Hey there! I’m Izzy, male, a 38-year-old airline employee moving from Melbourne to Brisbane and looking for a nice room to call home. I’ll be working full-time at Brisbane Airport with a mix of afternoon and night shifts every other week. Most mornings, I’ll be catching up on sleep, so you probably won’t see much of me around the house. I’m super reliable and always respectful of shared spaces. Bills and rent are always paid on time (usually even before the due date). I cook occasionally when time allows, but I appreciate a home where food smells aren’t too overwhelming. I’m not a smoker. I enjoy a drink on my days off, but I’m definitely not a big party person. I’m all about that quiet downtime, though I’m chill and easygoing around others too — not antisocial, just balanced. Hey I’m Van, Currently 20 and I’m studying engineering at QUT (3rd year now), and also working full time as an assistant store manager. Looking to move out of home and this year to somewhere that’s closer to work and uni. I keep to myself alot of the time, and I go out of the house for most my hobbies; which are skating, gym, and working on my car. That said I would prefer to become friends with whoever I’m renting with. I’m also happy with guests coming over and I will usually only have mates over for a couple hours to hang out on occasion- I never throw parties though.
