First of all the property is really close to Macquarie University.Which makes is great for macquarie students. It is only a 6 minutes distance from here to macquarie university and macquarie centre. Also the bus stop is just in front of the apartment. This apartment is fully furnished and a really nice place to live in. It has a fully furnished kitchen with everything a person needs. The dining room has a very nice balcony with the nicest view. The room we are renting is a living room. The dining room and the living room is separate rooms. So any person living on the drawing will have full privacy. It also has a divider. The room is fully furnished. Comes with a single bed, pillows, bedsheets and cushions. It has a bedside table and a table lamp. It also has two wardrobes. The best thing is,it also comes with a heater. We also have all time accessible laundry room with washing machine and dryer .Basically it has everything that is needed to live comfortably. Above all, the rent is really cheap. Only 110$ per week and it is no secret that how expensive properties are in this area. All together it is a really great place to live in at the cheapest price and the nicest flatmates ever!
Hi everyone, my name is Lydia (30/Korean). I'm currently working full time as a teacher. I'm usually home by 4-5pm. When I'm not at home, I'm either: playing tennis, going for a walk, having casual after-work drinks or trying out new cafes/restaurants! I'm looking for a place available from 25th of Jan (if not before). If you are one of those flatmates who respect privacy and communal space, I would love to live with you and I'll do the same in return. Off- or on-parking is essential as I have to drive to work, which is located in the north shore. I would be the flatmate you'd be after as I'm non-smoker and drama-free! :)
I will be working near North Ryde station from the 25 November and will be travelling from the south coast on Monday’s. I will need accomodation from Monday to Thursday nights each week, heading home for weekends. Closeness to public transport (train/metro) is very important and there is no problem paying the full week rental and any other associated costs. I am quite active and content with keeping to myself, although I can be social as well.
I am 35 years old looking for the room for rent. I am working full time at Macquarie University Hospital. I am looking for a private room for my self I don't mind to share a bathroom and I love light cooking for my self sometimes.
I am working full time as a Tech Analyst for an IT firm. I come from India, like to live in a spacious , bright and tidy place. I have long working hours during the weekdays from Monday -Thursday, and I work after hours many a times. I like to hangout for some drinks on Friday evenings and Weekends. I can cook, I watch a lot of movies, TV series and Netflix. Looking for some easy-going roommates to share an apartment with.
*Looking for a private bedroom for beginning of December 2019 - preferably near a train station* Hi I'm Jarin (or Jez); I am friendly, fun, caring, patient and always up for a laugh! I would prefer 2/3 flatmates, with no pets. I am exuberant, very easy going and I enjoy meeting new people. I relocated solo to Sydney from the UK in Sept 2019 to work for a year (and if lucky enough, for longer). I am respectful of people's personal space and communal space. I believe it is important to be clean and to keep a clean area of living. I am open minded and strive to be a better person everyday. I currently work in Baulkham Hills as a Behaviour Support Practitioner and my background is Psychology :) Any questions feel free to ask!
Hey I'm from Sri Lanka and am full time student at Macquarie Uni. I'll be moving to Sydney end of Dec - 1st week of Jan I'm very clean, organized and am respectful about personal space. I'm good with tools so I can possibly fix any broken stuff around the place too! I can also cook a decent meal. I'm a social person but during the semester I'll be buried in my work most probably. It would be great to share with someone that speaks German as I'm currently learning the language! I can teach you Sinhala in return!
I'm a full time student who also works a lot so I will be out of the house for the majority of the day. I’ll also be out of the house on the weekends and a two week period over Xmas to spend time with my family back home. I enjoy time to myself but am always down for a chat! I'm super tidy and respectful :) I’m looking for a place to move into this November!
Hi everyone, I'm looking for a place to stay starting from late January 2020 until early July near Macquarie university as I will be an exchange student. I am currently studying Accounting and Finance at the University of Glasgow in the UK, and i come from a very small island in the Mediterranean sea called Cyprus. I am an easy going and responsible person, who always looks up for myself and likes everything clean and tidy.
