Friendly and open to having a chat some evenings but not an extrovert and need my down time. Not a partier and would not suit a party house. Previous place I rented was for a year and a half and bond was returned with no deductions for repairs or cleaning. Depending on flat/houses distance from the winery I work at I will likely be staying elsewhere Saturday nights so I'll be gone from Saturday morning to Sunday evening. Can't get the "my features" section to show what I'm not (software engineer lol) so: don't smoke, don't have children, don't have pets. I'm also a social drinker with no social life.
