. I have a car so parking availability is essential.
Hey! I am a young health professional working full time Monday to Friday. I have lived in Canberra for four years. I enjoy some quiet time alone but also love a good chat, glass of wine/beer or cup of tea as well as an adventure. I enjoy keeping active and playing sport, as well as going out for brunch or dinner on the weekend. Ideally, I would like to be able to find an unfurnished room with my own bathroom/ensuite. I am also open to teaming up with someone to find a new home! I am clean, tidy and respectful of others.
I’m originally from Japan, but I’ve been in Aus for the last 4.5 years. I moved in Canberra 3 months ago due to a new job in Barton. I work full time as an early childhood lead educator. I am looking to make new friends by living with new people, but I respect our own space as well. I’m very clean, organized, tidy and considerate, so I wouldn’t be a bad one to live with :p I like exploring cafes and restaurants, but I am not into much of outdoor activities.. haha I enjoy quiet nights after work Mon to Fri as I talk with babies all day 5 days haha
I am a 25 year old female public servant looking to (finally) move out of home! I am a social person but also enjoy a balance of privacy and my own time. On the weekends I love to go to the gym and out to brunch with friends rather than out late partying. I am clean, tidy, and respectful of others space and looking for housemates who are similar!
I'm a final year medical student looking for somewhere close to the hospital until the end of the year. I am open, friendly, and always happy for a chat. I'm tidy in public areas love pets but have none of my own.
This is not a share house/unit! Living in this complex, you have secure parking with a storage cage. Full access to the pool and fully equipped gym. The unit has reverse cycle air conditioning (cooling and heating). It faces north, so it gets the sunlight all day long. The unit is NBN ready, so all you need is your telecom provider. The unit will not be furnished but has a dishwasher and washer/dryer combo. The unit itself is only ten months old, and I was the first person to live in it. Everything is brand new and barely used. The bedroom comfortably fits a Queen size bed and has a built-in wardrobe.
All BILLS including wifi, electricity and use of linen are included in the rent of this spacious bedroom. The house is a well built Cape Cod design with spacious upstairs bedrooms which are furnished and lockable for comfort & privacy. Communal kitchen has walk-in pantry and appliances for cooking, washing and leisure. The spacious living room is furnished with large television and a DVD player, but also has some gym equipment that get's a good workout regularly. There's plenty of off-street parking, but the house is just a short walk or bike ride from Woden Town Centre. Here you'll find the bus interchange, shopping mall, restaurants, cinemas, gyms, restaurants and clubs. The house has facilities for many different interests, and there's a mature garden with a vegie patch out back if you like getting into nature. NOT a party house but a real home away from home, providing a safe and comfortable place to stay while you get established in Canberra.
I'm 28, I have a 4 year old Italian Greyhound and we are looking for somewhere to call home. Currently living in WA and will be relocating back to Canberra in the next month. Still looking for work in Canberra but thought I should put the feelers out to see what is available.
Hi Folks - I'm Kiran Shetty moved to Canberra from Sydney and looking for a nice place to stay and call home. I enjoy meeting people and make new friends. Usually I'm busy on weekday's and weekends. I'm outgoing and usually keep busy with Gym, Yoga on weekday's and bush walk and anything exciting on weekends. I would like to spend time with flatmates on Cuppa or few drinks. I am a non-vegetarian, non-smoker, tidy, punctual and great at respecting house rules.
Hello! I am a friendly working professional (jewellery sales) with many years experience living in share houses. I enjoy having a clean, relaxing space to live in and love some social time (boardgames!!) with housemates and friends. Although I do understand the need for personal time, space and privacy as well. When I'm not working I enjoy being out in nature or making and viewing any kind of art! I come with one well behaved ferret who lives in her hutch outdoors. I look forward to hearing from you soon if you think I'm a good fit for your house!
Hello :) I am an easy going and social person, I adore all animals and work as a full time vet nurse. I love being outdoors and drawing pet portraits for people in my spare time. I own a beagle x staffy named Bodhi who loves people.
