I’ll be returning to Sydney on 22 May 2026 and looking for either:

✨ Short-term stay (1–4 weeks) while I settle back in and find the right long-term home
✨ Long-term rental if it feels like the right fit

• Naturally very clean, tidy, and organised
• Previous experience in healthcare reception + professional Airbnb cleaning/property care
• Starting a 1.5-year course at TAFE NSW around July/August 2026 while continuing to work in healthcare

In my spare time, I enjoy films, music, exploring new places, good food, and meaningful conversations.

What I’m Looking For 👇

For short-term (1–4 weeks):
• A clean, safe, peaceful place while I transition back to Sydney (ideally easy communicates to Crows Nest)

For long-term (ideally easy communicates to both Crows Nest and/or Meadowbank):
• Queen room / ensuite preferred
• Plenty of storage and floor space
• Walking distance to train or metro (within 10 mins ideally)
• Clean, calm, respectful home environment
• Not a party house
• Housemates who value cleanliness, privacy, and mutual respect
• Prefer female or mixed household (not looking to live with a single male)

Open to teaming up with a like-minded female to find a place together 😊

• Room: $300–400/week
• Ensuite: $400–450/week
• Studio / whole property: $450–500/week

A little bonus 🐹

I have three adorable guinea pigs currently staying safely in South Australia.

I’ll only bring them to Sydney if I secure the right long-term home first.

They’re clean, quiet, and live happily in their own setup — basically tiny, fluffy emotional support roommates 😄
