House is a lovely old one offering a large bedroom approx 4m x 5m with basically private use of lounge room. Large garden to relax in with herbs and veggies, always a work in progress, nice porch area to chill within also. This house feels like a home, with just enough space to accommodate privacy and personal space. Am open to input regarding what would make the place more comfortable, whether it be furnishings or routines. I love this place, its energy and location. I respect the place which I live in and would only expect the same from a housemate.
