We're more than happy to hang out but are also out often enough to give you your own space. Im usually catching up on TV shows or playing around with make up in my spare time, and zac is usually playing xbox or at the gym. We're clean, tidy and responsible. Hoping to find others who are the same. I've also house-shared for 3+ years and am very respectful of space and communal living, and am hoping $350 will include bills. shoot me a message if you want to know anything else

I have 1 large room to rent in Macquarie Park. It’s a quiet area, overlooking a beautiful park, and across the road from Macquarie Shopping Centre, and a train station. Your rent includes your spacious room, your own secured parking space, unlimited wireless internet, and Netflix. The bedroom is unfurnished, however the rest of the house has everything, so you would only need your own things. Ideally, I’m looking for someone to stay at least six months, someone who is clean, and has a steady income. *Power bill is split 50/50.
▪️ I'm an outgoing homebody person ▪️ 2 cats (10years, raised from birth) so super friendly ▪️1 vehicle park needed ▪️Want to live as close to uni in modern, not so depressing of a place. ▪️Have full house contents but happy to reduce to suit, as it's a break up anyway. ▪️ Will need space for; Queen bed, 2 bedsides, dresser, vanity, study desk, bookshelf.
Very laid back easy going guy, clean and neat. Enjoy making new friends, not just "housemates." Looking for a home, somewhere everyone is comfortable, can relax and be happy to socialise and hang out with one another. Moving to Sydney from Melbourne for a new job at Macquarie Uni. Would like to live close by, and somewhere near a train station (preferably walking distance). Partying days are behind me, although an odd night out once in a blue moon is always good. Plan on playing sport on weekends, and am an AFL fan being a Victorian.
Hi, I am a 24 year old 2IC at JB HIFI, those of you that have been to JB will know that we are a good bunch of people who like to have fun and socialise! I also like to keep a clean house and enjoy some quiet time after a long day of work.
PhD students in avian behaviour at Macquarie University, love wildlife and outdoors. Looking for 2 months of convenient accom close to MQ or transport to MQ uni. We would love to live in a house with similar minded people! We understand that 2 months is really short, however we have had some really bad luck with our housing ! We are leaving on the 3Rd of July and need a place to bridge the gap between now and then. Someone please help us !!!!
Particular with neatness and cleanliness, quiet, easy going, like privacy, prefer granny flats, or studios to live in. No sharehouses or team ups please.
Clean, tidy and friendly. Work full time as a teacher. Looking for a place to share with one or two others which has a decent sized room and preferably an ensuite/own bathroom and garage/off street parking.
I'm Alana from the Philippines. I'm looking for a nice place to settle into and the nicest people to share it with, ideally for the year. I'll be staying Sydney to take up my Master's degree. I have lived in Manila ever since so it will be my first time to reside abroad but I do travel every once in a while. I also do backpacking, met a lot of people and made good friends along the way so I can say I'm easy to get along with. I know how to cook (Asian food), clean and have a good time. I love watching movies, travelling and having good conversations. I am very tidy as a person and conscious about my environment so there will be no problem with my cleanliness.
Hi I'm George, 26, moving to Sydney from Perth and am looking for a place to stay not too far from where I work. I am working as a remote engineer in the healthcare industry, so having a good internet is a must! Pretty easy going and usually like to stay in but enjoy going out occasionally. If you're into drones we will hit right off!
Hi, my name is Harry, 24, moving from Melbourne to Sydney for work. Currently looking for a place to stay that't not too far from work (North Ryde). I am working as a mechanical engineer in the field of transportation and infrastructure. Very easy going and chill, like to hang out with different type people and enjoy all sorts of interesting conversations. I consider myself quiet, tidy and respect others. Drop me a message if you think we'll get along living together!
Hi there, I am a 23 year old student at Macquarie University, studying a Bachelor of Medical Sciences in my first year. I am very quiet and keep to myself, I'm honestly not much of a talker, but please don't take that to mean that I'm not friendly. I consider myself a bit of a phantom housemate - rarely seen or heard. I do have a boyfriend that I like to have over sometimes [we're both quiet, we generally study and play games together], but otherwise I don't party or like to have people over. I spend most of my time studying and listening to music, however you won't have to put up with my tastes as I'm aware that sound travels throughout a house and so keep it down, especially at night. I am also a very strict non-smoker and non-drinker. I am generally tidy and clean up after myself, both in my own room and in common areas. I'm a light user of the kitchen, and don't need much pantry space. I can supply all of my own things like towels, plates/bowls/cutlery and bedding, so the only things I would need to share would be a washing machine, dryer/clothesline [or space for a drying rack] and fridge. I adore cats and can happily live with them, dogs depend. Anywhere within a 15 minute walk to a train station on the T1 line is ideal [so I will consider suburbs outside what is listed on my profile, due to the 20 suburb maximum]. I don't mind a furnished or unfurnished room, as long as it can comfortably fit a bed, desk and a bookshelf. Please feel free to get in contact with me, I hope to meet you and become a great housemate~ - Blake
