My name is Osama. I’ve been living in Australia for over six years. I run my own businesses here and overseas, which gives me a stable income, and I sometimes take on side projects or gigs just for fun and variety. I also continue my psychology studies at Swinburne University from time to time — it’s an ongoing interest that I dip in and out of, though not my main focus. I live simply and travel light. For me, a home is more about the people in it than the things inside it. I don’t have a fixed location in mind as long as it’s within Melbourne and feels open, welcoming, and not like a cage. I really love animals — I enjoy seeing them in the wild or in big open spaces with other pets. That said, I prefer not to live with indoor pets, so I’ll admire them from a respectful distance and call myself the “weird guy” who loves animals best when they’re free. What I value most in a home is a calm and respectful atmosphere. I like living with people who are kind, mindful, and open to communication. I’m easygoing and considerate, clean in shared spaces, and a non-smoker. Socially, I enjoy balance — sometimes sharing a tea, meal, or movie, and other times enjoying quiet independence. Either way, I respect the rhythm of those I live with. I’m drawn to households that lean toward intentional or mindful living: open communication, simple routines, and the sense that home is a place of belonging, not just a roof. I’m not interested in dealing with agents, because I don’t see living as a business transaction. I’d rather share a space with people who value community and comfort over profit. NOTE: The first 3 months are just to make sure everyone’s happy — after that, my plan is to stay for years. My budget is flexible with bills, and I’m happy to add up to $50+ if there’s a good reason. I can also be flexible with the moving date if needed — anywhere between November and December works for me if that helps. That was me in a nutshell — if you think I’d be a good fit, please reach out. And if any questions come your way, ask away, I don’t bite :) Thank you.

Hi, I’m 25 years old (she/her) and my lease recently ended in my sharehouse of 3 years so looking for a new place too call home (ready to move in now), I would love to be close to the beach for summer :) I’m a recent graduate of my Masters of Public Policy and well versed in shared living (clean, reliable with rent/bills, friendly, considerate of others etc). I’m looking for a shared apartment, unit or small sharehouse with a calm, homey vibe where you can unwind! I would love a place where you can have a friendly chat or the occasional dinner/ tv hang with your housemate/s but also with everyone living their own lives & doing their own thing In my spare time I love to thrift, go to markets, see friends and family, spend time in nature & at the beach or with my 3 dogs & cat (they don’t live with me)! Bonus if you like a good comedy -ideally looking for a place that’s all women/fem -flexible with area -minimum 6 month stay Send me a message if I sound like a good fit- still looking for the right place!

Hello im looking for a fun roomie! I enjoy keeping fit, love Pilates and also love baking so you’d have some delicious treats! I love exploring new foods and trying out different bars (and I’m pretty much down to go for any adventure). When I'm not out having a boogie and cocktails with friends, I love a cozy night in a clean environment. I work in healthcare and im also studying but I cherish having my own space to unwind and relax (and would love a space that reflects that balance). I love to yap and wouldn’t mind someone who is just as friendly as me😂 I’m super respectful and would love to live with someone whose close to me in age (preferably female if possible), super tidy, respectful and I wouldn’t mind making a new friend along the way rather than co existing! Looking to move in as soon as possible & if you think we’d be a good fit, i am happy to team up as well. Ps someone with no cats though because I’m allergic to them. However, I’m a big dog lover though so if you have one , I’ll claim him/her as my own🙂↔️ Happy to FaceTime/meet up for coffee if there’s any questions! I hope to hear from you soon! :)
