Hey, Potential housemates! Hi! I’m Niyati, 33, an architect starting a new job soon in Campsie. I’m looking for a place closer to work and not too far from the city. I’m after a long-term arrangement and would love to find a welcoming place that feels like home. I work in a high-pressure construction environment, dealing with tradies and site teams all day, so it’s a priority for me to come home to a peaceful, drama-free, mature and accountable household - one where everyone pulls their weight, respects shared spaces, and I’m not chasing anyone to clean or pick up after themselves. I’d highly prefer to live with women. I’m open to a mixed household but majority needs to be women. I don’t have pets but am comfortable living with a well trained one. I do come with some lovely house plants and being an architect, I love decorating and creating a warm, aesthetically pleasing space, and would love to have housemates who appreciate and contribute to that vibe too. Lifestyle-wise, I’m house-trained, and value both privacy and shared responsibility. I’ve lived in a variety of shared setups over the years so I’m adaptable and respectful of different personalities. I live a healthy lifestyle - gym, yoga, and meditation and prefer to cook and eat at home most days. I often cook Indian food, so it’s important you’re comfortable with that (some people aren’t, so I’d rather be upfront). I sometimes bake too so you will be treated from time to time! I get excited about trying new restaurants when I want to eat out, picnics in parks and coastal walks. Would love a company to take yoga, pilates or any creative class or equally happy to have a quiet night in! Currently, I'm exploring options and not desperate to move in. I have an arrangement up to February 2026 but can arrange to move earlier if everything works out for both parties. Looking for people from similar age group and phase of life.
