Looking for someone to move in to my two bedroom, two bathroom apartment in Epping. The place is really new and in a great location close to both train and metro lines. The free bedroom could fit a double bed or a single bed with room to spare. It has built in cupboards and you would be using the master bathroom with a shower, bathtub and toilet by yourself. The unit is fully kitted out with brand new appliances. Dishwasher, stove, oven and microwave in the kitchen. There is also a washer and dryer in the built in laundry. We are also connected to the NBN by FTTP and have an unlimited 90mbps plan. The apartment has air conditioning and you would have access to off street parking if necessary as I do not drive and the apartment includes a secure car parking space. If you don't drive it is a really close 5-10 minute stroll to trains direct to the city or metro to Macquarie Park/Uni to Chatswood. Very similar walking distance to Coles and other shops, as well as restaurants and cafes. Note that rent is to be paid fortnightly at the rate of $550 (This is calculated from $275 a week) and does not include bills/internet. *About the house* A freshly renovated furnished 2 bedrooms house. You will be living on the ground floor and we the house owners will be living on the top level. There is no internal access between the two levels and they are completely separate. The ground level has two bedrooms with built-ins, a living room, kitchen and a bathroom. Both rooms are available ATM. You can either rent the whole place all bills inclusive for a discounted rate of $620 a week or individual rooms. The smaller room is $275 a week and the larger bedroom is $375 a week.
