Hello all, I'm seeking preferably a long term stay in the Inner west + (as in happy to go out further). The main points to avoid a bunch of reading for you: - won't go over $310 at the very max I have a desk, bed and drawers I'd need to put in a room - I dont smoke, I'm a vegetarian (but fine with meat in a house) - I game, I watch soccer, I read and I love animals with an intense obsession with chickens - Happy to equally hang out from time to time or to say the odd hello - Clean, tidy and respectful. I’m a listener more than anything and from that I can be quite quiet when needed with a good game on my pc or a book. My most "crazy" nights are either going to a pub with some mates/soccer game or playing games with them online. I’m an asthmatic so I don’t smoke, and I do enjoy a cider or a scotch on a weekend. I’m a vegetarian but I've no problem with meat in a house. I enjoy gaming and board games, a good dinner and dessert, movie nights, going to shows and my current strong obsession with soccer right now.
