• Mature, respectful, and considerate housemates who value cleanliness
• Prefer not to live with children

I have three adorable guinea pigs who live quietly in their own space (they’re like my emotional support 🥹)— they can stay in my room if you prefer not to see them.
They’re clean, quiet, and can even help mow your lawn in the backyard for free 😄

I’d also be happy to exchange my professional cleaning service or pet sitting for a cheaper rent if that’s something you’d consider. 😊
