Hey there! My name is Jasmin. I am Melbourne born and bred. 37 years old and I am a furr Mum to my kitty Toby; an 11 year old house trained ginger, who LOVES to eat, sleep and explore....AND cuddle with anyone and everyone. I have house shared for the last 18 years this year and have met quite a few lovely people on the way. I am a Christian. I am a bubbly, enjoy hanging out, enjoy my quiet time and down time. I don't do drugs, sleep around, smoke, drink much or steal and screw people over. I want to live in a place where I am safe and respected, and I offer the same back. I have around 15 pot plants, lots of Tupperware, a QS BED and bedroom furniture and other bits and pieces- so will need a big unfurnished room and space in the backyard for my plants. My hours are 9-5, Monday to Friday. I also sing here and there on the weekend, when Im at church, and love spending time with friends and family. I like to live in a cleanish house where we all take turns doing things around the house- I do not want to pick up after anyone else, as I have done that before and don't appreciate it. Since my last housemate broke the lease early, I have had to move to a friends house for 2 weeks, but its important that I move by August, as she is having surgery and needs her space back, so I'm keen to move next Friday, as I am off work. Drop me a line and I'll get back to you!! Cheers and peace out homies ;D
Hi, I’m Vanessa. I’m a sociable person but I also like having my own space at times. I like to keep my living areas well-maintained, am respectful and like emitting friendly vibes. I’m currently studying Education full-time at Victoria University and looking to move somewhere closer to uni as I am originally from Coburg. For fun, I enjoy catching up with friends, watching movies and playing computer games.

Allo there, I'm a professional creative, Graphic Designer, who runs my own business and I love it. I have a studio in West Melbourne and currently live in West Footscray. I work hard which sometimes means on my home computer, and I like to relax when away from the desk. I love the arts, music, design, travel, food, cafes, bars, drawing, photography, movies, Netflix, fitness and spending time with mates. My fave food spots, gym, cinema etc are all close to my current home, so I would like to stay within a few suburbs of them. In a living space I enjoy sharing with housemates and hanging out, just as much as quiet time alone to relax after a busy day. I’m an avid bargain hunter at food markets and I love to bake. Pets are awesome and I'm considered a cat whisperer, let me at them! I’m clean and tidy and expect the same, though I’m not regimented about it. Gardening is a meditative passion and I own some furniture and white goods. Creative people make me happy. I love to share ideas, crafts, artworks to inspire each other. I have a fairly kooky sense of humour, but I assure you I’m a nice guy who is country bred. Hit me up for more and let’s do this!
I'm a sessional lecturer at melbourne uni, and I provide free talks on philosophy, cultural theory and feminist thought... Just kidding... Not really... You have to incur a HECS debt if you want those... ;) Also, the $250 per week and 6 month thing are estimates... I may wish to stay longer (if I like you) and I definitely would like to pay less.
I am a 20 year old student studying Early Childcare, alongside working two part time jobs. I am originally from the UK although I have lived in Melbourne for the last 6 years. I have an outgoing personality and enjoy meeting new people. I love animals and have grown up with pets throughout my life. I enjoy dining out and appreciate good coffee, especially with fun company. I like a drink or two with friends on the weekends, although I don't go out until late very often; on the occasions I do go on a night out, I am able to be very quiet when coming in.