Keep to ourselves, respectful, easy to get a long with, very chilled, love to have a laugh, watching Netflix or movies on weekend's, up for a chat but also respect other people's privacy, clean and tidy. We both work full time I work in early childhood and Anthony is a butcher
Recently moved to Canberra and looking for a nice place to stay and call home. I enjoy meeting new people and making new friends. Outside of work I enjoy cooking, gyming, swimming and hiking. Very active during weeknights and weekends working out, cooking and meeting friends and family. I have previously lived in share houses so know the drill.
Hi Moving to Canberra to start a new role on the 16 April. While I house shared for many years I am coming from my own place so have an assortment of furnishings which I can bring or store. I am generally interested in and considerate of others. I enjoy being social both inside and outside the home for meals, movies, activities and light exercise. I also enjoy my quiet time so may retreat to my room, garden or outdoors occasionally. Good with cleanliness and tidiness in common areas. Looking for a place with a bit of space or to team up to start a place. In a perfect world I would team up with a like minded person to find a place with a spare room, own bathrooms and garage in South Canberra. But the world is often not perfect when there is a time frame involved. :-)
I have lived in Canberra for 8 years now, originally from Harden. I work full time as a mechanic. I am a quiet relaxed person, who is happy to socialise and have personal time too. I am a clean person and I respect other people's property and boundaries. I spend every other weekend away with family, and I play cricket (both indoor and outdoor) two nights a week. I like to keep active outside, such as push bike riding. I like to game (either alone in my room or happy to play with housemates). I also enjoy Marvel and DC movies, and I'm more than happy to enjoy a movie night with friends and housemates. I have a 3 year old American Staffy named Dooey, who is the loveliest dog ever. Dooey is desexed and toilet trained. He is primarily an outdoor dog. He gets along really well with other dogs and has grown up with cats. He is a kind hearted dog and super friendly towards all people.
Hi, My name is Tamara and I am currently enjoying the last year of my 20's. I have fallen into the cliché of single girl, living alone except for her two cats. Help me haha. I am currently working full time and I also have a part time hospitality job. I am looking to move out of the property I am in because the landlord is looking to sell. I have lived in share houses before, some with up to six people so I know how pull my own weight. I could say all the usual stuff like I am tidy and clean and quite but you have heard it before and really who is going to say otherwise when looking for housemates haha I am having trouble finding a place where I can have the cats with me as whats available and open to pets is mostly bigger houses that I cannot afford on my own and it would be nice to share with people again anyway. They are your typical indoor cats who love to eat, sleep, cuddle, repeat Pretty open to living anywhere in Canberra but the Southside has always been my home. I can bring majority of household furniture, appliances and kitchen gear including a great little coffee machine which is my lifeline. Happy to meet up for a drink to see if we get along and discuss what we are after etc :)
Hi!! I'm moving to Canberra with work - a paintball company! I love to have a drink or two every now and then but I prefer a place that doesn't have weekly parties. I love making new friends but alsl value my alone time. Im very clean and enjoy a clean home. Weekends are my most full on days with work so you'll find me in bed by 9pm those nights. My passions are biking, and animals - if you have animals you can guarantee I'll look after them as if they're my own.
Hi! I'm Roshen from Sri Lanka. I'll be studying at ANU mid-June 2018 onwards and I intend to work on a part-time basis. I have attended few international conferences and have worked with people from different nationalities and cultures, I have been able to move along with them easily. Therefore, I have no trouble in mingling with people from different backgrounds and I am sociable and friendly. I am the sort who won't trouble anyone and prefer helping whenever needed. I value peace of mind and hence, am neat and organized. I love listening to classical music and a fan of swimming.
I am a public servant relocating from QLD to Canberra for work. I am clean and considerate. I enjoy my alone time, but I am also sociable and look forward to getting to know my flat mates. I love animals, especially dogs. I’m vegetarian but have no objection to living with non-vegetarians, as I believe this is a personal choice. I enjoy a few drinks, but not too many as I like to make the most of the day and get outdoors bushwalking, jogging and doing yoga.
I am 31, male, professional, full time employee working in public service. I am a former ANU student and lived in shared accommodations for the past 5.5 years. I am looking to find a room with private bathroom to move in around 7th April. My initial length of stay is 4 months, but I would be able to stay beyond that (up to a year or more) if everybody is happy :) Strong references from previous landloards are available.
