I'm quiet, clean and tidy. I have an illness causing me constant pain so I don’t get out much. In home security for you. However I can’t rest until my housework is done, I’m very clean. I’m financially secure I own my own home, however the responsibility of keeping on top of my large, high maintenance home with huge garden has become too much for me to manage. Hence renting out my house and looking to live elsewhere smaller whilst still living alone. I’m old enough to know what I want without wasting your time & I will find it, I’m sure. Long lease preferably. I don’t want to keep moving, ideally hoping for owner renting for that reason. I require air conditioning, that is a must, I’ll consider installing at my own cost for the right property and with your permission. Secondly secure parking is a must preferably with lockable gates or roller door etc... I am fine with stairs.. good excercise 😀 I don’t have a particular suburb in mind. For the property that ticks all my boxes I’d look at spending $350 p/w. Cash available or I have a housing trust sa preapproval. Worked my entire life, recently, best timing with my poor health as I’m not able to work again. A voluntary redundancy was offered to me so it was meant to be. I’m financially secure for life, due to the fact my illness seriously restricts me with maintaining a garden etc.. Unless it came at a price I can factor the costs for my cleaner to cover and a gardener. Single bedroom unit, studio, open plan etc.. anything alike maybe an option. Not ruling anything out completely. Not fussed where, open to look at any 1 person accommodation. Also will help putting wheely bin out etc if anything else I can do to help. I’m extremely flexible in general and helpful where appreciated without imposing on your privacy. My move in date is flexible as is the lease terms & conditions.
