💰 Budget: $300/wk room or $350/wk ensuite or $450/wk whole property
📅 Move-in date is adjustable since it’s very far away. 🙂

I have three adorable guinea pigs who live quietly in their cage — they can stay in my room if you prefer not to see them.
They’re clean, quiet, and can even help mow your lawn in the backyard for free 😄

I’d also be happy to exchange my professional cleaning service or pet sitting for a slightly cheaper rent if that’s something you’d consider. 😊
