Hi, I am a 38 year old male business owner. (Adelaide window Tinting) I formerly rented with an individual for 12 months however I have been staying in North Queensland for the last 2 months as my father had some health concerns. My old housemate has since moved his partner and kids into the house so it is no longer available for my return. I am returning to Adelaide on Octobers the 1st, looking for a room to rent and am prepared with bond, etc. I am very respectful of other people’s space and spend the majority of my time in my workshop and with friends so you would hardly notice I am there. Also anything queer and diverse wins extra points with me - we need more diverse stories! I've got my own bedroom furniture so if the room is already furnished, I would hope there would be somewhere I could store it. I'd love to share somewhere with a bedroom big enough to accommodate a double bed and a small standing desk. I love pets but do not have my own. I am a non-smoker, rarely drink and am allergy aware. I also go to the gym regularly and care about sustainability and recycling Ideally, I would prefer to live with humans who are women or gender diverse and who are understanding and accepting of chronic illness.

Im a bit of a night owl, I'm in bed quite late due to this also, and up at 8/9am in the morning. I'm also prescribed medical marijuana for my anxiety, so you would need to be ok with me smoking that as it does have quite an odour. I'm very clean and love doing stuff around the house.
