Hello! I’m Kyra (32) : a warm, grounded, creative professional in search of a peaceful, light-filled sanctuary that supports both my work and my wellbeing.
I’m currently looking for a furnished room (preferably with a private ensuite and a comfortable, fresh bed) in a quiet, clean, safe home. Ideally somewhere that feels like a beautiful, inspiring bubble. I work full-time from home in the tech space (CRM and SaaS sales funnels), so I need fast internet, a confidential setup for calls, and space for a large desk in natural light. I also model and create audio wellness content.
✨ My dream space is:
Bright, white, modern, clean, and calm
Naturally lit, with beautiful views of greenery or flowers
Soundproofed enough that I’m the loudest thing around (on calls during the day, I play my music loud...but with headphones in)
Ideally in suburbs like Fitzroy North, Carlton, North Melbourne, Port Melbourne or South Yarra, Toorak.
Close to coffee, fresh food, and a supermarket within walking distance
Has an outdoor area I can enjoy without maintaining and close to a park or nice walking areas (I'm quite active)
Parking available for my car (Preferably off street)
I’d love to live with 1–2 kind, generous, emotionally intelligent people who are social but independent : those who are also doing beautiful things with their lives. Bonus points if they’re healthy, inspired, and enjoy cooking (I’m a great audience for dinner 😇). I bring warmth, presence, creativity, and care to the space I live in. The main things I value in people that I live with is that you are clean, respectful and have a big heart.
Budget: Ideally around $300/week incl. bills
Move-in: Available to move in from the 5th of October (I have a pet sit until 11th of October so looking for an overlap and smooth transition before and over weekend).
Furniture: I don’t have furniture right now, so a furnished room is ideal - at least a bed is required.
Deal-breaker: Noise. I need a calm, peaceful cocoon to do my best work.
Bonus: Pets are welcome! I love animals.
