I’m hoping to find another girl that would be happy to do a team up and sign a lease together so we can make the place our own. I am a very artsy creative person, I love all things in the field from painting to fashion design and acting. I’m hoping to find some acting courses when I move and also work part time. I’m currently studying fashion and I finish the course in December. I would love to find someone that can have a good yap on the couch and watch a movie or something but also be able to have our personal space when we need it. I would love to hopefully make a friend in the process. Some of my favourite shows are teen dramas like pretty little liars or the vampire diaries so if you like those come on forward and we can binge watch them together. I have lived in Melbourne before for about a year so I know my way around a little so you won’t have to worry if you are new to the city. I also have a year of rental history and lots of savings so we won’t have trouble getting accepted for a place. My budget for my half of the rent is around 250-300. Hello! We are Anna and Nicholas coming from London and looking for a place to stay in Melbourne. Nicholas is an experienced Italian barista from Rome and Anna is from London and has been working in a bookshop for the past two years. We have currently been living in Melbourne subletting but our agreement comes to an end in November. We have been continuing our former jobs with Anna working in a bookshop in the city and Nicholas as a barista in Fitzroy and Brunswick. Ideally we would love to stay in or around Brunswick as we have loved living here for the past couple months! We are both very tidy, clean and friendly. We love to cook and have chilled nights at home and are always respectful to those we live with. We love to go out to eat, exercise and explore nature (and this is what we hope to do most aside from work whilst we stay in Australia). We hope you will consider us as flatmates!
