I’m a happy drama free person and I love to cook and clean. I’m a 43yo single male. I recently moved from Melbourne. Started my job with a new company last Monday as a carpenter. I also recently finished working FIFO on Hamilton Island, share housing with co-workers at an Airbnb, so I understand the importance of living respectfully and being considerate. I rented a one bedroom unit in Thornbury Victoria for 13years and got along well with my landlord maintaining his property as he required. (managed by Love&Co Realestate Thornbury) I rarely drink. I’m very domesticated and love keeping tidy, so I’m usually pottering around cleaning if not out at the beach or riding my mountain bike. I’m outgoing, but happy to be mellow after work during the week. Otherwise, I’m catching up with family and friends in Noosa. Love pets, but have none of my own. I look forward to hearing from you for a time that best suits an inspection. Weekdays after 3:30pm, anytime on weekends. My sister (Ahria, 18 years old) and I are travelling to Australia as of October 28 on Working Holiday Visas and looking for 2 rooms in Sunshine Coast area from around December 15th to about April 15th to rent. We would love something by a beach and near some shops as we will be working and have no car. We currently are both dance teachers and servers, love being outside in the sun, playing games or cards of any kind and love hanging out with friends.
