Gday, I'm a recent grad of UNSW looking for somewhere to chill and relax in after full-time work during the week. I keep pretty busy with all sorts of things (beach, barbecues, beer, friends etc) but also have my fair share of weekends just taking it easy. I've lived on campus for 4 years at university, which was amazing, but now I'm looking for something a little bit more removed from that lifestyle. I'm really easy going and not too fussed about housemates - as long as they're tidy and similar minded I've found that's all I really need to get along well with. I've made some great friends at uni and through living on campus and wouldn't mind continuing the trend in the next place I go! Thanks for reading

Hi!! I enjoy hiking, meditating, yoga, reading, the beach, singing, playing the guitar and cooking. :) Looking for a quiet space to come home to after busy days at uni. Near access to trains / buses a must. Highly regarded if near the beach. Feel free to contact me if you think we would get along as housemates/flatmates. :) Looking forward to hearing from you! Avaah
I am a fun loving hard working and easy going 31 year old business owner that runs my two fashion labels and online store, I also work in real estate plus have a few other little business ventures going on. I am from the South Coast, where I also have my own house, so I travel home a lot of weekends, just need a Sydney pad again for work purposes. I also travel to Bali for up to a month at a time for my business. I am extremely respectable and house proud, neat and tidy always, and highly respect others privacy and need for space. I enjoy a glass of wine or a cold cider some afternoons to wind down from the day but other than that I work a lot from my laptop so all in all pretty quiet and chilled in my room when I am at home. I love my quiet week nights but always up for a social bevvy or a dinner with housemates! I spend most of my spare time at the beach. And on weekends if I am in Sydney, I am usually out doing photoshoots for my labels, hitting the beach, out dining with friends, enjoying a BBQ at home, or chilling out to a movie. Flexible with move date and length of stay, happy to discuss what suits. Thanks, and hopefully chat soon!

Hi there, My name is Jasper Stam, 25 years old and originally from the Netherlands. I am a very easy going, social, sportsmen looking for an accommodation in the Eastern suburbs. I work as a swimming coach in Bondi beach so would be great to find a place close by. Living with me is very easy and fun. I am clean and like cooking, especially BBQ :) Further more I like to socialize with people, going to the beach and just enjoy life as much as I can.
We are newlyweds starting a new life in Sydney from South Africa. Being home owners ourselves back home, we value what a good tenant is and we are very house proud. We need a private apartment with a private bathroom.
I've lived and worked with a wide range of people of diverse backgrounds, I am friendly, considerate, and approachable. Especially interested in weather, flying, and outdoor adventure sports. Music is more on the backburner. I generally cook rather than eat out and appreciate a tidy kitchen. I watch very little TV, prefer planning trips and sorting photos on the computer. I will be working long shifts and occasionally night shifts in the coming months as a meteorologist. I will be cycling to the CBD.
Hi My partner Ebanny and I just got approved for a place in Maroubra and are looking for some cool new housemates. The lease begins on the 9th of February so we will be moving in officially Saturday the 11th of Feb. Looking for a person for each of the rooms. Preferably someone that has good chat, tidy, realiable and laid back. Also a fan of Friday afternoon beers would also be a plus! 😜 The place is 3/4 large bedrooms with built-ins + a small study room which we will make into a guest bedroom that we're happy for everyone to use should you have anyone wanting to visit. 1 bathroom, 2 toilets, large laundry room, large driveway that can fit 4 cars in it + garage & mower shed. Yard perfect for outdoor entertaining. (photos uploaded were from our inspection, all the furniture etc is from the current tenants & the rental ad) Close to Maroubra Beach, Coogee Beach and walking distance to Heffron Park, Des Renford Aquatic Centre and Westfield Eastgardens. We've got a house full of furniture & kitchen stuff! So you only need to furnish your room. $350 for the extra large room $330 for the large room. + 4 weeks bond upon moving in. Bills not included but will be split evenly with everyone in the house. Now a bit about us! I am a compliance manager for a construction company and Ebanny is a showroom manager for a designer. We also have a staffy called Knox, he is a tank but the biggest softy. He lives outside and the coolest cat Hamlet, he's super chilled loves playing in the garden and he's more dog than cat. We're both tidy, respectful, have good banter, enjoy watching tv at night or binge watching a tv show on lazy weekends. We're usually doing activities on the weekend, going hiking, to the beach etc. We're wanting people that treat it like a home and not a half way house or a party house. Obviously the occasional gathering or dinner is totally fine! But we need to respect each other. If you are interested send us a message! Would love to meet up and have a chat. Hoping to confirm people before we move in. Jay and Eb

