We live in a beautiful modern home very close to all facilities, train, bus, supermarkets, cafes, GP medical services, fabulous beaches [10 min walk] and the McLaren Vale tourist wine region. You will have your own furnished private room equipped with built in mirrored wardrobe, double ensemble bed, desk and chair. You will have use of second bathroom that includes a spa bath [shared with other tenant], reverse cycle aircon, NBN wifi internet. Hi, I have a master bedroom available for rent in a very large fully-furnished share house in Hackham West. The room is furnished, but can be unfurnished if you prefer? It has a walk-in closet and ensuite. The house is clean and beautifully maintained and existing housemates very easy to get along with. It has a large open-plan kitchen and living area with two dining tables. There are two lounge rooms plus a separate office/study and upstairs loft/family room. The kitchen has a gas cooktop, two large fridges, a dishwasher and walk-in pantry. It's warm in winter and cool in summer There is a large undercover patio at the rear of the house and large backyard. There's also a BBQ and outside dining table if you want to cook and eat outside. There is also a double garage and enough off-street parking for 3 cars in the driveway. It's a five-minute walk to the local Woolworths shopping centre and a bus stop out the front will get you to the Noarlunga Centre in 10 mins. It's also a 7 min walk to Beach Road where you can catch a bus to Flinders Uni or the city. I’m happy to rent out the room to a single person for $175 pw or couple $200 pw. In addition to rent, each person is required to pay $25 per week to cover expenses (gas, electricity, water and internet). Bond is two weeks rent, and you are required to give two weeks-notice if moving out.
