Dear future flatmate, This is all new to me. I am looking for a fresh new change in my life; looking to learn and grow and be out of my comfort zone a little. I work as a scientist by day and have a creative side. I am spiritual. I love learning new things. I love music. Have interests in real estate and entrepreneurship. I am looking for flatmates who are honest, kind, genuine and mindful of others. Someone who is fun and have a sense of humour, but not a party animal, not the type who would stay up late. Love to get to know the person. I like quietness during sleeping hours and looking for people with good hygiene and non-smokers. I have multiple interests and hobbies (gym, reiki, beaches, music, reading, drawing, photography, going out, movies, games, relaxation, massages, meditation). Send me a message if you feel we have similar values. Happy hunting Cheang
Hello :) I'm Lerh, 26 male, from Malaysia. I'll be working full time as a software developer in St Kilda. I only just moved from Canberra to Melbourne, so I'm new to the city. I don't have a precise move in date - I have accommodation until early December, so move in is very flexible. My routine tend to gravitate towards.... - Soccer. EPL especially, I'm a Liverpool supporter. - Badminton & tennis. Will be keen to play with you if you're into it :) - Yoga, Gym (I use Anytime Fitness) - Board games. I currently only have Citadels but can play many others, such as Avalon, Dead of Winter... - Fortnite. - Reading. More about myself: Laid back, easy going and wonderfully liberal and open-minded. Can talk about many topics. I'm very familiar with living in a sharehouse. I've lived in sharehouses ever since coming to Australia (6 years now)....and have lived in both houses...and homes. I will contribute without being told for the household. In the most recent sharehouse which I left behind to relocate we did many things together - board games, weekend brunches, play/watch sports, and maintained the house together and I'm hoping to recreate some of that. I will respect your privacy and downtime because career/life can be quite mean to us and I need downtime on and off as well, but I would really enjoy just catching up briefly after work or doing some things together now and then. If I sense you are tired I will definitely not bother you, don't worry! :) Feel free to message me if you think I would be a good fit or if you would like to start a share house together :) As a side note, I'm really scared of spiders and creepy crawlies.
I am Sarah, I am easy going and relaxed. I work full time, and try to drag myself to the gym after work. I love to laugh but I am not the kind of person to be up in your face. I am not a lounge lizard and am not looking to retire in your place lol. Just finding my feet after moving back to Melb from Geelong - as I work in Kew. I promise I am a normal person (whatever normal is these days). I do have a cat - but he has an outdoor cat enclosure so he does not roam, and he would sleep in my bed - so you would not have to deal with him. His name is Mate. I could leave him at my parents in Geelong - but I would rather not. Ohh and I like a drink, and tunes - but I am not a crazy party girl! I am looking to travel next year, so I can only commit up until next winter. *****Please note - I would like to have my own bathroom, or at least a place that has 2. Thank you
*Looking only from March 2019* I'm an international student from Singapore studying Business at Monash University, Caulfield. I'm generally shy but friendly, tidy, do my fair share of chores and pay bills on time. I appreciate having my own privacy but am down to chill and hang out :) I enjoy good food, good music, tv shows, roaming around Melbourne and coffee! I've been in Melbourne for a year now and will be looking for a housemate starting March 2019. I've lived alone for a semester, and would have lived with my cousin for two semesters, so I'm independent yet familiar with the situation of having a housemate. I do live in a 2 bedroom apartment now and could possibly extend the lease and you could join me but I'd prefer to find a better place than where i'm at. We could discuss it further :) CHEERS!
I am 23 years old Monash University Student from India.I love hanging out and watch football. I also play badminton. I like to keep place tidy. Looking to make new friends.

Hello Everyone! I’m Fee, a 24 year old business student from Hamburg, Germany. I’m coming to Melbourne to study at Swinburne University for a semester end of July. Prior to starting my degree at the University of Hamburg I lived in England for three years and now after two years in Hamburg it’s time to venture out again! During my time in England and Hamburg I’ve gathered quite some flat share experience and have been told that I make a pretty good flat mate!:) I’m outgoing, tidy and easy to get along with. I love to have a chat or cook together but I also don’t mind if the door is closed :) I am looking to rent a room until end of December so approximately 5 months. If you are looking for a flat mate or have any questions, feel free to contact me! Best Wishes Fee
Hi there, My name is Marni, I'm looking for house mate who is experienced with living out of home. I'm interested in a flat mate who is similar to myself, that share a positive, friendly vibe and are always up for a laugh. A house mate who also like to cook and have great standards in house etiquette. I'm not after a party house but i am interested in building friendships, in saying that i also do enjoy having time to myself as well. Sharing meals over a glass of wine and binge watching movies would be enjoyable - every now and then of course. (Being a 90's baby i'll always have a soft spot for the classics in that era (songs/movies) A little bit about myself, i am a Free-Lance Fashion Stylist. Every part of Fashion Styling, i adore. I enjoy finding new cafes to visit (breakfast enthusiast) attending Pilates/yoga and a new found love for grocery shopping at markets. Music is therapeutic for me so i may sing/dance around occasionally (Triple J's hottest 100, 90's classics). I am very much so a morning person, and i'm usually asleep before midnight. I also enjoy travelling, last year i took a Gap Year around most of Europe, my favourite places to visit were London, Paris & Barcelona. I enjoy cleanliness, eating healthy and I love watching DVDS (old school) Most of my time consists of, sourcing for photo shoots, reading books/magazines or working my other job in retail. Some TV shows i enjoy watching Friends,River-dale, Criminal Minds (loads more). As for films, anything featured with Seth Rogan, Jonah Hill, and Steve Carrell i find hilarious, as well as chick flicks & thrillers. I hope these few paragraphs have portrayed a little bit about the sort of room mate i'll be and which type of house mate i'm looking to live with! Look forward to meeting.
