Seeking quiet and clean accommodation

Hi im looking to house share preferably with one other adult or a large home with 2 people. My interests are music, reading, docos, markets, history, art, genealogy, DIY shows, wellness and nutrition. I’m not a drinker but don’t mind if you do. I don’t smoke and would prefer to live in a smoke free environment. I am Type1 Diabetic and live gluten free and mostly vegetarian. I prefer cats to dogs but that doesn't mean i won’t like yours if you have one. I’m not out to be your best friend but getting along is important of course and so is mutual respect. A sense of humour is a plus. I am environmentally aware and do my best to limit waste. I don’t have a car so public transport connections are important. I would prefer a larger room so i can set up a desk/work space so theres the flexibility of working from home sometimes and some extra space for storage. A room with an ensuite would be fabulous but not a deal breaker - prefer not to share the one bathroom a property has with 3 other people if you get my drift. I would consider a granny flat or separate accommodation from main residence. I like to keep to myself but happy to chat over a meal or cuppa. If you are looking for someone mature to share your home with, maybe some basic help around the house or you go away regularly and want someone in the house to feed your cat/water your plants then i might be what you are looking for. I work 4days per week. I haven’t been in shared accommodation for some time so would prefer to share with 1 other adult - preferably female - but of course it would depend on the situation. I am looking for somewhere longer term (12mths+) I’m easy going, trustworthy and will pay bills/rent on time. I will confidently pass a police check and also have a current “Working with Children” certificate. Life is expensive these days and sometimes it’s a necessity to house share/bill share rather than a choice. Hope to hear from you. Thanks Kel
