This property is in excellent condition and is literally a 2min walk away from Malvern train station, the number 64, 16 and 5 trams and Malvern central shopping centre (Woolworths). Caulfield North is a great spot, you have everything around you that you need there is 3 trams that go by our doorstep 3,16 and 64 and only 5 mins from Caulfield, Balaclava and Malvern train stations. Also takes ten minutes to St.kilda and 15 mins to get in to the city.
The available room is huge big enough for a queen size bed and still more space, lot of natural light and built in wardrobe. The flat is in a really good location! Tram stop across the road, short walk to train station or bus into the city. Plus not far from shops & restaurants on Glenferrie Rd, and only a short tram ride to Chapel St or St Kilda! There are polished floorboards throughout the flat. Washing machine, dryer & dishwasher included and the flat is mostly furnished, only missing gaming console & coffee machine!! And the place is close to Monash Uni Caulfield campus, close enough to walk or ride a bike.

Hello potential housemates! I'm a laid back, friendly, clean and respectful guy returning to Melbourne for full time work in construction. When I'm not at work I'll be spending time with friends, at the gym, attempting to escape the city or sleeping. I also love photography, hiking, music, memes and travel. I am a masters student at Monash University @Caulfield since July 2017. I’m a fun loving guy and I get along with people nicely. I love an occasional beer and I like to go out on weekends exploring the city and the offerings of nature. I love to read, Netflix, and sing. I would have to travel to university daily, so a place at a walking distance would be awesome, but a place with public transport easily accessible would also be amazing.
