Non-negotiables: Tidy communal areas, dishwasher, proper cleaning supplies, proper heating, sufficient storage, mutual respect, 1-2 people max!!, space to WFH/ study, located near train station and supermarkets, safe entrances (prefer intercom/ locked foyer), no shoes inside, sunlight, seperate bathrooms!! Flexible preferences: A pet (a cat), tasteful furniture, different routines (just being quiet from 10pm-7am ish), cityline views, bathtub I'm looking at apartments to lease with 1-2 other people; however I'm open to go on the lease for something that matches my listing! I need transparency and set up system for billing and the lease.
