I have been already renting rooms and I know the rules. I am easy going, clean, tidy and respectful. Non smoker, drinking occasionally. If you would like to contact me on the phone Cheers :)

Close to shops such as Aldi, Coles, cafes, restaurants, fruit market, pubs, McDonald's, KFC, Dominos pizza, fish and chips, chinese takeaway, Thai takeaway and more. A large three level shopping complex, eastgardens is only a few minutes bus ride away. I'm a Venezuela professional living and working in Sydney. I'm on a 457 Visa planning to call Sydney home for 4 years. I'm outgoing, organised, and I'm looking for a house with a family vibe. I have lived in 5 countries and speak 3 languages, so if you are looking to learn Spanish or French.. I'm your guy. I enjoy sports, going out for drinks, and watching tons of movies and shows.
31 yo, Canadian, permanent resident in Australia, living in Bondi Beach for 1.5 years. Have a retired assistance dog. I teach math, lived most of my life in Toronto and did my Master degree in Switzerland. I speak English and French. I exercise daily and am very active. I'm fast-thinking and solve problems. I have my things in storage, so I won't need much storage space in my new place. I have a retired service dog who is very well-behaved and has his government-stamped assistance dog papers. He's friendly and relaxed, and very clean. FYI, service dogs are allowed everywhere, even if the tenancy agreement says no dogs! I am super tidy, agreeable and calm. I play harp and can either play in your absence or for your pleasure. I'm very social and am often out of the house. I rinse dishes really well. I make really, really good oat bars and am very serious about dieting and fitness.
I'm italian and my girlfriend is english, we are looking for somewhere to call home where we can relax and cook in the evenings. Both pretty easy going, like to relax and watch a film or go out for drinks at the weekend. Please get in touch if you have a double room in the city or somewhere we can easily get into the city - pretty flexible on location as long as good transport links! We are looking to live in Sydney long term so for the right place and people would be happy to stay long term! Look forward to hearing from you!
Hi there! I'm an American currently living and working in Bondi Beach but looking to move away from the hustle and bustle (and also for a place where I can have my own room as I currently share a room with two other girls). I'm very active and love the outdoors, I go to yoga, run multiple times a week, and love playing in the ocean! I'm a very tidy person (as that has been very important living with so many people lately!) and am excited to make new friends in the process of moving! x
Hi! I'm a 20yo medical student looking for accomodation around UNSW/Sydney Children's Hospital/Prince of Wales Hospital. I've lived in college and share houses before and loved the opportunity to meet new people and be social! I am clean and tidy and generally like to stay pretty busy. I love cooking, dogs, binging on trashy tv series and really value a fit lifestyle. I'm pretty easy going and looking to move in with people who will become good friends.
Hello Future Roomies! Toilet trained. Know how to use a vacuum. Capable cook. Animals love me. Blooming gardener. Property Manager working in Woollahra. Also moonlight as an Uber driver for some extra money. Working weird hours, but always respectable of being quiet when needed. Would love to find a house that I can call my own, become good friends with my house mates. I do have a girlfriend who may stay over a couple most nights per week. She is possibly the cleanest and quietest person you will meet. She is in child care and trying to get into Personal Training. 110% respectful of all boundaries, privacy and requests. No I am not a party animal so you won't see me drunk (a glass of wine and cheese is another story). Or getting angry with the TV as the dragons have lost yet another game. Matthew
I'm a young 61yr old woman looking for temporary accommodation until an over 55s unit becomes available. Not sure when this will be, but imagine there'll be nothing coming up in the next 3 months or so. I'm fairly quiet around the house and am clean and respectful of the household members. Currently I'm semi-retired but would like to work 2-3 days per week. I'm from the eastern suburbs and most of my friends are from the area.
Our beautiful bright and sunny home is ACROSS THE ROAD from the beach! 15 steps and you are on sand! It's a cosy apartment, relaxed and chilled out vibe. We are clean and respectable and welcoming to all! There is a bus stop right outside the apartment block with buses going to the city, Maroubra Junction, Coogee and Bondi. Also brand new queen bed in the room! Very comfortable!

My names Philippa im currently working full time for Advance promotions. I moved to yamba nsw for my job and love it. Im laid back, neat/clean and i love the beach/outdoors. Currently looking for my own space, im able to move out asap!
I am vibrant and have a joyful personality. I work in Human Resources as a HR Manager for a government agency (just starting and leaving the construction industry) and really enjoy what I do for work. In my free time I enjoy cooking/baking, Latin dancing (teaching internationally and performing), spending time with friends, traveling the globe and trying new fun things like archery and trapeze (to name a few). I'm very sociable, but after long days in the office I can be a bit of a "grandma" and pretty much eat, shower and go straight to bed. *yawn* I don't mind chatting over a wine or two and can also appreciate when people need their space. I'm fairly clean - and my only vice would be that it may take me a day or two to put away my washing basket (which would be beside my bed in my room). I'm not one to leave dishes in the sink and I avidly clean the the house and bathroom on a weekly/fortnightly basis.
Iam an Aussie looking for a private room available from Jan 11th 2017. (long term).Next year I plan to move out of home and work full-time. I love the beach! Most people call me a hippy at heart. I am a happy, easy-going, neat person. If there are any rooms available near the beach I would be very interested! Sincerely, The best future roomie you'll ever have!

Non smoking, clean, easy going carpenter. Originally from Adelaide in South Australia. Enjoy surfing, exercise, reading, cooking, camping. Dont mind having a laugh and a few drinks but definitely not a full time drongo.
We're travelling to Australia from the UK hoping to set up an adventurous and exciting life over here. We'll be more likely out and about at the weekends, taking in the beaches for surf, hills for walking and camping, rather than partying in the city centre. Being British (Greg) and Italian (Sara) we do enjoy a beer or a wine of course, and we're both keen cooks and so like to make our dinners, and next day's lunch in the evening during the week. Mon-Fri we will hopefully still take in some surf, or a quiet beer or some sports. We both love pets and happy to try and keep the living spaces as clean and tidy as possible for all concerned.

Hey guys! My names Chloe, I'm 26 and I'm originally from the UK. I am very nearly at the end of my second working holiday in Australia, however I have currently just got my sponsorship through work woo! I'm currently living in the city sharing a room but am soo ready to get back out to one of the beach towns ready for summer and I'm also very ready to get my own room again haha. I'm a very chilled housemate, very easy to get on with, always willing to help around the house and tidy up after myself. In the week I work full time for Tony Robbins and in the evenings I like to chill either by going to the gym/beach. At the weekends I like to hit the beach, go out drinking or do some sort of road trip. I'm looking for like minded, easy going housemates who like to socialise too but don't have to be in each others pockets all the time haha. Any questions fire away :0) Chloe
