I'm extremely easy going, open minded and fastidious. So anyone living with me always benefits as I do most of the the cleaning. I respect others needs for private space with occasional socialising. I'm a full time student and artist, so spend most of my time doing assignments or paintings. I'm looking for low maintenance housemates who are also not overly sensitive emotionally. Just want to live in a drama free household. 😊👍 I have a Japanese spitz (small-medium size dog), but can keep her at family if absolutely necessary.I also have some furniture so looking for a place that can accommodate furniture or has storage for furniture until I can figure out what to do with it. I'm looking for home I can be comfortable in, and has a friendly, safe and open environment. This is imperative as I am more of a home body. Respect is also key regarding interaction between housemates as well as respect for belongings. I would like a bedroom door that is lockable and would prefer to live in a house, but open to apartment only if there is a balcony with view or a courtyard as apartments can get claustrophobic. 😜☺️
My name is Dorica .I work full time as a Personal Care Attendant.I am originally from Zimbabwe but have lived here since 2001.I am very warm and friendly .I respect others people's privacy.I love going out to eat and watching movies in my free time .
Hi all. I’m looking for a room with en-suite. I’m mature minded tradesman working full time and I think I would be very helpful around the place. You see I like to pull things apart and fix stuff (that’s already broken). I come fully house trained so I’m no grub to the point where I’ve been told I have O.C.D. I just think there is gotta be something wrong with ppl if they like to live like a pig (no offence to any pigs that may read this). I like to have my privacy but I’m not a hermit. I’ll never say no to a challenge so if I do find a place I can call home, be prepared. Let the games begin!!!! Lol So that’s me in a nutshell and Thx for reading my profile 🤪
Hi lovely people! What am I looking for? - Somewhere fun to stay with awesome housemates - Looking to stay for either a few months or for the long haul with the option of subletting my room when I go off for more than a month at a time (e.g. going to europe sometime this year) - Would be great to have outdoors or sports loving housemates that enjoy things like climbing, cycling, hiking, tennis or whatever else - A backyard would be amazing Why would you want me as a housemate? - I'm out of the house most of the time, working, I have things on most evenings and I'm often out for days or longer at a time on outdoorsy adventures - When I'm around, I like to be social, have a chat, share a beer or a wine, a meal, a movie or anything else happening - Got plenty of board games, and always keen on games nights - I have a car with plenty of space and a towball to help cart around big things - I enjoy working on projects around the house, and keen to do some gardening (by way of experimentation!) Frequently asked questions: - I was born here. Lived in NZ for awhile, and now back in Melbourne - I'm house trained. I'm not a neat freak, but believe things work nicer when dishes are cleaned soon after they are used (or the morning after if it's near bed time), objects are not blocking the walkways, and lawns are mowed - No dramas whatsoever about anyone's race, religion, gender identity, sexual orientation - Left leaning, not that others need to be, but we'd probably get along better if we all were :) What you should know that might be an issue: - I would like a place where couchsurfers or visitors (anyone's) are welcome time to time - I like dumpster diving and won't hesitate to join anyone else willing or invite others - I'm mostly vegetarian but don't care what others eat / don't eat. Happy to be vegan in the house if others are
I work full time and long hours as a Physiotherapist. My current lease is ending in December 2018 and looking for a new place that i can call home. I clean up after myself and help out with house chores. I am not a party person, but is happy to hang out for meals and socialise. During weekends, I normally hang out with friends and explore what Melbourne has to offer.
Hi guys, We are Amy and Emma. We are a female couple and have been together for two years. We moved to Melbourne two months ago and are looking for a long term place to stay. We are hoping to get settled and then will be studying/working next year. We can be fun and sociable but are also quiet and keep to ourselves at the same time. We are tidy, friendly and respectful and will treat your place as if it’s our own. We also have two rabbits they are our babies! So a place with a decent backyard and either no animals or maybe a small dog or cat would be great. Although they can be house trained to live inside and are very clean animals. We would love a decent sized room with a BIR and an ensuite if possible. Flexible to have furnished or unfinished. Please get in contact with me if we feel like your fit! Cheers! Amy & Emma
My house is spacious, clean home that is very quiet and relaxed. The house has a beautiful big garden where you can sit and relax with a cup of tea in the sunshine, the rooms for rent have garden views. I am a non-smoker so would prefer non-smokers sharing my home. The house is close to public transport - a short 5 min walk to 57 and 82 trams and plenty of bus routes (215, 223, 406, 407, 408, 409, 468). Highpoint Shopping Centre is also about 5 mins away - with access to all major shops (Officeworks, Myer, Woolworths, Coles, Target, Bunnings etc) close by. We are a short tram ride to Vic Uni (approx 15 mins) and all CBD unis are easily accessible. Moonee valley race course , the show ground are only 10 min away, Melbourne zoo a short distance, also if you like a swim, the swim centre is a short walk, if you like keeping fit the gym is a 5min walk. Maribyrnong river 2 street away, There is also plenty of on-street parking if you have a car. The weekly rate includes your stay in a furnished, private room with built in robes, access to a large bathroom that you will share with 1/2 other housemate, high speed wifi, there is a shared lounge, kitchen and washing/ironing facilities that you are welcome to use. Clothes must be dried outside unless it’s something you need urgent then you can use dryer! If you are staying for a while you need to Have your own bed linen, pillow cases, to fit a queen size bed and towels. We have an outside bbq area which you are welcome to use, you must clean bbq and bbq area after you finish! You will be responsible for keeping your room and bathroom clean, washing your own clothes and keeping the common areas very tidy at all times. Ciao
Hello! I am looking to live in a share house. It is important to me that this is a quiet house as I will be entering Honours next year. I also would prefer a desk to be able to fit in the bedroom or a place where I can study undisturbed. I would also like for there to be a BIR if possible. In a perfect world, I would love for an ensuite/own bathroom and some form of air con in the room. I am a social being and I would like to live with people who aren't scared to have a chat. Looking to hopefully bring along my ginger cat.

Hi, My name is Apeec. I'm originally from Canberra and moved to Melbourne last year. I am a neat, respectful, considerate and friendly person. I also understand the need for privacy and personal time/space. I like sports, reading, philosophy and have an eclectic taste in most things. When not working, you'll find me playing bball, reading, music, radio or out exploring with friends and family. I work full time in the city, so a place that's close to transport would be optimal. I look forward to hearing from you. Kind Regards, Apeec
Hey, We are a young couple in our 30s, well-traveled, worked in various cultures, multilingual, have a variety of interesting experiences to share and easy to get along. I am an experienced finance professional and moved to Melbourne recently from overseas. I have previously lived in Melbourne briefly in 2015 and have a close circle of friends here. My wife is an educationist and more recently moved into jewelry designing, she will be joining me in Melbourne in a couple of weeks from now. We like to strike a balance between work and being fit and although we are not active gym people but try to walk the miles to keep in shape. My wife and I love to travel and we had the chance to extensively travel across the Middle East, Europe and Far East Asia. We are looking for an option which respects privacy of its inhabitants and has a great location. Please give me a call or send me a text if you would like to get in contact. Cheers, Umair
