I am a retired company director with an architecture background, my partner Eva is new to Australia from Europe. There she held a degree in economics and worked as a ministerial assistant. She works here, I don't. Although I have my own place, she needs her own and I will stay with her, so we require accommodation for both of us from the 20th of July. We need a whole place to ourselves, we don't want to share, so a studio or granny flat or small flat is ideal. We don't smoke or drink, are good conversationalist, I bike ride and Eva likes gardening. We both like travelling.
