Beachfront pad with heaps of hanging out areas & sweet views close to Port Noarlunga South/Seaford Hi all, there's myself Vanessa & my housemate Cameron looking for a 3rd housemate to move in. The house is in a sweet position on the Esplanade with beach views. It's a split level home with multiple hang out areas outdoors, front and back balcony plus a huge back yard downstairs and a few living areas including a huge rumpus room/mega lounge area with a built in bar. The house is pretty much furnished with essentials but there's a few gaps to fill if you have furniture and bits and pieces. The bedroom has a mirrored sliding door wardrobe with shelves & hanging space. The room is available now.
I am easy to get along with. I am 47 years of age and single. I am a non smoker but if others smoke then that's fine with me. I have an occasional drink but am not given to alcohol. My work requires a zero limit. I do not create trouble and I enjoy my study. I play guitar and enjoy music. I like to go to the gymn and swim. I respect others privacy and expect the same in return. If you're easy going then we will get along fine.
What makes me great to live with? Hmmm... well, I personally do not think I’m “great”, however I do understand another persons personal space, rules, routine and I fully understand some days life happens and as humans, shutting the world off to refocus on things isn’t rude, but a need at times. I am neat and clean up after myself, I also know how to cook and do my own washing. I’m not seeking to screw anyone over or any other bad intentions, but I am looking for a home to move into until I am able to afford my own place again or even travel... unsure at this moment. I’m 25 years old, I love music and honestly just need a stable and happy easy breezy (to a degree) home life so I can focus on my career Goals and other life goals. In short I’m easy going and have lived by myself before and with others so understand comfortability is what creates a house a home :)
Country guy Don't mind what area as long as people are normal enough and things are affordable and fair. I pretty much keep to myself but actually wouldn't mind being a bit more social too. I'm not from the city so I can feel a little cut off. I'm currently renting a private room in like a sleepout in the backyard some people call them granny flats I think. So I'm paying $80 a week and bills haven't been too bad at all for an old property so I'd like my next place to be a similar competitive price. of course Id really like something nicer though as here is a bit dilapidated. Maybe not davoren Park though So looking to team up or just share house with a room I've recently quit smoking. I make $340 a week atm and have live in two share houses the last 16 months and both have had issues where they use weed killer on the lawn instead of cutting it. Their overall cleanliness is lacking and lazyness and one guy had an alcohol problem and also bipolar and it doesn't help that I have some health problems myself but I'm still trying to make life better as best I can with what I have by giving up smoking completely I'm really trying to get it together the last couple years. Basically just looking for decent people who will do the right thing by others I've had a little bad luck but please contact me if you're normal enough lol. Thank you
Hi! My name is Amy, I am 31 years old. I work as a veterinary nurse full time. I enjoy the beach, I love animals obviously and I also enjoy sitting outside and having a quiet drink or BBQ! I also like going snorkelling and spending time at the beach! I really want to enjoy living with my future housemates so I am looking for people who are similar in age and also like-minded, respectful of each other and also willing to keep a clean and happy home! If you have a dog I can take for walks that would be a bonus!! Thanks, Amy
Hi my name is Eliza, I am tidy, quiet and pay my rent on time. I am pretty timid and enjoy relaxed environments but am not against the occasional glass of wine or summer BBQ. Would love a meet and greet if interested in further contact. feel free to text or call.

I like to spend my time at home with the awesome things in life like gardening, cooking, painting or hanging with my 15 yro cat and watching a good doco. Hey there! I'm a 24 year old professional who is looking to move south of Adelaide mid November. I’m a government worker with a rotating shift work roster. I'm very easy to get along with and would definitely consider myself a social butterfly. I also like my own space and respect others privacy too. I’m into health and fitness. I’m neat and tidy, happy to share house duties. I look forward to hearing what rooms are available!
I'm pretty quiet. Happy to hang out with housemates if we have similar interests, but just as happy to keep to myself if not. Basically everyone is dazzled by my cooking, and I always clean up after myself. I'm disability friendly, LGBTQIA-friendly and sex worker-friendly. It's important that my housemates are as well. I don't drink or hold parties because I'm a massive nerd, but I do have board game days sometimes. I have a collection of board games that are infinitely more interesting than Scrabble and Monopoly. While I'd be stoked to have housemates who are also into board games, it's defs not required. I've moved around a lot in the last decade or so, and I am SO KEEN to stay in one place for a long time. I have some close friends in Christies Beach, so I'd like to put down roots nearby if possible.
I am a hardworking student, I am very tidy and hygienic, will be between school and Tafe most days, I'm a quiet person and I like to keep to myself. I've got one cat, Bandit, who is a 3 year old tabby, he's sweet and cuddly and loves the outdoors. He is microchipped and desexed. If I'm not at school, I'll be reading in my room, or doing homework. I don't have a bunch of friends, so you don't have to worry about a bunch of randoms being in your house. Thank you for taking your time to read this and consider me as your roommate.