Spend your weekends enjoying the peaceful surroundings being located within a 5-minute walk to the Yarra river surrounded by bbq spots, walking paths and cafes and/or high point shopping centre. Of an evening enjoy the local pub with a great outdoor area perfect for those soon to be warm nights! Located on a quiet street but just a street away from a tram stop (2 min walk) that takes you directly into the city in 40 mins (I do this daily) Lots of on road parking too
My name is Karoline. I'm 24 y/o from Norway. I've lived in Melbourne for 4 years. I am looking for a place closer to work, Highpoint SC to live for a couple of months while I do my studies. I'm studying a few courses online from Norway as preparations for uni (medical studies). I work full time as a retail manager as well as the studies so I'm pretty busy. However, I like to be social over drinks/movies when I can. I am easy going, relaxed and respectful. I enjoy being active, cooking (prefer vegan food but not extreme), go to markets and dancing. Please feel free to send me a message of you have any questions. Thank you, Karoline

I'm a very neat, responsible and respectful person, though I'm also a people person and love to have a chat or a meal and get to know those who I'd be living with. I currently work in childcare, have taken 6 months off uni but am going to resume the end of July. I like to go out occasionally otherwise I would usually be at home relaxing. I'm a friendly and open person looking for somewhere short-term to live while I wait to start uni and then figure out future plans from there :)
Clean, easy to live with, sociable, working Full-time, sport nut and loves a drink or two with mates. Still working on getting my cooking skills up to scratch but definitely can try to impress. Very respectful of personal space and love keeping my own as clean as I can. Currently living in sydney, but can organise a friend or a skype video chat or something similar to verify. Cheers
Hi there my name is Christian and I am looking for a room to rent I have a great personality and get along with all types I have a full time job in the landscape trade wich makes me fully capable for any house dutys and contributions, would be great to hear back from you, thanks.
***Inspection after 22 JULY. External - This townhouse type unit is located only 2 minutes walk away from Highpoint shopping centre. So everything is basically right at your doorstep from basic groceries to clothes. Tram 57 and 82 is just a five to six minutes walk from the unit and Maribyrnong river is also a five minutes walk away. The shared balcony captures the river view and in summer time it’s great for having a few drinks as I set up my own little nice bench to sit on with a little table for keeping drinks safe. If you are into walking and jogging etc, this is a perfect place as there are so many parks (Pipemaker's Park) and river trail for jogging. Maribyrnong aquatic centre is just 12 minutes walk away so gyms are all closeby. Tram 57 and 82 takes you directly to Union Road, which has some decent pub and wine bars and a few nice restaurants. I can't drive so this place is perfect for those relying heavily on public transport as tram 57 takes you directly to new market station and you will be in the city by 40 to 50 mins depending on ptv reliance of course. Tram 82 takes you to footscray station. Internal - Ground Floor - garage not included as part of the rental. Lots of on-street parking and safe as all my neighbours seem to park outside and use the garage as storage. First Floor - Shared balcony leading to the unit which includes open plan living/ meals and kitchen with a little yard. I will upload pictures of yard soon. Clothes drying in the yard available. I got all appliances and you are free to use everything. There is fridge, dishwasher (phew!) kettle, toaster, oven and microwave oven, rice cooker etc and a pantry cupboard. All furnishings available with TV, sofa and dining table. I am making a little study in the living, Once finished you are free to use it too. Second Floor - My bedroom and your bedroom. Bathroom and toilet room separate. From your bedroom the toilet is on the left and bath is on the right so it’s super convenient if you like your privacy (which I love too.) Bathroom includes bathtub as well as laundry facility in it. My cat has her food there to have some privacy from the dogs. Your bedroom is fully furnished. Includes single bed with bedside table and lamp, an ikea robe with ample storage, a study table with chair. I have put up all girly stuff in picture but if you are a guy I can get rid of that dream catcher thing if you don’t like it :D Simply, you just have to bring your suitcase and settle down. If you want your own furnitures I will need to arrange to get rid of them but will take some time I believe. Bills to be shared - water. electricity and gas. Rent includes netflix and unlimited internet. You can cook your own meals but please feel free to share whatever I cook as I enjoy meals the most when shared. Inspection would be best after 8 pm on weekdays or during the weekends at a suitable time.
Hi there! I am an outgoing bubbly person but at the same time quite and like my private time and respect everyone's space. I am very neat and tidy, so you will never see things lying around in the lounge room or kitchen! I clean up straight away. I work full time during the day and night I am either catching up for dinner with friends or seeing family or dancing. Majority of the time I am out always doing something. If I am not out I like to chuck on my cheap reality tv shows and snuggle up in bed! I am looking for a female flat mate who is friendly, easy going and knows how to clean up after themselves. Someone with similar attributes :)
