Hey everyone, I’m looking for a room near Hawthorn- flexible with length of stay/suburbs, but please- don't offer unless the move-in date is at least the 1st of January, i've had like 50 messages recently for places that need to be taken asap and I can't do that haha I don't really mind who you are or what things you like doing, the only traits i'm really looking for are people who are laidback, open-minded and considerate of personal boundaries like privacy and comfort zones- if we get along well, nothing else is a concern for me. ...and punctuality with rent/housekeeping, but I suppose that's a given. 😌 I'd like to establish a cosy home atmosphere where everyone can feel genuinely "at home" and not just staying somewhere, and where there's no constant pressure to socialize but the opportunity is always there- it'd be great to live with people who can give you space but also have a good chat with. I love doing things that involve film, music, games and outings such as live events- and especially love it when there's other people to do it with, so flatmates who'd like to do those things are a bonus. If those things aren't really your cup of tea, i'm also open to new things and don't really drag people into my personal hobbies anyway. I don't care if you're alternative, sporty, artsy, introvert or extrovert, it's all totally fine- anyone that's kind and open-minded is good in my books. :) If you think we might get along, send me a message so we can chat- and possibly make plans if we do get along well. :) (Oh, if you're worried about my age and capacity for living independently- i've already adjusted to adult life so i'm fine in that regard, not a big spender.) I also have an excellent rental history that I can provide references for upon request.
I am a full time student in Monash at Caulfield. I am a non- smoker, chilled out guy in my mid twenties. I like football, music, travelling and video games. While I love hanging out , I do also respect other's privacy. I am currently searching for a room to stay near by Caulfield/ Malvern (Private room in a fully furnished property) with a valid covered/shed parking (enough for a motorbike). Any place you got, hit me up. Cheers
Hi. I am a 20 year old female looking for somewhere to live. I am currently working in childcare five days a week. I am originally from Perth. I volunteer for a local footy club as well. I am a very direct person and say what I feel. This means if there are any problems I will want to talk about it and sort it out straight away rather than let it go on. I am not much of a party person and am looking to live with someone that is similar. I would like to only live with ONE other female. Thank you.
I work full time as a doctor in the south eastern suburbs of Melbourne. Looking for a nice place to call home closer to work. In my spare time I enjoy catching up with friends, eating out, exercising and sports. In a home I like to live with easygoing people who enjoy a bit of a chat every once in a while but also respectful of personal space & living areas. I have to do some shift work in my job so ideally would live with others who work full time or can be considerate when I am on shift.
Hey! I'm looking for a female housemate to find a place with around Glen Iris, Ashburton, Malvern, Malvern East and Camberwell (I'd also consider other nearby areas in the South-East). I'd like to move sometime across January/February, finding somewhere for about a year. The kind of place I'm looking for would be a house or unit with a yard or courtyard (not an apartment in a block) because I'd love to have a spot to garden and enjoy the sunshine. I have a quite a lot of my own furniture and appliances, so I'm looking to start a new place, rather than move into an existing household. I've got a washing machine, couch, fridge, microwave, and a bunch of other smaller things. I work part time in communications and when I'm not at work, I'm often cooking, doing macrame, gardening, going for walks, or out with my boyfriend or friends. I like to keep pretty quiet around home and I'm definitely not a night owl. I'm looking for someone who also values a clean house and shares responsibilities in the common areas. Ideally I'd rather not live with any pets (definitely no cats), but I would consider a reasonably quiet small/medium dog who doesn't shed too much. I'm very passionate about gardening and sustainability and one of my goals for the new year is to start a compost! I'm not a smoker and would rather a smoke-free house.
Hello! I am an Analytics Consultant and recently moved to Melbourne. I am from India and am now looking for a place here to call home. As much I love getting out, I also enjoy days that are all about chilling at home and just going with the flow. I like to keep things simple and neat and am currently obsessing over Japanese food and swimming while trying to live a good life.
I am currently on 1 year working holiday visa from Wales. I have lived in the UK, Canada and USA so am well versed in living with a variety of different people. I also spent 3 years living in shared houses at university. I am currently staying at my girlfriend's house in Glen Iris and hope to move into my own place sooner rather than later. I am interviewing for full time work in the media industry as we speak, so hopefully I will be out the house most of the day. I am someone who loves sports, such as snowboarding, football and rugby. I am incredibly tidy and love to cook and clean. I am not a party animal but I do enjoy going to nice bars for a few drinks now and again. I am really excited to live and work in Melbourne and look forward to hearing from you if we sound like a good match. Thank you
Hey guys...I have been leaving with my girlfriend for the last 3 years but unfortunately we have recently separated so I am looking for a share house to low my cost of leaving and regroup myself. I am a full time marketing professional with a 9 to 5 job. I am 31 years old, easy going, sociable clean and tidy guy. I am also very much into sports and fitness. I play soccer, tennis and go gym but I also enjoy having a beer or two and going out on the weekends. I am originally from Brazil but have been leaving here in Melbourne for 5 years now. I am a permanent resident. Due to my current lease agreement I would have to give 28 days notice before moving out from my place. If everything works out I would be looking at moving in some time next month, most likely towards the end of the month. Cheers. Thiago

Hey there, My names Parisse, I'm a student about to start in my final year of a media and communications degree at Monash Uni. I'm also working part time for an Australian fashion label. I love socialising and going out with friends on the weekend, during the week I prefer to keep it pretty low-key and vege out with movies and good food. Looking for a calm home environment whilst finishing studying but also love to share a glass of wine and some trashy tv with housemates. Hey, I'm Fergus. I'm a musician who also works in hospo part time. I love travelling and am away a bit throughout the year touring. I love hanging out with great people and having family house dinners every now and again. I definitely pull my weight around the house and am always up for a beer and watching the cricket.
I like socialising but also understand that everybody needs their time to unwind and recharge. I am quiet, respectful and considerate. I like to keep the house clean and tidy, but I don't obsessed over a spoon in the sink. I love reading and books are my biggest passion. I work part-time in retail and in February I am going to start a Masters in Publishing and Writing at RMIT. I have dreams and am career-driven. I enjoy exercising and going for long walks. I also like watching Netflix. I am looking for a place to call home and not just a place to sleep.
Mature, quiet, neat and clean. Good cook. Looking for accommodation close to work through the week. May stay some weekends but also have own house 2 hrs away. Interests are keeping fit, listening to live music, socialising with friends and family.

Hiya. I'm Rowan. I'm an eclectic guy, who predominantly has interests in tons of pop culture and nerdy stuff. Dungeons & Dragons, Rick and Morty and Game of Thrones are the latest faves. :) I've worked in hospitality for 8 years, and at the moment I support myself working at a cafe in Hawthorn. I'm rather social, but I also enjoy some down-time reading, Netflix and chill etc. I've got a degree in Dramatic Arts, a qualification in Game Design and in my spare time, I work with a colleague in iOS Game Development. I'm good at domestic chores and like keeping the kitchen and bathroom clean. I'm looking to share with some reasonably chill people and hope to make some new friends. :)
