I am from Adelaide & looking to share with someone, who is female, non-smoker in the north eastern area. I also prefer to live with a student who has no pets (but am flexible with these last two). My house mate will share responsibility in all matters relating to the house. I have good character & am in a reputable full-time job. I am a great cook. For fun, I enjoy exercise, music & going out with friends. I don't often watch tv, but prefer to do more productive things. I can keep to myself a bit at home, at times.
Close to bus stops, shopping centre either Mawson Lakes or Ingal Farm. Rooms are small but both have built in robes and will fit a double/queen size bed. Heating and cooling in the main living area and ceiling fans in all rooms. Internet is unlimited and included in rent. Nice quiet street. My room has an ensuite so the main bathroom will be yours and one other persons.

I do have a cat, he is very well behaved and has his own scratching post so no worries about destroyed furniture. Looking for a room available mid-late July. In Northern suburbs or as central as possible to city. $150-$180 a week at max. I'm an introverted, quiet retail worker usually working full day shifts and coming home exhausted. Or, working half day shifts and still coming home exhausted. I like my space, and a quiet evening environment, but am usually pretty happy to go out through the day, I'm not a total loner. I have pet rats that are caged and would only come out of said cage, in my space, you would not be made to interact with them, but they are pretty cute so I wouldn't say no either. I also have an indoor only, who currently lives with my parents, but bringing her with me would be ideal but not a deal breaker if I can't. I'm hoping to move into an established, organised share place, as I've not done this before, but have experience nannying and living with family, and I'd like this to be as uncomplicated as possible. I don't drive, so being close to public transportation is a must. If you'd have anything available then, or want to meet, let me know. I have a cute little girl who is almost 4. She lives with her Mum. We (me and the cute little girl) hang out during the day on weekends- we usually get out and about if the weather is good!
i work full time (minimum 45 hr weeks) as a diesel mechanic and keep to my self a fair bit in a house sense im usually out. im a pretty easy going person. i dont drink or smoke but like being social still. i require off street, behind a gate/door parking.
I have a large bedroom available in my two story house in Mawson Lakes. I am a professional early 40s male working shift work, so I am often not at home and work most weekends. I have two beautiful dogs (a Husky and a Labrador) who are a big part of the family, so you would need to be ok with pets. I have been hosting international students here for the last two years but currently it's just me and the dogs! I also have a second bedroom available for short term flatmates. The house is spacious, modern, and has every convenience and comfort you could possibly want. The kitchen is superb, you have your own large private bathroom (only shared if another flat mate or student is here), and even a separate lounge area with TV / Foxtel etc. There is ducted heating and cooling and wireless internet throughout the house, and an outdoor area which is perfect for BBQs with friends in summer. The atmosphere in the house is very casual, relaxed, and generally quiet. The Mawson Lakes train station is a five minute walk away for easy access to the city, and the UniSA campus is a 15 minute walk from here. There are tons of cafes, restaurants and shops close by and Semaphore beach is only 15 minutes away by car. The room itself has built in wardrobes, a queen size bed and a desk. Of course if you have your own bedroom furniture that would be fine.
