I'm Dan, a 35 year old freelancer, I've been living in a van for a bit and am looking for a short-term stay somewhere so I can declutter, energise, and organise what I'm going to do next (Either apply for rent somewhere and sell the van, or fix it up and plan my next travels). I would love to team up with someone to apply for a longer lease as co-tenants if anyone is looking for that, but otherwise I'm hoping for about a month stay somewhere. I'm not to fussed where I stay at the moment but beachy areas are a bonus, and I need somewhere that has parking available close by for my van that is also safe (Ideally off-street) as I'll likely be going to and from my van a bit. I have a bachelors in Science, and used to work in disability/support sector but now freelance/find casual work where I can. I'm currently passionate about creating a toxin-free lifestyle, have been getting into photography/videography more lately, and enjoy getting outdoors and finding new places but I also have a decent fear of ticks. That said l also enjoy binge watch entire seasons of TV shows (If they're good enough). I am a tidy person and appreciate an organised and clean area, I love places with newly renovated/modern kitchens/bathrooms and I can be quite picky when choosing places to stay so don't take any offence if yours isn't for me. Totally fine with (And prefer) unfurnished. I also prefer to have utilities included unless they're separately metered and can be a bit flexible with my price depending. I value people who are upfront, transparent, and that communicate kindly and directly. I'm adaptable and easy going; happy to chat and connect, or to keep to myself.
