I’m here with the goal of working and making money, so I don’t plan to spend much time at home during the week. I really enjoy cooking, I exercise regularly, and I don’t live a hectic lifestyle—so while I like going out, I also really enjoy staying at home. Searching for a new home. We are Nicole (mum) and Alyssa (daughter 15y/o). We are quiet, clean, and generally keep to ourselves. We are both busy during the weekdays N works part time and A attends secondary school Monday - Thursday and is actively looking for casual to part time work. We have a beautiful 18-month-old labrador who is in the process of being accredited as a support dog. He's such a gentleman, well behaved, kind, loves all people and animals and of course, loves belly rubs and cuddles. Ideally, we would like a room each, but given the cost of rental these days, we are conscious of the expense; and so, we are happy to share an extra-large room, granny flat, bungalow or studio. N loves to cook and A is creative and enjoys drawing, painting, sculpting. Both non-smokers, non-drinkers, and not really into the party lifestyle. In saying that, there is a time and place for everything, and we understand that not everyone is as introverted as we can often be. If you are an honest, caring person, that isn't a daily drinker or uses drugs; has a solid set of standards and morals then you sound like our kind of person! Single parents with kids would be okay, prefer to co-share with a female as there is some trauma that needs to be addressed
