Neat, independent and low maintenance. Is able to cook, clean and live fully self-contained. I am an 18 year old who is looking to make the move from country Northern Victoria to Melbourne. I am quiet and keep to myself mostly, however I'm still approachable and happy to chat. At this stage I have no employment secured for when I move, however I have savings to help me get started. I am looking for accomodation for only 6 months at this stage as I will be going to Uni next year and I am yet to decide whether or not I will be living on campus. I am fairly easy going and would not be deterred by any households of any combination of age or gender.
It’s a pretty special place, with heaps of character, a spacious garden and workshop/garage out back and a 2min walk from McKinnon Station (Frankston Line). The lease is until October, then monthly after that. Our neighbours include a small strip of shops and a couple of great cafes. Super close to Centre Road shops, cafes, bars and op shops too. The house is in great nick, with floorboards, ducted heating, 1 bathroom, 2 toilets and laundry with wm. Your room is a decent size (enough for a double bed, wardrobe and desk if needed). The short (6 month) lease and great price is because the house will be knocked down for new apartments late this year; it’s unfortunate because it’s such a great house, but it means you’re welcome to get creative and make your mark on the place - we’ll be giving it its last breath of life!
Clean, respectful, mindful person...looking for a new place to live at. Ideally a place close to public transport. Works with Children in Childcare and coaching soccer.
Heya! I’m 24, working full time in the CBD looking for a new place in Bayside! Friendly, active and tidy! I'm pretty chilled out and bubbly and love exploring new places. I'm always down for a chat or a quiet drink but also enjoy my own space and live a fairly low-key lifestyle. I have a 3 year old Kelpie who is very friendly, well behaved and used to city life :) (he currently lives with a chihuahua and is great with other dogs). If you’re looking to team up or have a room you think I would be a good fit for, please contact me :)

Hey future flat mates! A little about me, I am a full time childcare educator and have been working at my current job for the last 5 years and have 5 years of rental experience behind me. I am a friendly person that’s always up for a laugh and I also thoroughly enjoy a good sauv Blanc and Netflix sesh. I do enjoy my me time too and am respectful of others that do as well. I’m tidy and have no problem cleaning up after myself and am conscious about utilities. I also have a few homewares and furniture that I could provide if needed as I have accumulated some items over the years. I’m looking for a long term place to call home with housemates that I can call friends, and hope to meet some likeminded people with a similar outlook :)
Clean and easy going, will keep to myself but also happy to hang with the house mates. Currently in between jobs, but am helping out my stepdad so still have an income. Love my sport as well as my gaming.
