I tend to live in the Curtin university library. I can live anywhere and have my car. I intend to live in Perth for the rest of my life. I even also have a social life so I won't be relying on you for one. I'm financially independent and have a long record of over 30 years of tenancy experience, 20 of which, as a housemate. Before leaving Melbourne I leased a unit for three and a half years through Barry Plant of Ringwood/Heathmont. Before this, I've leased a room in two rooming houses, whilst completing a degree, a total of 6 years as a housemate. I have also been a head tenant for 13 years seeking approval to sublet to housemates. So I understand how scary the selection process can be.
