Hello there folks, We have a queen-bed-sized private room available for rent in Mascot. The biggest selling point is the apartment's convenience in terms of location, which helps reduce both financial and time costs. The apartment has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, living area, study, utilities room and balcony. The kitchen has a six point gas stove and electric fan oven, microwave, large fridge-freezer and dishwasher. The utilities room has a washing machine and dryer, though we try not to use the latter to much to keep bills low. In common with most Meriton's, rent includes access to a gym, swimming pool and sauna. There is also a shopping precinct next door with a Woolworths, BWS, pharmacy, doctors and an assortment of cafes and eateries. Mascot train station is opposite, putting Central Station 8 mins away by train. Hillsong Doody Street is a short walk. Several universities are also easily accessible from the apartment. Bills are to be split equally between flatmates. We also have an Xbox 360 and Netflix :)
