I currently rent for $550/week, previously $600/week in 2024, always paying rent on time (rental ledger available), I can also set up a weekly automatic rent payment. I’m very clean, tidy, and respectful—big on keeping shared areas neat, maintaining a peaceful environment (I don’t smoke and don’t host house parties), also respecting personal space and clear communication. I always clean up after myself and am happy to follow a cleaning schedule for smooth shared living (if any). Outside work, I’m into Pilates and boxing, usually at the gym 3–4 times a week, so I’m mostly around during dinner time. My weekends are pretty chill: workouts, brunch, coffee, and time outdoors.
