This is a really nice apartment, spacious, lots of light, big rooms, and located in a quite leafy area. The deck and most of the windows look out over the surrounding roofs with lots of trees visible (see panorama shot from the small deck) Aircon in the living area. Lots of shops, and public transport near by, the location is very convenient. Two undercover car spots and room for a third parked behind (but would have to move for the others to get out). The available room shares the bathroom with me and the room has no built ins (but there is a cupboard in the hall you're welcome to claim for yourself). The shared bathroom has two separate sink/mirror/cupboard stations, so you can have your own bathroom space for those sorts of things. Also has a bath and shower. You would be sharing with me, a PhD student at Monash, and another guy, a store manager, who will be moving into the master bedroom in a couple of weeks. The girl who owns most of the furniture and appliances is moving out, and I will be going back to Brisbane most likely late this year so I am not interested in buying new furniture and white goods for the house, it's an expense I can't justify for less than a year. It will fit a queen bed, beside tables and drawers however does not have built in robes. I've just added photos of the room, I estimate the dimensions to be 4m x 3m.
