Hi everyone, I'm a Flight Attendant therefore I travel quite often, however I'm looking for a comfortable and tidy place to live when I'm home. Ideally I am seeking a granny flat or my own room with an en-suit bathroom. I'm very tidy myself, respect peoples space and also enjoy a good chat and sharing a drink from time to time. :) I have the duration of my stay listed at 6 months initially, but I'm willing to extend my lease at the end of that period. If you think you've got just the place, please go ahead and send me a message! Best, Suraiya.
Located within walking distance of Mawson Lakes shopping centre and Uni SA Campus. Convenient to public transport. Very quiet location in a parkland setting. Comfortable modern house with 3 carparking spaces, ducted air conditioning, good quality finishes throughout. Generous entertaining areas and two living spaces downstairs.
We are looking to move from the country to Adelaide or surrounding suburbs around July, not fussed on how far out we live from the CBD (low crime areas preferred). We require a place to live while looking for a house to rent which could take anywhere from a few weeks to how ever many months it takes. Both of us are honest, trustworthy, clean, respectful, reliable, and easy going people. Rent will be paid on time. My partner Jason used to work in the security industry and now works in the bus driving industry, and is already looking for work, aside from this we do have an already steady income. I am looking to work and study part time. We are non smokers, very rarely drink, love to socialise and have a laugh but also enjoy our own quiet time. We both like animals so they won't be a problem. Would like privacy of own bathroom but this isn't essential.
Looking for mature, quiet, tidy tenants. Non smokers only. No loud parties as the neighborhood is quiet. Close to bus stops - a few minutes' drive to Mawson Lakes train station - two bus stops away from UniSA campus. Well-equipped kitchen (fridge, microwave etc.), with gas cooking, overlooks open plan living/dining area. Sliding doors lead to undercover deck and private and secure rear yard. Other features include: - Laundry room with washing machine - Lounge with sofa, TV and speakers - Solar electric panels - Ducted evaporative cooling - Gas fireplace - Floating floorboards in main living areas/carpet in bedrooms Master room: $210/week for couples, $190/week for single Double room: $140/week for single only
Ideal modern townhouse for someone who studies or works in the area or the city as the train station and Uni SA Mawson Lakes are close. The house includes all furnishings like ducted air con/heating, TV, dishwasher, security alarm system and modern appliances in the kitchen. The size of the room is 2.7 x 3.0m with a robe. Looking for someone who is respectful, clean, tidy and happy to help maintain the house. There is also one pet, a small dog so has to be okay with pets.
Hey my name is Sam, looking at moving up to Adelaide so I can be closer to my partner and wanting to move in with someone that will not have a problem with him coming over. I’m from the Riverland and currently working as a car detailer full time, pretty chilled out person, clean, neat and tidy. It’ll be my first time living out of home so I’m a little nervous also I prefer to have my car undercover of some sort as it is a new car and don’t want to risk it being damaged. On weekends I tend to keep to myself in my room just watching movies and playing ps4 but happy to hangout with housemates whenever or be at my partners place.
Thinking of possibly moving to the big smoke from the Riverland in the next couple months.. thought I’d get on here and see what my options are. I do have a dog, she loves people and other dogs, so would need a backyard and someone who likes dogs. I am a clean and tidy person and I’m super friendly! I am still living and working in the Riverland so I would need to get myself a job before moving to Adelaide. On weekends and my spare time I love hanging with my dog, drinking with the girls and watching Netflix. I am someone who can easily keep to themselves but I would be happy to live with someone that wouldn’t mind a wind down beer or glass of wine on a Friday evening. As I said above, I am looking for options at the moment as nothing is really set in stone - the only thing really set is that me and my fur baby will eventually need somewhere to live. Please feel free to message me :)
