Looking for a place near St Kilda or within 30 mins by car all the way over to Williamstown or Newport is ok, or over to Toorak, and down to Sandringham or across to Caulfield or even a little further to Malvern. I'm adaptable, tidy + clean with an eye for interior design so surrounds always have optimal feng shui. I dance, stay fit and healthy. We love the outdoors and will be out at festivals or checking out the local sites. Sometimes we enjoy camping or hiking, surfing, diving, horse riding, kayaking or even rockclimbing on odd occasions. Generally though, we just enjoy the foodie, art or music vibes. If you love music I'll always have my voice and a guitar on hand to sing the house a tune, and my daughter plays piano. I am often social and love all sorts of witty, philosophical, intellectual, and light fun chats over a cuppa or occasional wine. Quite often both of us like to read or watch a movie, though we also love board games and might invite you to join. I cook around twice a week, and like to entertain friends every now and again. It would be nice to share a meal at least once a week to create a community vibe between us and help share the load. I work 9-3 some days on my own consulting business and have flexible hours for my music to fit around parenting my beautifully respectful 9 year old daughter who will be with me most of the time except school hours. We are very aware of your space and keep shared spaces tidy and clean. We'll ask about your needs in the home, and respect those if we aren’t too social for you. My daughter is fairly quiet, but sometimes likes to be chatty, and likes to practice gymnastics or dance in the right company, or will ask your kids to head down to the park to kick a ball around. We’re after 1 room as a temporary measure (a couple of weeks is okay) and 2 or even 3 rooms to share long term, (including an au pair) in a place with a lovely garden, large open indoor spaces (no boxy apartments or houses), and it just must have a bath! Partly furnished or fully furnished is okay, as we don't have anything yet.
