I'm looking to join an existing lease or team up with one other female in Richmond. I am 30 and work full time as a paediatric physiotherapist. I enjoy a pretty active and social lifestyle. Throughout the week I head to gym early in the morning and keep to a quiet regime in the evening with AFL training two nights a week and a few trivia nights here and there. On the weekends I have footy but also like to go hiking, camping, exploring throughout the city as well as the beaches and national parks. I would love to have a housemate who is also into these things and join me on some expeditions or head to the park for a kick of the footy!
I am a physiotherapist and work 5 days a week. I've lived in a fair few share-houses over the years but am now looking to scale down and have just one other housemate. I am respectful of people's space and belongings. Ultimately I'm looking for a housemate that I can call a friend and we can all socialise together. I'm looking for a house that shares my strong value for cleanliness and hygiene. I have always lived in houses that share the indoor and outdoor chores as well as maintain shared spaces to a high standard.
Along with my bedroom furniture, I own a bbq, fridge, TV, table and chairs, kitchenware and some outdoor gear, so I am looking for an unfurnished room with plenty of storage. I also have a car that I'd like to have garaged.