Mature age student, studying arts, working, reliable, with refs, vegetarian, active, enjoys healthy lifestyle, loves animals & nature, loves a bit of cooking, gardening, sketching, cuppas, log fires, good books, foreign films and homely homes with people with similar interests. I'm a bit of a greenie, who respects the environment and recycles, doesn't use chemicals, likes natural smells like fresh air and fresh flowers. I treat the home as a sacred place that is welcoming and great to come home to, a place where we feel welcome and comfortable to be ourselves with the highs and lows life deals out to us. I hope to find the right match of people to share with.I shall be looking long term as I'll be at uni for at least the next four years. I have a gorgeous little Shi-tzu, Beatle and an old cat Inky who are very well cared for, good mannered and adorable. Beatle is walked twice a day and I'm out with him exploring parks as often as possible & mostly all weekend. They live inside and mainly sleep the rest of the time. I like lots of cuppas while I am working and sometimes work from home.
Hey there! Im a 23 working professional who is moving from Queensland for work. I do shift work and am very clean, quiet, and easy going. I love socialising and going out for a drink or two (not mad on partying), but also enjoy some downtime. In a household, I am also very social. I like chatting to my housemates and unwinding at the end over the day over some wine haha. I also have a female Cavoodle puppy whom I'm hoping to relocate at some stage but not initially. I enjoy going to F45 and eating healthy (most of the time). I like to cook at home as well, which anyone can benefit from haha.
I'm extremely easy going, open minded and clean all the time. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it.
I am a science student at Monash looking for somewhere with other like minded people. I'm pretty clean and spend a lot of time either out and about or studying. That said I also love a Friday or Saturday night of drinking nice wine and watching Handmaids Tale or whatever I find on netflix. It is important to me to be friends with the people I live with, even if we go for a few days without running into each other.
I'm going to make it nice and easy and just shoot you the most important facts straight away as bullet points. Also, I'm German, we like it efficient ;) -24 year old exchange student from Germany -looking for a room from asap until end of November -sociable, reliable, relaxed -likes sports, travelling, cooking, Netflix, Fifa, banter... I'm a easy housemate who keeps it clean and tidy and enjoys spending time with my roomies if possible. You won't find me locking myself into my room ;) Hit me up if you think it could be a match. I'm coming back from my east coast trip on the 12th and stay at a friend's place until I found something so I'm fairly flexible with dates for a viewing.
Hi there, thanks for taking the time to get to know us better! My name is Stu and my partner's name is Brooke; we have just relocated down from the sunny Gold Coast to start a new adventure in Melbourne. We have moved here due to greater work opportunities in both of our fields, with myself working as an Art Director in Advertising/Design/Marketing, and Brooke being an Internal Recruiter in Healthcare – we have secured full-time, permanent work down here and will both be based out in the South-Eastern suburbs. We have been together for several years now and are both super excited to have finally arrived to start the next chapter of our life together. Although we are still new to the city, I actually met Brooke while she was living in Prahran; so, we have a really great group of friends and family here already, as we are both originally Queenslanders. We really love the area and feel connected to it so would love to base ourselves here to be a part of the community. We really enjoy going to cafes, art galleries & exhibitions (we have hosted a few exhibitions ourselves showcasing various creative projects), catching up with friends over wine/beers/cocktails, exploring our neighborhood and generally keeping fit. Other than that, we would consider ourselves homebodies and can’t go passed a Netflix series/documentary/TV show/movie ☺! Ask us for any recommendations and we’ll provide you with the goods. As individuals, we are both pretty chilled, and laidback (and clean!). In saying that we are extremely driven and focused on persuing our professional and personal dreams, ultimately working towards creating a life that is fun and inspired. Our move to Melbourne reflects this desire to create a new, exciting environment to grow in. Brooke loves to cook up a storm, and I really enjoy eating her creations – and often get stuck with the cleanup haha. I really love photography and will take any opportunity I can get to go on adventures to new and wonderful places! That’s a little insight into who we are, and the life we’re looking to create – we look forward to hearing from you!! Please don’t hesitate to contact Brooke or myself if you need any further information or would just like to say hi and offer us a new home. Best, Stu & Brooke
I’m friendly and I mind my own business. I work full-time and I’m mostly out during the weekends.
I am pretty easy going and keep to myself most of the time. But I don't mind some wine, dinner and a chat sometimes. I'm quiet and will not throw parties in the home. I have a full time job as a photographer. I only plan to be in Melbourne until the 9th of September before driving up the coast. I do have a car and will need a place to park (street is fine). I love pets, so if you have pets in the home, that is fine with me. I can move in as soon as you need me to.
Hello future flatmates! I'm genuinely interested in the house. About me, I'm 24 y/o Full-time Construction Management student at Swinburne University. Working part-time. Clean and considerate. Like to chill with friends and share a laugh on weekends over a couple of beers going bar hopping and if not that, Binge watching. 420 Friendly. I do cook amazing food and so I like to share it as well. Currently, I'm staying at a friends place temporarily and hunting houses from here. Guys, If I possibly fit somewhere in your house, please let me know when shall I come by for inspection? and we can go forward. Cheers!
