Hi! I’m Albin, a 27 year old man originally from Sweden on my second Working Holiday Visa here in Australia. I am currently finishing up my 6 months farm work at a Dairy Farm in Gippsland and looking to move to Melbourne longterm on October 7th. I have full time (and more) work lined up in construction so rent will be paid in time without a problem. During my free time I go to the gym almost daily and live my life outside as much as Melbourne weather allows it. I’m a social guy but I also value alone time after a long days work. Another important value of mine is cleanliness. I will not be anyone’s housekeeper, nor will I ever expect someone to be mine. I have lived in shared accommodation in different constellations since I was 16 so this is not my first rodeo. Non negotiable: - South east suburbs as I will have my work on the bayside. Areas from Richmond down to Brighton East are all interesting. - Car parking on/off street.
