Hi! I am looking to team up with preferably one or possibly two others in a two bedroom flat around the Notting Hill 3168 area. Or if none are available a cheap enough one bedroom flat. I work full-time from home with my own business and spend the majority of my time working. I am usually in bed by 10pm as I wake up at 5am for the gym/boxing 6 days a week and live a healthy lifestyle. I always pay bills on time and ensure wherever I am living is neat and tidy. I am a ambivert, leaning extrovert and love spending time with others. I would enjoy having a flatmate I could have conversations with and the occasional friends night out. Enjoy the occasional board game and movie nights. I am mature for my age and don't party, rarely drink, don't smoke and don't take drugs. Happy to split grocery/cooking arrangements and chores as long as they are fairly decided. I love animals if any household includes them and would be happy to help care for them. The biggest issue you may have with me is that I am a content creator so if we were to find a place having thick walls or seperated rooms may be the best idea (I can and will be loud sometimes). I'm no night owl and work during the day but that (understandably) may still be an issue to some people. Rent is paid via bank automatic payment so it will always be on time (and have years of evidence to prove this). Fast internet (500/40 minimum) is vital for me as it directly involves my business and how fast I can work. Currently paying and could still pay up to $350 a week bills included.
