    Early bird

    $200/week28 year old woman

Hi, I'm Carol (though I go by Claire), and I've recently moved to Victoria to begin a new chapter in life. I'm 28 and currently studying full-time, which means I spend a significant amount of my time focused on that—so I tend to keep to myself during the week. My weekly budget is capped at $220, and having reliable internet is a must for my studies. A little about me: 🌼 Quiet and considerate of others' routines and personal space 🌼 Tidy and clean—I value a clean and tidy living environment 🌼 Friendly and approachable, but also respectful of downtime and privacy 🌼 I don’t smoke, drink, or associate with substances or parties 🌼 Organised and punctual with rent and bills—I've maintained an excellent payment record 🌼 Efficient when it comes to water, electricity, and gas usage 🌼 Home-oriented—always happy to help with bins, locking up, or general household tasks I'm studying Criminology and Law through Deakin’s Cloud Campus. When I’m not buried in textbooks, I enjoy relaxing with video games or going for walks. I do also like to sit outside with a tea or coffee and just enjoy some sunshine (or rain). I’m happy to provide a rental reference if needed—I’ve previously lived both independently and in shared housing. I also have three small birds that have come with me. They live in a well-maintained cage (usually kept in my room unless otherwise agreed), and they don’t make any noise overnight. Here's a quick introduction to my little companions: Harriet (F): An albino cockatiel rescued from a hoarding situation—she’s gentle and loves a cuddle. Lennon (F): A yellow Peachface Lovebird and my curious little shadow. Also a rescue and full of personality. Asteroid (M): A chatty cockatiel who recently joined us from a close friend—he’s friendly and expressive. They’re all well-behaved, and are provided with plenty of enrichment. They have never caused any damages, and they are perch trained for the toilet. I’m happy to provide photos upon request!