She is litter trained and does not ruin furniture, also kid friendly and loves other animals. I do not smoke or do drugs nor party. I'm clean and tidy- always willing to help out around the house. Hi there, my name is Christina and I will move from Germany to Sydney in January. I will conduct my master's thesis at the Kirby Institute and will therefore stay at least 12 months in Sydney. I've lived in shared houses in Germany and the States before and it has always been heaps of fun. I'm an open-minded, outgoing and social woman who loves travelling. I'd consider myself as an adventurous free-spirit. I love doing lots of different sports like lacrosse, running and yoga but I also enjoy cooking and laid-back nights with my flatmates or friends.
I'm a friendly guy from Perth, work full time as a safety manager, like to stay active and socialise but value private time. I enjoy gym, surfing, kayaking, mountain biking... anything outdoors really. Always down for house mate activities, movie night, bbq and beers. Available now and reliable with rent. Cheers
Hi I'm Jess. I just relocated to Sydney from Manchester, England. Im staying in Randwick in a hotel the first week, so I can view some rooms. I have secured a role in Pagewood and am looking to live in the surrounding areas. South Coogee, Maroubra, Botany or Randwick. I am 27 year old, independent and happy in my own company but am also sociable and like to be amongst warm, friendly people. I am nervous about moving across the world so would love to meet similar people to me who will help me settle in and welcome me to Australia. My interests include: food, gym, films, coffee, rum and more food. I love pets so dogs or cats are not a problem, especially if they like a cuddle. I am clean and tidy and will be respectful of your home. I like to have a good laugh but I don't want a party house because I love my sleep too much. Ideally I would like 1-3 flatmates and will happily live with males or females. Please get in touch if you have a place that you think would suit me. Thanks!
We have two bedrooms available in our vegetarian home. The rooms are modestly sized and are east facing with good sea views. The advertised rent is for single flatmates, including bills. The kitchen is a good size for preparing meals, and we have an additional fridge for guest use. The household is vegetarian, so we ask that you do not eat or store any meat or fish on the premises. Maroubra Beach is only about five minutes stroll from our house. You can also swim at the beautiful Mahon rock pool, and there are some nice ocean walks, either north towards Bondi or south around the Malabar headland. We have two bus routes with stops near our front door. There are supermarkets and smaller shops nearby at Maroubra Junction, and there are some great little cafes opening up in the area, including the Grumpy Baker and Chalk, near the beach, and the vegetarian Chia Bar, along Maroubra Rd. You are welcome to share the communal areas in the house, and to make use of the garden and laundry facilities. We occasionally watch films together and there is a projector in the lounge room, hooked up to a decent sound system on which you can also play records or connect your own devices. We have a small worm farm for food scraps and there are rubbish and recycling facilities by the front gate. The bathroom is communal and clean. There is a Hills Hoist in the garden and there are indoor clotheslines in the laundry in case it rains. For relaxing at home we have an eclectic library of DVDs and plenty of good books which you're welcome to read while you are staying with us. It's worth noting that the grass verge down to our front gate from the footpath is a bit steep, and there are also steps up to our front door, so access for guests without full mobility would be difficult. Being an older house, there are some great period features such as high ceilings, stained glass windows and polished floorboards, but the rooms are not soundproofed. One bedroom is off the lounge and the other bedroom is adjacent to the kitchen, so although we are not noisy by nature there may be some ambient sound from the use of these spaces. Please also note that our home is shoe-free inside and that a couple live in the downstairs unit of the house, so the garden is shared with them and their well-behaved dog.
I'm a respectable, mature and immaculate twenty eight year old lady who works two jobs. I'm an artist. I like to make the most out of my days. I'm either at my studio working on projects, out exploring/ soaking up the sun rays or relaxing at in the evenings. I have a thirst for knowledge and creative expansion. I'm into health and fitness. I'm somewhat of an explorer.
Easy going, looking for a place to live near the beach within walking distance. Happy with furnished or unfurnished. I would like to move in 15th February or around then and I am looking for a place for 3-4months. Enjoy travelling, eating, drinking, reading, seeing friends, exploring, relaxing. Into exercising a bit nothing over the top. I am a generally tidy and clean person who enjoys a drink and a laugh with housemates. Happy to live with males or females, it would be nice to be in a social house but equally enjoy own space. Any questions please ask.
Hey guys! I'm Jen and I'm from the UK. I've lived in Sydney for two years already and have just returned from a ski season in NZ. I'm looking for a nice place to stay in the area that I used to live in as I absolutely love it over here. I'm studying Early Childhood Education in the city and also working as an ESL teacher in a little school. I like to be clean, I love a glass of wine and watching a good movie, I enjoy reading books and going for walks, and I am simply a great buddy to hang out with. I'd love to tell you more about myself if you think I could be the right person to share your house. Have a great day, ta!
Hello! I'm a 28 years old PhD student in UNSW. I'm friendly, clean, tidy, non-smoker and with no pets. I live a very healthy lifestyle and enjoy swimming, yoga and traveling. I will be studying and working full time (so no worries about rent and bills payments from my side) and looking for a cozy place to call home. I have a lot of experience sharing flats with people and know how to respect your privacy when needed, but will also be happy to have an occasional dinner together and share some laughs. I will be arriving to Sydney in late January and prefer to move in by the beginning or mid of February. My flatmate should be friendly, considerate, quiet when needed (I might have to study in the apartment), clean, tidy and a non-smoker. If you like to travel and into going out and grabbing a drink every once in a while that would be a bonus ;) If you think we can be a good match and have a spare room please feel free to send me a message. Cheers :)
