Our home offers a refreshing change for any nature enthusiast who still wants the benefits of being close to town. The property is nestled at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac on a large block right next to a swimming hole at Freshwater Creek - great to cool off in those hot summer months! You can enjoy peace and quiet with only neighbours on two sides, the other side is grassed council reserve and then the rainforest. All bedrooms feature air conditioning with ceiling fans and built in robes. The living room is separate to the open area plan which is great for movie nights or entertaining. The house also has a private paved outdoor entertaining area with a fully fenced yard. The house and your room comes fully furnished however we are happy to discuss accommodating any furniture you may have. There are currently two males and one female living in the house. Our professions are teacher, law graduate and baker/black belt karate master, ages 30 to 35. You will be sharing a bathroom with just one other housemate. Rent is low for Redlynch Valley living at just $130 per week, plus bills. Additional bills include Internet ($5 p/wk) and electricity (allow approximately $120 per quarter). If you are interested in taking a look at our house and the available room then we'd love to hear from you.

Quite and surrounded by lots of nature. 5 minute drive from “fairy falls”
Hello, first time here, my name is Tim young at heart @52, married, divorced, jumped the fence and haven't jumped back over, im open and happily single and have been for a long time. originally from Tassy, have just spent the last 6 months driving around the coast from wa to port Douglas. am looking to settle down to work and study, my favourite place to live would be machans beach, on my own, share, or lease a larger property with someone who wants to settle for 1 year then see what happens. experienced in travel, health care, hospitality and life. Happily changing careers at the moment. Non party, non judgemental, gay friendly if i have to mention that 👍, respectful, clean and love a beer and mangos 🍊 of course 🍺, love spending time at home in spare time ❤ chilled in life as well as motivated. spiritually connected but i let my hair down at times if i had any 😁 Been through the ups and downs in life as we all have, im very looking forward to what this year brings and beyond. Just be ourselves no need to impress or bring any special party tricks. When my home life and work is settled im deffenitly getting a dog, deffenitly and i love to garden. If someone is in the same boat, positive, looking forward to this year coming hit me up! Am flexible on where to live, 1/2 hr drive here and there is ok to get to work or beach. Machans beach would be perfect! Uhm (Although i said im non judgemental), Don't hit me up if you "use" drugs, party constantly, lie, cheat or steal, are cunning, buy material things knowing you can't pay "our" rent, are a bitter, nasty controlling or manipulate people (narssessesstic), homophobic or running away from life and dont have a job. if you have dodgy friends that says alot about yourself! Im well travelled and met alot of people, i can smell a dead fish before it dies 👃, i really want this year to be a great one, so looking for the same in someone else but we don't have to live in each others pockets, im not perfect or should you be, we are not meant to be perfect, honesty is the best policy. I want the future to be productive in work, have a great home, save, but be generous when i can, do a course, be as healthy as i can, hit the gym, meet new friends meet their friends, get a dog and to be a better me than i was before and feel proud, if you get me have a think and leave a message. Peace ✌$200 each a week would get us a nice house, beach or forest, large, furnished suits me better, 2 story. Due to career change i have also applied for positions from cairns to Port Douglas ill see what happens there. 😁

I am renting out my totally restored 16ft retro caravan located undercover at my home in upper Bayview Heights (please note photos show caravan outside however it is now parked under the carport with security cameras connected to the house). The tenant will also be welcome to use the beautiful 3 story house overlooking the City and Reef. The caravan is of decent size with electricity and has air conditioning, plenty of storage, 1x double bed plus 1x single bunk bed which can also be used as a wardrobe plus furnished with a a fridge, microwave, portable oven / cooktop, tv, shelving, 4 seater sofa, lamps and more. The house is quite large and has 1 main bathroom and a second bathroom (no queue to use a shower). I live self-contained in the top level of the house and have no need for the other level or caravan so I rent them out. I run a couple of businesses from home during the week and DJ on weekends so generally pretty busy. The other housemates are in their mid 20s work during the week and are very respectful, clean and get along great (we are all good friends). Selected tenants would be expected to share in the occasional bathroom cleaning duties and be considerate of others in the home. The weekly rental price includes all utilities and unlimited NBN internet.
