Maylands is awesome! This is a really nice room in a 2 storey townhouse in a safe and convenient location. Bathroom has recently been done up. There's a washing machine and dryer. I use tether the internet through my phone, but if you need high speed internet you can have it connected or just tether. Its super cheap Shared electricity and water bill-but about $150 per quarter (super cheap). Your bed and linen are all new. The space has a nice cosy homey feeling and also has its own large outdoor balcony which is great in summer. There's also a third bedroom which is used as an office which you can use if you want. There is an allocated car port for you. The Maylands train station is 200 metres away. Busses to Perth City are 100 metres away. 300 metres to 8th Avenue Shops and Coles and also the beautiful Maylands area near the Swan River. City is 2 kms away. There's also 2 quiet and friendly dogs.

We have a room available till the end of September in beautifully renovated modern house only one street from Beaufort Street. The bedroom available has a wardrobe, curtains and you could fit a queen or king size bed and more furniture if you like as all rooms in this house are a great size. Off street parking for three or four cars. The house has all the mod cons. Holly (me) 34, works FT and loves laughing, socialises actively, flowers, concerts, some trashy tv or cool HBO shows, easy going and friendly. It’s close to 8th Avenue, Train station is a 10 minute walk. The cycle track runs from the Train Station either to Midland or to the City. The River would be a 10-15 minute walk away. Cycle to the new Stadium or Casino will take 15-20 minutes. It’s a quiet place to live in with view to the hills. Air conditioning in the Bedroom it’s a clean and bright place to live and air con is in the lounge too. There is a grassed area through the sliding door and the neighbours are friendly and quiet. There is a covered courtyard area that’s approximately 30 sq/m with furniture. This area will require being cleaned periodically. The washing machine is outside under the Stairwell and is well protected from the elements.

Hello to you! My housemate Eve has just moved out and that means a double bedroom is now available for someone else. The house itself is a 3 bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhouse in Mt. Lawley. There is off street parking and for those who use the train and bus, it is a very short 5-minute walk to Mt. Lawley train station (300 metres). Running all the way into the city and then out to Fremantle, great for those who work in the City, West Perth, Subiaco and Cottesloe. With Beaufort Street and Maylands 8th Avenue Cafe strip both within 10-15 minutes walk, there are loads of options for foodies, and those who like exploring Perth's bar and cafe scene. The house was extensively renovated two years ago from top to bottom with brand new flooring, carpets, kitchen, bathrooms and doors throughout. The house has a nice courtyard running around the back and side. Our neighbours are very friendly and we have a great sense of community between our houses. The bedroom is light and airy with new wooden blinds and a built in double wardrobe. All rooms have locks on them for your privacy. Reverse cycle air conditioning and remote controlled ceiling fans are also installed in each bedroom as well. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and a chest of drawers.
