But we have a lot of money! I won't be doing much because I will be looking for a job every day. We are trying to build a career as a barista, being neat and kind. I’m Alfonso, a 26 year-old Argentinian with a working holiday Visa expiring in March 2026. I first lived in Sydney, then Cairns to extend my visa and now I’m moving to Melbourne. I’ve been told a lot about how nice & cool Melbourne is so I’m excited about it and I’m planning to stay as long as my visa lets me 😅. I already got a job at the Compass Group, which is the company that organizes the Australian Open among other big events around the city so I’ll be hopefully working at least 30hs a week 🤗. Therefore I’ll always be paying rent on time 😁. If I’m not working that many hours I have savings which will let me pay on time anyways 😊 I love live music, going out, going for runs, spending time with friends, drinking mate🧉 (the Argentinian drink not the Australian word haha), going to the beach, going to parks, and cooking or making desserts. I’m really tidy, clean, I don’t mind cleaning the house or helping with what’s needed, I understand about other people’s lives & times so I am respectful at any matter. I really value respect between people and I’d love to be in an environment where anyone can feel comfortable.
